星期六到了餐廳吃brunch menu. 任吃頭盤全部都不合格. 凍蝦完全沒有鮮味, 熱湯過咸喝一小碗已經受不了, 沙律做法過分簡單欠誠意, 配料也欠奉, 就算頭盤是任食也完全沒有encore的意欲. 主菜dirty rice不夠調味, 上面的海鮮和鵝肝與飯格格不入, 不像一個海鮮飯. 另一主菜牛扒點了medium, 上桌時是連medium well也不是, 差不多是well done, 怎樣可能steak house連牛扒也煮不好? 甜品panna cotta沒有set好, 整個質感過份流質, 水水的和生果混合一起上桌.

最尾叫咗一個粟米雪糕伴焦糖爆谷,啲爆谷好好食,卜卜脆,充滿左焦糖,粟米雪糕入面都有一粒粒嘅粟米,應該係自己整嘅,味道唔太甜,幾特別,起碼出面啲餐廳應該冇呢個甜品,好開心咁樣吹咗蠟燭過咗一個完美嘅生日。

場內都見到有唔少人放工飲杯酒chill下,應該係一個同朋友聚腳嘅好地方。

今餐大概都係$3000幾,價錢算係合理,慶祝生日係一個唔錯嘅地方。

兩個salad ok but 可以skip, ,因為性價比太低。之於個steak tartar, 真係好一般。食唔返當年San Francisco Steak House 既水準!

然後,主角WestHolme Wagyu M8-9 Tomahawk上枱。我哋叫medium rare, d火再燒一燒就啱哂!首先一定係點火,係會令全枱人手機先食!拍片既拍片,影相既影相。好嘞,打完卡就係食啦。係堅係好好味,個種whisky and dry aged 既味真係唔係吹水,全枱每個人都一致覺得超水準!之後再食Denver Steak, 呢個就係另一種口味,肉味再濃d不過都係高手之作。

值得一提係d 燒菜,grill 完出嚟又啱啱好,有炭香但係又唔會乾哂,反而有份香味又幾好食!

整體來講,超高水準嘅扒房。如果真係想食靚牛扒,呢間唔會令你失望!

牛肩柳的邊皮有我喜歡的濃烈炭焦香和脆邊,medium rare的肉質軟嫩多汁,入口香甜且散發和牛的酥香,好好味ჱ̒⸝⸝•̀֊•́⸝⸝)

做功課時看到有介紹這款牛骨髓是世界級好味道,所以我也點了一份試試看!牛骨的中間除了有骨髓,還鋪滿了粟米粒、木魚花、麵包屑和香蔥碎等。
把內餡刮出來伴以酸種包吃(簡直岩哂包包控🤭),入口帶有芥末的微辛,然後是充滿油脂香的骨髓,吃完咀巴都變得油淋淋ॱଳ͘ 個人覺得幾特別幾香,不過老公就唔鍾意成口油的感覺,表示很漏不喜歡🥲

小弟生日食好野, 女友book左Rosewood 嘅Henry同我好好慶祝. 上到去原本店員安排坐中間位, 但剛好有一枱梳化窗口位埋單, 要求下都立刻幫我地轉位, 等我地可以望住靚景食晚餐. 先黎cocktail同餐前麵包同Parma Ham, 麵包好鬆脆, Parma Ham令人胃口大增. 跟住上生蠔, 有兩種汁同調味, 生蠔都算大隻, 口感幾creamy又有蠔嘅鮮味同海水味, 不錯跟住starter燒扇貝配魚子醬, 扇貝燒得剛剛好, 忌廉汁加上魚子醬香 而不膩, 更突出扇貝嘅鮮甜, 味蕾好滿足去到主菜燒rib eye, medium成熟程度剛好, 外表雖然好較為炭, 但切開仲係粉紅色好juicy, 炭烤味同肉味不會互相遮蓋, 侍應仲提上幾種不同嘅mustard比我地選擇, 各有特色. 最後當然有生日dessert, 檸檬雪芭配朱古力榛子批非常不錯.以食物質素與及餐廳環境情調, 確係慶祝嘅好選擇.
