走進利園東街,就像走入了一條外國的小街般⋯ 有很多遊人在拍照,看出這條街很有特色和風格。 在這特別的小街,有間型格的星馬餐廳~ 沒來兩個月,轉了新餐牌喔 沒來兩個月,轉了新餐牌喔 地下是酒吧,樓上是用餐區,面積頗大。裝潢也非常型格,牆上掛著娘惹油畫,柱上掛著中式蒸籠,座位也舒適,難怪有不少人選擇在這餐廳慶生 蟹黃醬爆芝士大蝦丸 ($128)超級貼心,上菜時還端上小牌子有個溫馨提示~寫著: Warning explosive四粒大蝦丸中間伴隨清新的沙律絲,減輕油膩感。蝦丸的沙律醬上各切了一粒紅辣椒,惹味之餘增添星馬菜之風味。稍放涼了便切開中間,哇! 發現蟹黃都頗多呢,很醬爆!蝦蟹同吃,鮮上加鮮,蝦丸咬落彈牙富口感,正啊~乾咖哩蟹肉炒飯 ($98)蠻有睇頭的蟹飯,蟹蓋十分有架勢,有眼有鼻份量方面也頗多,足足有四碗,也很喜歡這兒的瓷碗,每人每枱的碗都有不同的圖案。炒飯粒粒分明,配上蟹肉、蛋、芥蘭頭,乾咖哩不大突出,微微的咖哩香味跟蟹肉很配。吃得差不多,轉場下一站。。。甜品

蠻有睇頭的蟹飯,蟹蓋十分有架勢,有眼有鼻

份量方面也頗多,足足有四碗,也很喜歡這兒的瓷碗,每人每枱的碗都有不同的圖案。
炒飯粒粒分明,配上蟹肉、蛋、芥蘭頭,乾咖哩不大突出,微微的咖哩香味跟蟹肉很配。
吃得差不多,轉場下一站。。。

相信很多人都聽說過,不過,是因為某歌手的一首主打歌曲名嗎?

我在灣仔長大,眼看這條消失的舊街道,取而代之是一處經過規劃和翻新而置成一角的「新小鎮」
舊印刷舖集中地變成各色高檔西餐廳和名牌商店,矮小唐樓變成高層豪宅,昔日典型的香港舊區景象變成設計融合中西風味同時刻意保留傳統特色的環境

翻新後的街道,確是令人眼前一亮,卻又隱含無形的失落,實在令人百感交集!

有捨,先有得
捨舊,才能獲新?

也許是在寸金尺土的香港來說,這是社會進步變遷的必經階段,回憶也只能回味

與其沈醉在以往的囍帖街裡,倒不如踏上這條翻新過的#利東街,雖然古舊風情來後有點造作不自然,但看得出當中用心規劃的一面
引進的餐廳都是各具特色,這家新開的酒吧西餐廳主打星馬菜Fusion菜,裝潢帶古舊中國風味,同時令人感到有情調又神秘!

沒有囍帖街既利東街換來有間"囍碟", 名字咁中式但外貌十足酒吧feel, 但上到樓上就完全另一景像, 中式得來有型格.  尤其十字通花窗框配上石磚牆很有新派上海味道, 做影相背景一流.  不過這裡是馬來西亞娘惹菜, 單看菜名已知大廚夠創意, SET LUNCH 都是$88 在這條街已夠吸引, 但最吸睛既係"龍蝦湯麵英國蟹黃"  我呢個蟹痴無力抗拒. 這杯茶葉茶入口順滑甘香, 不知什麼名堂, 有點像蕎麥茶. "冬陰公龍蝦湯麵配大蝦英國蟹黃" - - 湯頭龍蝦/蝦味濃郁帶著冬陰公既微酸卻不辣, 鋪面那堆蟹黃不得了, 啖啖蟹膏放入口, 蟹鮮味強烈.  蝦仁已去殼, 數量很多, 雖不算彈牙但頗爽.  麵質曲曲像公仔麵, 較軟身, 如換上米粉可能更吸湯汁更入味.  食後回公司口腔內仍有蟹膏味, 令我很回味.

"冬陰公龍蝦湯麵配大蝦英國蟹黃" - - 湯頭龍蝦/蝦味濃郁帶著冬陰公既微酸卻不辣, 鋪面那堆蟹黃不得了, 啖啖蟹膏放入口, 蟹鮮味強烈.  蝦仁已去殼, 數量很多, 雖不算彈牙但頗爽.  麵質曲曲像公仔麵, 較軟身, 如換上米粉可能更吸湯汁更入味.  食後回公司口腔內仍有蟹膏味, 令我很回味.
Other Info. : 樓上雅座坐得較舒服, 但樓梯好窄, 好像我小肥肥就上落要小心.

