是日立春!預訂了The One 19樓的Harlan’s吃semi lunch buffet慶祝下(在搜尋的同時發現原來午餐一點都不昂貴,晚餐就另說了)不過可惜最近天氣不似預期,最初想起佢個露天位置打下卡,點知大霧到連對面的大廈也看不見還好的是Harlan’s以落地大玻璃設計所以都有大量日光打照著,彩光度非常好Semi Lunch Buffet 時間由中午12時至下午4時 (L.O.: 3PM)時間也長,而且每位只是$298,超級抵!如果在星期一至四更買三送一,非常超值先揀一款主菜, 然後馬上出去buffet corner揀野食嚕新鮮沙律菜有3款, 混合沙律3-4款, harlan's出名的餐前包, 甜品7-8款, 巴馬火腿蜜瓜, 自家製肝醬多士等等, 以semi-buffet嚟講, 種類算係咁混合沙律和甜品我眼見在refill時會轉換款式, 無咁悶行了一round,各樣也拿了少許沙律我配咗蘋果意大利香醋醬, 酸酸甜甜好開胃, 仲拎咗好多我最喜愛嘅芝麻葉, 好新鮮哈蜜瓜都好甜, 巴馬火腿又唔會過咸, 好match另外有款以泰式調味嘅鴨胸芋絲沙律都好出色, 推介不過自家製肝醬多士,件多士

其實主菜的份量本人覺得剛好, 因為還有甜品
本人一向對朱古力都不是首選,所以感覺朱古力甜品是較甜
幾款甜品全都吃下去,
個人最喜歡的是酸味味的檸檬撻和布甸

是一道令人期待的前菜,用玻璃杯呈上菜式,杯上有一大片薄脆餅,上面放了北海道馬糞海膽及壓成薄片的魚子醬,店員建議敲碎薄脆餅再拌勻後吃,而杯內放有松葉蟹肉燉蛋,新鮮的海膽及一絲絲松葉蟹肉入口鮮甜,燉蛋很滑,賣相精緻用料亦奢華,味道及視覺都令人回味。

特別手法處理鵝肝,唔用一般煎嘅方法,反而係用檸檬汁用包保鮮紙蒸嘅方法,保留原汁原味,唔用煎就唔會老唔會過油。係未試過嘅鵝肝口感😳好嫩,但唔重內臟味,比起平時煎嘅油膩感大減,配Dark Chocolate Roll食都幾新穎。

平時比較少見嘅烤鮟鱇魚面頰,無論係擺盤定口感我都比佢呃咗!做到好似五花腩咁香,魚皮超脆,魚面頰口感層次分明,真係好似五花腩咁,有分層,柔軟層實肉層都有,質感厚實唔韌。將鮟鱇魚肝炸做脆粒,又係將平時唔多人接受嘅內臟完美地處理左,香口入口。

For the main course, I had heard great reviews about the 🐠𝘗𝘢𝘯 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘏𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘠𝘶𝘻𝘶 & 𝘈𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘰, 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘥, so I decided to give it a try, and I loved it😋💕 The torched avocado🥑 on the halibut added an extra layer of flavor and creaminess, and the couscous salad was a healthy complement to the dish.

而家有buffet嘅Appetizer,有好多款揀,有沙律,蕃茄水牛芝士,Parma Ham,煙三文魚等等!質素非常之唔錯,仲可以任攞!平時閨蜜不太食Parma Ham,佢話呢個風乾火腿唔會太鹹又唔太肥同出邊嗰啲唔同,所以食咗好多😜我就最鍾意個煙三文魚,嗰邊仲有香草,提升咗味道嘅層次!

Today I dined out with my husband and went to "Harlan's Bar and Restaurant” which is located on the 19th floor of The ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui. Today I dined out with my husband and went to "Harlan's Bar and Restaurant” which is located on the 19th floor of The ONE in Tsim Sha Tsui. They offered a semi-buffet option with a variety of dishes and of course we loved it👍

We started with enjoying the smoked salmon, salad and desserts. All those were fresh and yummy.My husband and I especially liked the mango pudding and we took three bottles each🤣

For an additional HK$20, we both tried the black truffle mushroom soup which was creamy with a perfect blend of black truffle and mushroom flavors😀

The main courses we chose included pan-fried halibut with yuzu and avocado, served with cous cous salad. The halibut was tender and juicy, and the yuzu and avocado added a refreshing and tangy taste😋 The Boston lobster tail with spicy seafood pesto was my husband’s choice which was accompanied by spicy fried rice cakes for an additional HK$80. The flesh of lobster tail was incredibly succulent, exceptionally fresh, and incredibly delicious.It was rich in seafood flavors too ❤️

In addition, we also enjoyed a hot chamomile tea and a chilled chocolate drink, which provided a perfect ending to the meal.

一直好鐘意Harlan’s 嘅大露台,之前試過夜晚坐出去食晚飯飲野感覺好chill好舒服,但價錢就唔算大眾化,但原來而家weekend都有lunch set,仲要平過食dinner好多,正。一坐低就有幾款不同嘅麵包奉上,新鮮焗起,外脆內軟,前菜我哋揀咗黑松露湯配龍蝦,松露湯好香好Creamy,配埋原隻龍蝦,雖然份量唔多,不過好彈牙,好好味。主菜帶子香草意粉,好濃郁嘅香草味道,帶子好大粒,好鮮甜。但我覺得另一款主菜真係非常特別,係和牛舌配多士,一咬落去芝士同埋和牛舌融為一體,入口多士脆卜卜,和牛味道好濃郁,好特別嘅感覺,我從來都冇試過咁樣嘅配搭,真係好有驚喜而且非常好味。甜品有兩款,栗子甜品好香我最鍾意,另外cream brûlée 好香,甜品好好味,又唔係太甜,最後配埋濃郁嘅咖啡,呢一餐不論環境同食物都令我非常滿意。
