鍾意去餐廳小店,全因為小店總會帶俾你驚喜。嚟到屯門康景花園,喺眾多街坊美食小店之中,能夠吸引我哋嘅當然係餐廳嘅口碑同食物出品。吉氏由夫妻檔經營,由踏入門口開始,就能感受到阿吉同吉太嘅人情味,再聞到食物出品嘅香味,味絕對係吉氏嘅靈魂。煙三文魚班尼迪水波蛋係班尼迪嘅靈魂,而靈魂嘅精髓取決於生熟度。吉氏嘅半生熟水波蛋就恰到好處,用刀一切開,金黃色嘅蛋液就爭先恐後咁流出。微酸嘅荷蘭醬正好中和煙三文魚本身嘅鹹鮮味,再夾埋本身烤到脆身嘅英式鬆餅,令呢個醬演活咗一個恰如其分嘅大配角。蘑菇意大利飯意大利飯充分吸收咗蘑菇汁濃厚嘅味道,入口有嚼勁同時食到蘑菇汁嘅奶滑。而蘑菇嘅大小亦切到好配合送飯,兩者嘅口感都係軟硬適中。自家製雜莓醬奶凍本來已經食到飽飽地,但當一啖微酸嘅雜莓醬進入口腔之後,微酸嘅味道一下子激發甜品嘅胃登場,而雜草莓醬混和甜而不膩嘅香滑奶凍,相得益彰。法式焦糖燉蛋表面嘅焦糖薄脆甜度啱啱好,一口薄脆嘅金黃焦糖再加一口香滑嘅燉蛋,口感嘅衝擊非常強烈。加上為數不少嘅雲呢拿籽,正式填滿屬於甜品嘅胃!

雖然呢間嘢仲試業緊,但係今次已經係我第二次嚟。上次貪得意同班friend路過試下,掂喎,呢間係少數係食得飽嘅西餐,唔係齋得個樣。今次帶另一班friend去試,佢哋都覺得掂喎。希望呢間嘢長做長有,咁我以後就唔洗諗同friend去邊度食,而價錢都ok嘛,出去食四、五百蚊都可以食垃圾又食唔飽。

講返呢間小店先,樓面得一個女人做(原來係廚師嘅老婆),氣氛係輕鬆嘅,我短褲踢拖都無問題,當然呢個位都係做街坊生意。

甜品時間到!巴伐洛娃蛋白餅好少餐廳整,雖然係糖加蛋白,但係佢唔會甜到漏,因為佢有酸嘅汁(唔記得咩汁😅😅😅),又有咁多生果,同人share食,無問題。

疏乎厘食得多,上次食朱古力味,今次有開心果味,未聽過有開心果味疏乎厘,有驚喜,好香開心果味。一上枱,即打卡,趁熱即時掃晒

呢餐叫嘢無睇價錢,開左支白酒,又飲左sangria ,又叫檸檬茶,每人都係六百幾,飽到一個點,抵啦。間餐廳又好坐,聚餐好地方呀👍

坊間有好多冰鮮貨,話返屋企焗一焗就食得,但比起餐廳現做嘅總係差啲。呢間個威靈頓牛柳真係好正😍,用上巴馬火腿包著牛柳同鵝肝,再加上蘑菇泥,裏邊肉汁飽滿又鮮味,牛柳勁嫩滑,外邊個酥皮夠香口,唔過厚又唔覺膩。而伴碟嘅配菜都唔馬虎,用上小白薯同green bean,唔係平常啲港式打卡西餐嘅翠玉瓜🤣

🐖西班牙炵燒乳豬配薯蓉及燴皺紋椰菜
另一份主菜就揀左乳豬,個皮超級脆,而豬肉鹹香有肉汁,十分嫩滑,不過啲油脂都幾勁,好彩有配上酸椰菜中和番,個酸椰菜有用煙肉炒過,一啲都唔寡㗎😆

🍰巴伐洛娃蛋白餅
最後就係甜品啦,揀左少見嘅巴伐洛娃蛋白餅,上枱時意外地大件呢,上面佈滿鮮果,雖然唔係個啲靚靚嘅打卡蛋糕,但其實賣相唔差㗎,影相技巧唔夠,哈哈😅蛋白餅偏甜,忌廉香滑,再連埋上面嘅鮮果一齊食就啱啱好,因爲生果帶酸味,一酸一甜正好平衡返😋


真係好好味,店家咁有誠意,支持下小店啦😘
