1. Summer Truffle Porcini Toast - 一上枱就非常之香噴噴,多士烤得香脆,同truffle醬好夾。

2. King Crab King - 皇帝蟹腳已經開左殼,非常方便,而且啖啖肉,無加調味料所以食到蟹既鮮味,唔錯唔錯。

3. Salmon - 煮得岩岩好 邊邊煎得香口而入面三文魚仲好嫩滑新鮮

4. Chocolate Tiramisu - 貌似mousse但食落發現手指餅原來隱藏左係底,朱古力幼滑好味道

另外仲叫左呢度既Signature Dish
美國Prime 30日熟成牛扒 (medium rare)
意思即係牛肉會通常吊掛
經過幾星期既風乾而令牛既肉味更加集中
肉質嫩滑色澤亦會透出粉紅色

這天朋友相約於灣仔吃飯,這次朋友選擇了一間西餐廳, 環境方面已黑色為主調,配搭柔和的音樂,加上開放式的吧檯,看到調酒師的一舉一動,令人覺得吃飯,不只是是為了一頓飯,更是為了欣賞視覺的精彩。在門外看到這個熟成櫃,我已經知道我的目標。餐廳等提供移動電源可供使用。不要小看這個菜,味道香濃,配搭忌廉白酒,吃起來味道更為鮮甜,更可以大大大出海鮮的鮮味。另外皇帝蟹腳沒想到蟹味十足,加上完全不帶腥味,已經是驚喜之選。另外,主菜方面,我們點了一個三文魚,另一個就是我最愛的熟成牛。魚肉鮮嫩,熟度剛好魚味十足還帶點油香。 30日的熟成牛性價比十足加上牛肉味香濃, 配搭店家調製的醬汁,又有另一番滋味。

無跟餐嘅Main我地都係揀左牛,要左Prime Creekstone Ribeye in House Dry Aged 45 days,每100g價錢係$238,最少要叫250g,所以我地最後要左300g。呢個牛扒味道比起Dry Aged 30 days更加濃郁,我本人好鍾意,但朋友就覺得麻麻地,因為熟成時間愈長就會愈有好似醃製過嘅味道,佢覺得似平時風乾火腿個隻味。
