日式刺身好鮮甜,每款一件淺嚐多好。2款芝士卷個靈魂係粒芝士,確實係好好味既芝士,好香濃芝士味。
粟米2小塊燒過表面,好有脆香味,粟米本身都好甜。吞拿魚蓉配上小撻仔,味道好夾。有2款魚生卷,都好特別。

咸點:
三文魚, 日式炸蟹鉗, 鱈魚乾
三文魚刺身好肥美,好大件。炸蟹鉗都炸得剛剛好,同埋有鮮蟹魚味,肉質爽口。哩個鱈魚乾有心思地有焗過,所以有少少脆,配上日式沙律醬,好好味。送酒一流。

櫻花水信玄餅好靚,透明啫喱中有朵食用花,配上少少糖醬,又好夾。有少少花香味道,口感好得意。幾粒不同款式既日本和菓子不會太甜,煙煙韌韌好好食。
蛋捲都好鬆軟,芝士蛋糕好香芝士味,兩款都不會太甜剛剛好。今日時令水果係,新鮮香甜哈密瓜,士多啤梨同香印提子。

果茶 (2人享用):
我地揀左藍莓花茶,一壼2人享用都好足夠,好香藍莓果香茶味,如果唔夠甜可以落少少蜜糖。不過我鍾意原汁原味,好清香。

環境同服務都好好,最重要係打卡位好多,又有靚景睇。只係個hightea set都有排打卡,日式刺身加埋咸甜點,感覺好不一樣。

咸點方面有三文魚刺身、超級厚同大片,好新鮮,好正👍,日式炸蟹鉗,炸得外層酥脆,入面蟹味突出,配合沙律醬一齊食超正👍,鱈魚乾好好味,超鍾意食😍,整體上都超欣賞咸點既食物,食物質素非常高,而且超好味😋
甜品方面都好有驚喜,味道唔會太甜,日本和菓子款式和口味多,芝士蛋糕都好正👍,最驚喜既係櫻花水信玄餅,好精緻既食物,好靚,打卡一流,而且好好味😋
整體上,我同朋友都非常鍾意依個下午茶,下次會再黎食過😍
