而且佢係米芝蓮一星餐廳黎

入面有泡菜 洋蔥 墨魚仔
佢煎到金黃色 食落勁香口同好脆

好好飲嘅魚糕湯,粟米奶油味好濃郁,唔係平時街邊食一塊塊嘅魚糕片,而係打碎左嘅米糕,食落甜甜糯糯,好特别,上面鋪咗魚子醬,令整個湯更鮮甜!

我十分推薦呢間韓國fine dining,尤其當需要見大客嘅時候,又唔想成日食西餐咁普通,就可以試吓呢間又優雅又好食嘅米芝蓮一星韓式餐廳。呢度環境好舒服,座位好有空間感,侍應都好好禮貌,精通幾種語言,有呢個standard,整體嚟講覺得價錢絕對唔會話好貴,就連外國嚟嘅大客食完嘢之後都讚口不絕,話個體驗好特別。有幾樣野我覺得特別好食,首先就係個abalone juk鮑魚粥,唔知點解覺得韓式嘅鮑魚粥特別好味,亦都有好重嘅海鮮鮮味,之前喺好多其他韓式餐廳食過,但都覺得未到位,但係呢間真係食到韓國嘅鮑魚粥嘅味道。第二就 係好珍貴嘅hanwoo韓牛,又重牛肉味,亦都做到入口即溶嘅感覺,絕對係比和牛更加好食。cabbage ssam我覺得好好食,每一啖都超有層次感,調味亦都剛剛好,有肉嘅鮮味,又唔會蓋過咗菜嘅清新甜味。到最後makgeolli雪糕呢個甜品都令我好難忘!我第一次食米酒味道嘅雪糕,有米香之餘仲甜甜地,又唔會太heavy,係呢一餐嘅完美結束!
