翻佐甘多日工終於迎來day off啦,今天同朋友來到灣仔呢間餐廳試下,位置都幾方便,環境優美,休閒好地方。新鮮嘅沙律菜、車厘茄、青瓜同埋橄欖淋想泰式酸辣汁,酸酸甜甜幾開胃。當中仲加入左芝士粒同埋椰菜花泥,味道好豐富。生蠔非常新鮮,好creamy好滑。兩件生蠔份量啱啱好,不多不少,嚐到新鮮味道嘅同時都唔會食滯咗,口感很好。銀鱈魚賣相非常精緻優美,給人一見到就好有食慾,鱈魚煎到岩岩好,皮脆肉嫩又唔易散開!個汁係pea purée 感覺幾健康,魚下面佈滿了番茄粒,好正。總體來講我同我朋友都覺得幾好。

牛扒煮得啱啱好,唔知係咪因為用咗Josper Grill嘅關係,肉汁尤其豐富😛
牛味重,肉質鮮嫩,一啲都唔韌。而且用上嘅橄欖油味道好特別,好香😛
不得不提旁邊嘅菠菜好好食!

總括嚟講,hEat所用嘅食材相當新鮮,烹調方法亦都係幾特別嘅。
食到人客都差唔多走晒,侍應仲走埋嚟閒聊幾句,非常親切☺️
價錢唔算非常貴,氣氛唔錯,係約會嘅好地方🤤