自從有咗新的利東街,灣仔工作的人有新地方食晏,可以訂位,價錢幾十元有交易,周末來,假日午餐仲扺食。例如 Hei House,五十幾元一個飯,有咁既環境,物有所值。豬肉雲呑配羅望子酸甜計,特色在嗰汁,真係調得幾好,幾特別,炸雲吞酥脆,一客三粒。黑椒蟹肉炒飯,加咗少少黑椒,帶出蟹肉的鮮及飯的香,清而不膩,炒得乾濕度啱。小號星加坡叻沙,椰奶份量充足,配料有蝦、魚片、雞肉、豆腐卜丶蛋等,米線最好,夠軟而且滑,滿意。

松露芝士批
單看名字會以為是法式的quiche,又或是意式的pizza,沒想到竟是印度菜的roti。在印度的煎餅中間放上野菌碎,鋪上芝士去焗,留下圓形外圍模彷成薄餅的批邊,都幾特別。即使吃到不少切成粒的菇菌,但菌味並不明顯,更找不到松露的踨影。芝士也只是淡淡的。通常吃pizza,鋪在上面的配料是味道的主要來源,但這道菜最突出的味道,竟來自roti的油香,都幾酥化,鬆脆。甚有特色,但味道和效果都只屬一般。

果味清甜的mocktail,都幾甜,但甜得自然。杯裡有不少士多啤梨果肉,被打成蓉的芒果不及士多啤梨明顯。混了清涼的薄荷,清涼解渴,除了沒有酒外,跟mojito都有幾分相似。

相比之下,這杯甜度低得多,主要是青檸的酸。杯裡有粒粒藍莓,但飲不到藍莓味,也不太覺菠蘿的甜酸或甜。梳打水的氣泡細密,比上一杯用雪碧的泡泡效果強得多。

反轉蛋撻
充滿玩味的名字,叫人好奇。加點想像力,的確似反轉了的蛋撻餡。被壓成碎,撒在旁邊的「撻皮」其實是消化餅。不是想像中的蛋撻餡,說穿了只是焦糖燉蛋。搖一搖碟子,燉蛋震震下充滿動感。蛋味清香,甜度適中,口感軟滑。以焦糖燉蛋來說,蛋味可以更重,甚至加點雲尼拿香;跟蛋撻相比,又完全不是那回事,似乎是噱頭居多。

灣仔利東街翻新至今還沒有正式到訪過一直都聽說這邊變得超漂亮的這天終於抽空前來一探究竟來到有喜帖街之稱的利東街當然要來囍碟應應景店鋪分為2層下層是酒吧的設計想要跟朋友休閒地聊聊天所以就選擇了這一區菠蘿炒飯 (HKD 88)看似小小一碟但實際上分量還挺多的飯粒都是金黃色的而且還顆顆分明,乾濕適中再加上酸甜多汁的菠蘿看似簡單,卻絕對是超水準之作巴東牛仔芝士批 (HKD 58)牛肉很幼嫩散發陣陣芝士濃香批底酥脆鬆化就算分量比較少了一點烤焗肉骨茶豬手 (HKD 158)油炸鬼應該是放久了已經沒有酥脆的口感了不過浸泡肉骨茶還是挺不錯的豬手切成小小片的很容易食用豬手的皮烤焗得超軟淋的豬手肉則有一點過硬肉骨茶加入枸杞,味道很清甜沒有一般肉骨茶的藥材味Heimamba (HKD 58)很清新的青檸味甚至吃得到一顆顆的青檸果粒不過就沒有太大的藍莓味而且一開始冰粒還沒有溶解前有點過酸飯後果 (HKD 68)椰子冰很清新精美的甜點為是晚劃下完美的句號

賞蝶極海南雞半肥瘦肉質唔係好嫩滑 啱啱好熟曬對於我哋呢啲識得煮飯嘅人 知道雞肉要啱啱好雞骨就未必太熟所以上枱時我發現咗佢嘅雞骨係比較少 相信係老闆一個小甜心下大家見到比較血汗嘅雞骨會有所驚嚇
超正超特別牙所以一向都係食嘅我一次過數清曬d上面嘅嘢食一定會再返兜
