下午茶食多左,到晩飯時間想食啲清清地嘅嘢,於是諗起佢舖內裝修簡單樸實,冷氣充足,大熱天時入到嚟都好涼爽。水餃款式樣多,有韭菜、三鮮、菜肉、牛肉同白菜冬菇餃,仲可以香煎同上湯煮,我有啲心大心細。我問店主嬸嬸可唔可以雙拼,佢都特別整俾我,實在太好了。最後我地點左上湯三鮮餃拼牛肉餃、担担麵同時菜。三鮮餃啲蝦肉大大粒,應該係用鮮蝦做嘅,加埋肉碎同韭黃真係鮮。牛肉餃料足,自然味美,沒有其他店的味精味,餃子皮厚薄恰到好處,充滿家的味道。担担麵麵底彈牙,麵醬冶味帶層次富花生同豆味,感覺自然舒服,味道不錯。用心經營的小舖,用最好嘅材料,發揮天然嘅味道,才是家嘅味道。

之前電視介紹過呢間餃子小店來試下佢堅唔堅先一入門口,差唔多坐滿拿拿聲坐低先要了半份三鮮餃放湯,半份煎韮菜餃仲有雞絲涼拌麵同豆漿半份有五隻~方便大家食其他款煎餃外脆入面好多汁,一咬"飛"出來,正!三鮮餃有家庭feel,幾好味反而豆腐同麵就不過是失啦環境都幾舒服~

因為買咗groupon的洗車打臘, 所以無啦啦走到去土瓜灣, 放低車就去醫肚, 老公問食咩, 我話唔知又唔識路. 我突然唸起, 車緊係去openrice search下啦.堅冇咩食, 只係見巧興係特別多留言和讚, 於是一試.老公點咗雞絲涼伴, 因為佢話見人人都叫. 拿! 堅係好食, 醬唔算好多"張"住個口, 雞絲唔會少少, 唔算好凍, 冬天食都OK.然後佢迫我叫咗炸醬麵, 其實我想食炸菜肉絲麵, 結果佢冇食我果個炸醬麵, 因為麻麻地, 味道...... 有點怪, 可能我唔接受啦. 但青瓜絲好新鱗, 爽口, 加番分.再叫咗半份三鮮餃放湯, 半份牛肉餃蕉. 半份好似係6隻, 17蚊, OK. 人手包喎, 灣仔水餃都要啦. 不過注意的係佢煎既水餃其實係炸, 不過唔油, 加D醋WOW 100分. 由於太急試味, 冇影到相.我地叫埋豆漿, 佢一放上枱勁開心, 因為用碗, 坊間已經好少咁做, 好正忠既北方做法. 可惜放水太多, 冇咩豆味.我地咁樣食法都只係93蚊, 不得了. 有圖有証据.

我是一個愛餃之人,在這裡我找到兒時吃餃的味道。這裡店面地方不多,但總是坐滿了人,深受街坊及外區食客的支持。這裡的食物首選推餃子。湯餃之中覺得三鮮餃及菜肉雲吞較好,而煎餃方面我的心水是牛肉餃,肉汁豐富。他們的麵也不錯,相當好咬口。其他小食則普普通通。

[第二集因為手機 App 的問題所以提早發文了,現在補回第一篇。]來到這一個區份工作已經有一個月了,土瓜灣對我來說還是一個未知之地(往往就只是乘車經過卻沒有真正到過),趁上班前有一點空檔便走來探索一下。上來這裡找找,這家巧興原來是土瓜灣區排行第一的店,所以這個土瓜灣首發便決定給它了。只是由於天生方向感缺乏,尋尋覓覓,幾乎要淒淒慘慘戚戚才找到來。店內人不多,阿姐們正在努力包餃子。要了一半韭菜餃,一半白菜冬菇餃。看食評知道這裡有內有蒜頭的臘八醋供應的,所以我就用半鹹淡普通話問阿姐要了。(應該是太重口味所以就沒有放在桌上供人取用吧。)嗯,這個醋的味道很熟悉...因為家母常常在家浸蒜頭醋然後要我吃,這個臘八醋就正正是這個味道了。可能是那個蒜頭泡得不夠久,不然就更有風味。馳名的韭菜餃就是這個了,餃皮厚薄適中,餡料也香,不過一時忘了原來這個是有肉餡的,不過正所謂煮到來就食,都幾好味吖。白菜冬菇餃同理,味道清一點,當然也相對比較好肉地。買單時阿姐收了我 $28,我望著牆上的餐牌計了計數,應該沒有這麼便宜的吧?

