仲有個上網腸粉
, 外面普通腸粉包主D網網炸物 , 裏面仲有啖啖蝦肉 , 層次分明 , 唔錯 !
有一個飯不得不介紹, 避風塘炒飯 , 成窩上 , 熱騰騰 , 材枓帶子蝦仁等 , 味道帶點香辣 , 好野味 , 連唔食辣的同事都要添食 , 不過, 提提大家, 這個飯餐牌冇 , 要另叫 !
唯一唔喜愛的係春捲 , 餡料係竽蓉 , 冇咩吸引 , 順遂個人口味 ! 其他整體都唔錯 , 不過價錢都應該唔錯 !

每每有新同事ON BOARD我地都會成班人去飲茶迎新,聘珍樓近公司,環境又好當然係最好選擇啦。我就最中意食燒賣,佢既燒賣肥瘦豬肉比例相當好,加埋爽口既蝦可以話係一絕,豬肉嘅解,加埋蝦嘅甜,令我呢個燒賣粉絲拍案叫絕。腸粉叫左幾款,叉燒腸皮夠薄,配埋淡淡既甜豉油就FIT晒,叉燒味有咬口,並唔係一般貨色。魷魚鬚就不過不失,唔夠惹味。

星期五又係team lunch既開心時間,上午11點幾就book聘珍樓飲茶,聘珍樓環境幾靚,又夠大夠高雅,比起平時食開第二間既好X酒樓好得多,食物質素亦是。開心菊花茶一壺。咸水角好食又脆口,外脆內軟,熱辣辣咁食真係一流。(隔離兜炒麵無食到,只係想食點心。)蝦腸皮薄精塋剔透,咬落去蝦同腸粉配合得天衣無縫,再加上甜甜地既豉油,又係一流。另外一流既就係佢地既椒鹽鮮魷,外脆內脆,咬落去先係脫卜卜既皮,後來就係魷魚既鮮味,口感堅韌有咬口,一條一條咁食我一個都可以食成碟!棉花雞都OK,入面果舊「棉花」吸哂雞汁好好食,雞都滑而有鮮味,唔錯。飲茶點燒賣是常識吧,食落肉多汁多,不過可惜既係冇牛肉球。

記得廿多年前,剛出來工作,第一次去到尖沙咀廣東道的聘珍樓(即現在的新太陽廣場二樓)。當時老闆請食飯,已記不起食過甚麼了,但仍然記得當時的感覺,門口十分有氣派的一間酒樓,當然,到了今天,高級的酒樓多的是,尤其是那些位於高層酒家或酒店內的中菜館,更具氣派,但不要忘記,廿幾年前的尖沙咀,海運大廈的海洋皇宮已經算是高級酒樓了。得閒問一問長輩,還記得當年有甚麼高級酒樓的名字,到今次還未執笠的…..一直都無留意,聘珍樓的英文字併音:Heichinrou. 有無覺得奇怪?「聘」字;不論是國語或粵語;不是用”P”音? 點解會寫”H”? 心裡隱約想了一想,又不肯定,立即上網查一查。果然不出所料;聘珍樓的名字是由日本傳過來,早在1884年已經在日本横浜開業。每次去日本,有機會經過横浜的聘珍樓,總想幫襯,但心諗…. 無理由去日本旅遊吃中國餐吧,至始都未幫襯過一次….. 下次再經横浜時,無論如何都要入去。如果有讀過日語,應該知道 半濁音的「ぽ行」(P音) 和濁音的「ば行」(B音) 都是由「は行」(H音)生出來。古代日語中的P、B、H 音很多時候會互換使用。諗住鬧我係度發噏風? 且慢…. 然而;我也只是初班的日

