冬天,食熱野,除咗打邊爐,我覺得就系燒烤,約咗2個F取件海港城一起烤肉。locatio:海運大廈4樓。我自己早到,5點去拿號,20幾MINS,裝修都系好深色系,好有日本清冷feel。 坐一陣F來咗,話環境好,可以睇到維港。有D貴,算系食環境....牛肋肉&燒肉拼盤。牛肉真系好味,好嫩,入口即化。好嫩口,F都話可以。自己烤,一陣就食得。燒肉拼盤都可以。牛舌好好嚼頭,烤得好香,我食唔得辣,F食辣,所以D我都無蘸咩醬。分量都唔系多,幾個人幾個就食得差唔多了。牛角飯,紫菜撈飯,以為味道麻麻,不過又幾好食喔,F一直話,自己都可以整啦,唔使出街食啦。粟米都系好清香,不過唔好烤甘耐。幾個人吹下水,烤下野食又睇下景,又可以消磨時間。幾好,推薦。

女同事一直都話想去吃烤肉,今日搞掂曬啲嘢之後就好得閒,陪佢去食翻餐好嘅。落班之後周圍嘅餐廳全部都是人,排隊時必然的事情,足足等了成半粒鍾有多,但系為咗好食都抵嘅。點了一份比較貴的牛肉,但系就真係分錢分貨咯,呢份肥牛真的很好吃,肥厚相間,唔會覺得肥膩咯,分量雖然不是很多,不過值得試嚇。牛肉丸其實都唔錯嘅,又大粒又彈牙,一啖落去就覺得同市面上一般嘅牛肉丸是不一樣的,絕對正宗。熱辣辣再飲翻杯生啤,真的是好爽呀。大冬天就應該咁樣過,咁樣食。五花肉都抵食,簡直係我地食肉嘅福音吖。價錢即使有點高,但是真的食得很過癮吖!

難得來到,我們多加九塊錢將那牛角飯升級做香蔥玉子牛角飯,半熟的溫泉蛋窩在中間,旁邊是鹹香的脆紫菜,飯粒勻圓濕潤,瘋狂的攪拌後不加任何配料也好好吃,前後追加了三碗。而雪糕有抺茶及雲呢拿兩種口味可選,在吃畢熱辣辣的燒肉過後來一份實在合適,雪糕香濃軟滑,即使是套餐附送也有配上黃豆粉和焦糖醬,比一般的更顯心思,討好合襯。

I am a bit hungover in the weekend and decide to go for brunch at Gyu-kaku. The service is efficient, the portions are decent and the food completely hits the spot!

(1) We are off to a great start with the Korean-inspired spicy kimchi soup with tofu and seafood ($72), which arrives sizzling in a stone bowl. The flavours are tangy and comforting, and we particularly enjoy the velvety tofu.

本來成班人想去食韓燒,不過無訂到位,要等好耐,行下其他地方見到個menu已經覺得幾好味引哂我地入去,就黎左依到食, 因為食飯時間既關係, 點都要等一陣先有位既。入去到就即刻叫左個大皿燒肉,有牛肋肉,腹胸肉,豬頸肉,牛舌,雞腿肉,價錢都唔錯,多D選擇,佢個肉得醃得幾入味,幾有咬口,唔錯,仲有佢既特製醬料,非常好味另外就有一個廣島蠔, 不過依個要燒得比較耐,由頭開始燒差唔多燒到尾,等到佢乾身先食得,不過係好味,當然唔能夠正係食燒野,仲叫多個豆乳牛肉湯烏冬,一黎就出哂熱夠熱,好好味,不過烏冬太少,唔會點飽肚,所以就叫多左個石鍋泡菜牛肉飯 依個就真係飽肚,味道唔錯,辣醬份量就自由選擇落幾多,牛肉好香。最後就有一個巨峰活乳酸梳打,食完燒野飲杯酸酸地既野結尾,唔錯。
