Whole Lobster: 呢個龍蝦其實都唔需要點講嘢,因為佢啖啖肉好有龍蝦嘅鮮味, 而且 啲龍蝦膏甜, 所以呢一道菜我覺得呢個龍蝦係我心中實佔一席位,肯定係主角之一,另外下少少沙律菜,令到個龍蝦唔係太油膩, 唔係太滯,所以建議食龍蝦之餘順道食埋啲菜。

45 days Dry Aged Greater Omaha Striploin: 呢個牛扒其實最大特色就係佢風乾咗,好似你食西班牙火腿咁樣,不過佢風乾得嚟肉仲保持彈性,而且亦都可以鎖到佢個肉汁,再加埋佢個cream source,食落去更加有層次,另外不得不提就係佢旁邊有小小炒雜菜同一啲菇,係用四川炒法去炒 。 煮法新穎,本人見識了。

最後我同我朋友食埋個甜品就閃人,至於今日個甜品就係心太軟同檸檬撻, 其實個心太軟都唔錯因為我比較鍾意食朱古力 ,呢一間餐廳畀我印像都幾positive , 同埋個環境都唔錯,可以帶朋友嚟食生日飯或者係一啲喜慶節日嚟慶祝因為環境唔錯。 如果未食過地中海菜嘅朋友可以嚟試下。

鵝肝,Port wine caramel sauce 令鵝肝完全沒有油膩感,反而多了一層輕輕的甜香,
上面有一個溫泉蛋,反而令鵝肝更加綿滑。
細細件的鵝肝入口即溶,相當值得細味。

蜆用Lemongrass and ginger cream sauce去烹調。
有一點點特別,因為有點似在泰國店食到的口味。
但為之後既主菜帶來了更多更多的層次,亦是今日非常突出的味道。
蜆本身很大隻,好嫩滑。個汁又煮得好creamy。這味道在今日這一餐很突出,很令人印象深。

Lobster
Lobster 相當相當新鮮,
食材本身就係靈魂,廚師的細緻將食物美味帶到令人境界,
肉質彈牙鮮嫩,肉是實淨的,而且鮮味十足。
加上芝士的美味,把芝士咸香帶入龍蝦肉裡面,十分享受。
另外底部是配有cous cous ,它比較少見,我亦是第一次搭配龍蝦一齊食的,十分有趣,它食落的口感特別,與龍蝦一齊食,有一種天作之合的感覺。

這個形容不為過。
每一片的牛肉確實與平日的有分別,肉汁可能沒有平日肉眼排多,但牛味,質感,牛香往往過之而冇不及。令人相當的驚喜,每片的牛肉都在口腔散發,相當美味。

Dry aged greater ohama striploin 配咗四川汁嘅菜。先講個菜,個四川汁係好重花椒香味,但平時唔係好食得辣嘅我都完全冇問題,仲食唔停口,好順口。個牛下面有白色嘅蒜泥,配埋一齊食,好吊得出牛嘅肉味。果然係靚野

最後由甜品作結,心太軟係新鮮焗起,流心程度完全夠,朱古力好夠甜。後面嘅檸檬撻好醒胃,為豐富嘅晚餐消一消滯。

今次呢餐真係食得好滿足,黎慶祝節日真係岩晒!
