最期待的熟成牛肉終於上菜了。外皮較一般牛肉煙靭,但入面的肉質非常鮮嫩,我們點了medium rare 所以還呈有紅紅的顏色,牛味十分濃郁。配菜也十分出色,由於餐廳加入了由有花椒香味的油,所以不辣但又十分惹味。

到了甜品環節,為整餐畫上完美句號。

之前試過45-day dry aged rib eye 這次就試試這裡最頂級的Australian blackmore m9 wagyu!
牛扒一如既往燒至完美的medium rare😚 吃下去肉質細緻 軟嫩多汁 油脂豐腴 肉味也挺濃😋 的確不錯!
只是這和牛價錢真的不菲~ 這價錢啊 就有很多其他地方的高質牛扒選擇囉~
有機會的話 下次來可能試試另外的30-day dry aged striploin😚

整體來說 hEat不論食物質素 環境 氛圍 服務 各方面都挺出色的!就是定價比較貴👅 但來跟另一半撐檯腳 是個不錯的選擇喔😚

地中海菜你試過未🙈?上網見到hEat 有煮地中海菜好拿手嘅主廚就去左試。😋我咩都想食下所以叫左個4course Menu:前菜可以揀黑松露多士或者生蠔生蠔好鮮甜,好creamy 之後可以揀蟹腳或者clams 真係好鍾意佢個clams,個汁好濃郁,好香忌廉味,配埋薑絲味道出奇地夾。主菜分別可以揀三文魚🍣,牛扒或者係珠雞。我自己比較鍾意食佢個雞,好嫩。同埋特別提下牛扒啲配菜係炒雜菜,好香!!好少會清晒啲配菜😂用咗啲孜然粉,有啲似食串燒。個甜品真係要讚!!好好味呀😍😍😍有白朱古力panna Cotta 或者tiramisu 。我好鍾意佢個tiramisu,朱古力味好香濃但係又唔會太甜,酒味都好出。🍫🍷 至於嘢飲,佢哋可以按照你嘅喜好去條配,好犀利真係樣樣都整到出嚟。👍我講咗椰子糖🥥佢真係整咗杯超好飲嘅椰子味mocktail 🍸

上網見到hEat 有煮地中海菜好拿手嘅主廚就去左試。😋
我咩都想食下所以叫左個4course Menu:

前菜可以揀黑松露多士或者生蠔
生蠔好鮮甜,好creamy
之後可以揀蟹腳或者clams
真係好鍾意佢個clams,個汁好濃郁,好香忌廉味,配埋薑絲味道出奇地夾。

主菜分別可以揀三文魚🍣,牛扒或者係珠雞。
我自己比較鍾意食佢個雞,好嫩。
同埋特別提下牛扒啲配菜係炒雜菜,好香!!好少會清晒啲配菜😂用咗啲孜然粉,有啲似食串燒。

甜品真係要讚!!好好味呀😍😍😍有白朱古力panna Cotta 或者tiramisu 。
我好鍾意佢個tiramisu,朱古力味好香濃但係又唔會太甜,酒味都好出。🍫
🍷 至於嘢飲,佢哋可以按照你嘅喜好去條配,好犀利真係樣樣都整到出嚟。👍
我講咗椰子糖🥥佢真係整咗杯超好飲嘅椰子味mocktail 🍸

跟住就係另一道主菜Prime CAB striploin in house Dry Aged 30days,風乾30天熟成牛扒唔係道道有得食,我記憶中食過一次,今次係第二次食,熟成牛扒係令到牛肉既味道更加強烈,香煎左後口感軟熟又嫩滑多汁,食到有淡淡既煙薰味,
另外配左四川風味既炒菜,令整體味道更加惹味
