在創紀之城1期上課,從那邊走過來非常近了,步行也就3.4分鐘的樣子,不過在六樓,中午40多個人等電梯還是會慢很多店裡的裝修門口很文藝~然後就是充滿著港式風味的早茶還有各種點心啦。為什麼中飯要吃早茶,this is a question .腸粉,叉燒包,蝦餃皇,蛋撻,流沙包,芥蘭,所有你能想到的和你不知道的都在這裡出現啦,(使勁鼓掌👏!)大飽口福,聘珍樓的服務員也很貼心幫忙分菜,真的很好吃!強烈推薦蛋撻還有蝦餃皇!腸粉的皮很薄很薄,裡面的餡又很足,超級棒!兩壺茶,一壺是普洱,一壺是鐵觀音,旁邊小伙伴分不清混在一起倒了個人偏愛普洱一丟丟。在公司的第一頓飯,認識了很多人,也吃的很開心😄

今日晏就去左 珍樓到食晏就,12點20分左右黎到,早d黎唔洗等位。呢到上菜速度都幾快。 鳳爪排骨飯個湯好飲好清,係不添加任何味精,同人造色素。蝦餃,大大粒,蝦肉爽口燒賣賣相靚,蝦肉好爽,亦都好大粒春卷好脆,亦好香口糯米飯,腸粉,生菜最後仲有4個甜品,系豆腐花,因為我地6個人,職員好好甘分左6細碗俾我地。 食到好飽。呢餐對我黎講真係唔平,價錢比較貴,但食物都好味,野食,環境,服務都唔錯,但略嫌餐碟有好多都有小許污衊。

為左上菜位件事, 已經搞到大家有點不愉快。到我地問Staff 我地打左電話黎訂左隻北京填鴨,點知個Staff 完全唔知發生咩事, 仲問我地係咪而家要叫一隻... 要我地多番解釋先搞清楚我地係一早係電話到已經訂好左, 叫佢而家上菜。真係未食飯已經一肚氣....
到底喱間餐廳員工之間有冇溝通? 對於訂左位客人...一早預訂食物一D 都唔上心....

點菜係同一個staff 跟進,食到一半見有D 點心仲未上,問其他staff 先知原來漏單..... 我地落單個時, 其實只係12點15分左右...個場根本未旺...甘都可以漏單? 真係唔知如果係12:30 打後, 繁忙時間食飯D 人點算.....


揀聘珍樓係諗住食物比同區其他的好食,但每次再去食都覺得無咁新鮮同好食,今次既都係,燒豬D皮係淋,唔熱,叉燒都係唔熱同一睇就知唔新鮮…..食物質素下降,落單唔準,員工態度又唔好,對小事唔能夠彈性處理,對聘珍樓越來越失望。真係寧願行遠小小去APM 個邊食,至少唔會未食飯已經比Staff 激到一肚氣!

今晚友人婚宴,在觀塘聘珍樓擺喜酒。尋找此酒樓的路上比較吃力!有一大個招牌寫著「往前行110米」,行左一陣覺得唔對路,不過柳暗花明又一村,經過某些工廠大廈就到達創紀之城六期,在經過典雅的甲級寫字樓大堂,才有另外一條秘道乘搭電梯上六樓。這家聘珍樓的裝修非常舒適華麗,播放著中樂,氣氛一流。今次晚宴沒有拍很多的食物照片,可以欣賞一下乳豬!

公司有人請飲茶,約12人大枱,叫了很多很多點心,大家實在太餓了!9秒9巳經KO 了成碟燒肉,個皮又真係幾好食嘅。叉燒包係我至愛,就-般啦,不算出色。腸粉、蝦餃都可以,紅油抄手、XO醬炒蘿蔔糕就幾好食幾香。

今晚情人節,老公帶我去食好西佢一早BOOK左聘珍樓話同我去食中菜(大肚之後硬係覺得中菜係正氣野)蒜泥煙鴨胸: 蒜味好香,一上枱已經聞到! 鴨胸略帶D咸咸地,但係都可以接受。肉質幾嫩滑,而且好煙韌,放入口之後有咀嚼感,肥膏亦唔多,皮又唔算肥,整體黎講我都覺得瘦肉比較多,味道好鮮美,食多幾件都唔怕!不過食完蒜之後個口會有少少味,食粒薄荷糖清下口氣~揚州炒飯: 料有少少菜﹑帶子仔﹑瑤柱絲﹑豬肉粒等等。份量都算幾多,2個人食每人都食到3碗仔酒樓碗,”筆”上黎都聞到好香既瑤柱味,外面食既通常都無瑤柱既,呢度有令我有D驚喜!豬肉粒就好”林”,一入口即融咁,都唔知係咩豬肉XD我最欣賞係佢個獻汁,咸咸地,但係好入味,因為獻汁都幾多,所以食到第2碗飯既時候已經有D膩,不過整體上都唔錯。