嗯,這個醋的味道很熟悉...因為家母常常在家浸蒜頭醋然後要我吃,這個臘八醋就正正是這個味道了。可能是那個蒜頭泡得不夠久,不然就更有風味。

炸醬麵($25)…港式和韓式炸醬麵經常會吃﹐但北京炸醬麵還是第一次吃﹐味道偏鹹﹐好像吃到有點南乳味﹐但北京麵的麵條較腍身﹐感覺與炸醬不太相配。

素鴨撈麵($28)…做素鴨的腐皮很脆口,夾著紫菜﹐口感與味道也不錯﹐只是其實我一向都不太喜歡上海麵的麵質﹐沒有彈性的。

『巧興』這小小的店子﹐有著濃濃的北京風味﹐老闆娘言語間也夾雜普通話﹐只花數十元便可以在香港吃到地道味﹐此乃其樂無比。

當天起床,突然想起餃子來!好像許久沒嚐過對口味的餃子了,加上天氣炎熱,如果能嚐到餃子的同時,又能嚐到涼麵便更合意了!講求手工製作的餃子與涼麵,利錢不高,在租金昂貴的鬧市似乎已絕跡了,只有舊區租金相對合理,餃子與涼麵的食店方有機會生存。於是立即起床,在 OpenRice 網址上輸入土瓜灣區來搜尋,豈料真找到一家目標店。甫進門,巧興的面積一眼盡見,而食客也坐得滿滿,幸好遇上剛剛結帳離開的食客,我和老公才可佔上那張在大門後,僅能容納二人的桌子。當天陽光猛烈,先要來豆漿兩杯解熱。豆味不算濃郁,甜度不算過份,豆漿還可以吧!巧興除了供應湯麵、亦有冷麵和撈麵,當然還有我喜歡的餃子。貼在左邊牆上的是煎餃之款式,而右手邊玻璃窗上的就是麵類及雲吞等。雞絲涼麵份量不少,麵條上鋪有青瓜絲、紅蘿蔔絲及充滿麻醬的雞絲。雞絲肉質幼嫩、富有恰好的彈性,加上預先醃製的鹹味,雞絲的效果比預期理想。麵條帶有韌性,能將醬汁緊緊掛上。醬汁是涼麵至關重要的靈魂,沒有了出色的醬汁,涼麵頓時變得無味。巧興涼麵的醬汁,酸味最為搶鏡,醋醋的味兒很溫醇,沒有半點刺喉;未能完美的是麻醬,不夠麻香,同時辣味也非常淺薄,整體不夠惹味。要了小份1

進食期間,相熟的客人會自行到豆漿機前加添豆漿,但老公和我畢竟是首次惠顧,當然透過侍應幫忙最為穩妥。

巧興的客人流轉速度也甚迅速,不過亦難以避免輪候的情況出現。街坊顧客佔大多數,不單與店內工作人員相熟,有的街坊更不約而同在巧興內遇上,一邊進食、一邊細談子女經,或閒聊家事,可見巧興深受街坊們的愛戴。巧興的餃子與涼麵雖不算突出,可是身歷店中,欲感受到一份久違了的街坊親切,每隻餃子彷彿也洋溢著滿滿的街坊情。

像那樣的小店,在港已甚為罕見。

呢度啲煎餃從來都係咁, 卜卜脆! 好味到想即刻encore......[哎呀~ 小食多滋味, 留番下次啦.....!]

食完喇! 無加一收費, 合共食咗38蚊, 滿足到呢...
可以乖乖返屋企喇, 成個下晝諗住人哋啲餃子.....真係為食到呀!!!!!

Came here for the famous green garlic but unfortunately mine was white that day.As well as green garlic, you can get can black garlic these days (black gold).The garlic that I had was not pickled long enough, the taste of the garlic was not that spicy and it was just slightly sour.Hopefully the next time I come here the garlic will be green.The dumplings that I ordered were pork and vegetable and the ratio of pork and chopped vegetables were 1:1.I felt that there was too much dumpling skin.On to

As well as green garlic, you can get can black garlic these days (black gold).

The garlic that I had was not pickled long enough, the taste of the garlic was not that spicy and it was just slightly sour.
Hopefully the next time I come here the garlic will be green.
The dumplings that I ordered were pork and vegetable and the ratio of pork and chopped vegetables were 1:1.

I felt that there was too much dumpling skin.
On top of the dumplings were two pieces of seaweed, the seaweed was different to the seaweed I have seen at other places, it was a thick sheet of seaweed.

Anyway the story of the green garlic goes like this.......
When it is the 8th of December on the lunar calender, garlics are put into a jar of vinegar and pickled.
This tradition originates from northern China and the pickled garlics are to be eaten in Spring with dumplings.

Another story is that the pronounciation of garlic in Mandarin is "suen" which is similar to another mandarin word "suen" with the meaning "nevermind".
So the people in China gave these pickled garlics to people who came to collect their debts hoping they didnt need to pay them.

And another version is to do with buddism which I can't quite understand the Chinese, and I may be wrong with the above stories because I am guessing what it saids from the translation from google!