如果有讀過日語,應該知道 半濁音的「ぽ行」(P音) 和濁音的「ば行」(B音) 都是由「は行」(H音)生出來。古代日語中的P、B、H 音很多時候會互換使用。諗住鬧我係度發噏風? 且慢…. 然而;我也只是初班的日語程度,但在學時曾經上過一年的語言(音)學課。一般人以為語言學都是悶死人的,我竟然覺得有趣,真係痴痴地線。日本人到現代也發不到「F」音,所有F音的字,日本人都是發「B」或「P」的,有無聽過日本人講廣東話? 「食飯」會變成「食扮」。福建人都一樣,只不過是F音發成H音,即「食飯」變成「食幻」。在古代全世界都沒有F音,莎士比亞時代的英語都沒有F音。英語有F字,但F字不是發F音,F音是近代演化出來。可惜我等傭材,上課時聽一半;唔聽一半,唔太記得老師講過原因,大致上都是口部發音的用力等等,發F音是較為用力。

蘿蔔牛根腩,一般的是用白蘿蔔,但這裡用紅蘿蔔。紅蘿蔔比較甜,而白蘿蔔清甜中帶甘,兩者味道各有不同。牛根煮得夠軟,但入口仍有韌度,牛腩未算太淋,配上紅蘿蔔的味道,鹹甜度適中。

燒賣就食得多,不過,咁大粒,隻蝦咁大隻!豬肉味又十足!非常好咬口!的確足料!

總結,我地差不多叫左半個menu! 而9成既點心,都很出色!果然係一分錢一分貨!

又到Happy Friday 當然要食餐好,每次黎呢間酒樓都打算係食餐飽同好,今次一行十五人。差不多又叫曬餐牌上嘅點心,不過我依然揀左三樣最出色嘅點心推薦!就係一定有嘅魷魚酥,新出品嘅蒜泥鴨胸同蘿蔔金錢肚。首先講魷魚酥,酒樓炸處野,最忌炸得吾透,不過呢到嘅魷魚酥除左皮薄脆口外,仲係彈牙,絕不會咬吾斷。新出品嘅蒜泥鴨胸,吾係好大陣蒜味不過醬汁酸甜,配埋肉質厚實嘅鴨胸真係吾錯。最後個蘿蔔金錢肚,炆得幾入味蘿蔔SIZE岩岩好,金錢肚份量十足吾會得個幾塊,醬汁小辣,但惹味,多食亦吾會口渴,贊!食飽飽打個分,呢到都依然有九十,希望下次食都一樣!

又到Happy Friday 當然要食餐好,每次黎呢間酒樓都打算係食餐飽同好,今次一行十五人。差不多又叫曬餐牌上嘅點心,不過我依然揀左三樣最出色嘅點心推薦!就係一定有嘅魷魚酥,新出品嘅蒜泥鴨胸同蘿蔔金錢肚。首先講魷魚酥,酒樓炸處野,最忌炸得吾透,不過呢到嘅魷魚酥除左皮薄脆口外,仲係彈牙,絕不會咬吾斷。新出品嘅蒜泥鴨胸,吾係好大陣蒜味不過醬汁酸甜,配埋肉質厚實嘅鴨胸真係吾錯。最後個蘿蔔金錢肚,炆得幾入味蘿蔔SIZE岩岩好,金錢肚份量十足吾會得個幾塊,醬汁小辣,但惹味,多食亦吾會口渴,贊!食飽飽打個分,呢到都依然有九十,希望下次食都一樣!

又係午飯飲茶嘅時候~聘珍樓比附近嘅酒樓裝修靚好多,價錢就當然貴啲啦,但都可接受。一坐低就叫兩壺普洱同菊花~呢度嘅菊花夠清、好飲,唔係度度有得飲菊花架!野食都上得快,一行十幾人就梗係要叫下炆米、煎堆、腸粉等等飽肚嘅野食啦!呢度嘅炸野、香口野都做得唔錯,夠熱。不過最出色都係個蛋撻仔同燒賣,燒賣隻蝦大隻到呢!!!唔係平時啲酒樓只有肥豬肉,而係食到實淨嘅豬肉,隻蝦夠鮮味,皮亦夠薄。蛋撻仔熱辣辣,一碟有四件,細細隻食完又唔會好飽。真係好值得一試

不過最出色都係個蛋撻仔同燒賣,燒賣隻蝦大隻到呢!!!唔係平時啲酒樓只有肥豬肉,而係食到實淨嘅豬肉,隻蝦夠鮮味,皮亦夠薄。蛋撻仔熱辣辣,一碟有四件,細細隻食完又唔會好飽。真係好值得一試
