入一個酒店扒房要經過另一個開放式餐廳,有點古怪。風乾火腿麵包- 送的麵包都有風亁火腿,驚喜。Steak Tartare- 在客人面前處理,首先視察享受。滿滿的黑松露,用和牛造他他入口即融但油膩少少,有得有失,別有風味。Ribeye- 牛扒係扒房的主角,燒得不錯都幾香,但口感有點韌,食唔出係高級牛扒。如果比較,同價的喜記酒店Morton就很易吃得出牛扒的高級。NY Strip炸蕃薯- 個人感覺都係鍾意炸薯條多些,可惜無得揀。 紅桑子雪芭- 送的,都好味,加番少少分啦。未必再來,比較下還有同價又更滿意的酒店扒房可以選,除非再來食牛扒以外的其他食品。

總結食物質素係幾好,不過性價比唔高,可能我食佢signature 嘅whiskey 牛扒😬,環境係causal dining 咁樣,少少黑少少嘈,同隔離枱好近,完全聽到隔離枱講乜嘢😆服務當然都好好,如果以呢個價錢同質素,我會揀返Morton 🫢

好,上次既經驗係主攻牛扒,所以除咗whisky flame 之外,只係叫左牛骨髓同燒蘆筍。牛骨髓其實係另一半特別要點既,因為本身呢個食品唔係度度都有得食,Henry 都做得唔錯,有一個燒汁做調味,配sour dough 係幾夾架。主菜whisky flake chunk eye roll, 放上枱再用火燒,好重既儀式感。之後再切件上枱,下肩胛肉眼油花分布平均,肉質軟同嫩,好好味。啖啖肉一定要配合蔬菜,燒蘆筍依然好味。

最後係預先order 左既chocolate bomb, 再配decaf coffee。完美食物,服務,氣氛。正!

食物質素60分
因為我係慶祝老婆生日關係,先叫佢幫我寫上Happy birthday老婆,我完全唔介意佢用佢自己嘅藝術將啲字寫到潦草又或者其他咁嘅風格,我隻碟咁大隻,佢將啲字寫到細到成隻碟嘅10份一,影相起上嚟睇都睇唔到
總之唔會再有下次

I ate 2 🦪, one with no sauce and one with few drops of lemon juice. (Very conservative 🤣) For me, the oysters were light in respect of smell and taste, not too thick but still fresh in texture.

I had good time 🍽🍷🍰 Below were some dining tips to share.


⑴ Corkage fee is HK$700 + 10% service charge per wine bottle of 750ml/ HK$1000 + 10% service charge per bottle of 700ml spirit;


⑵ A bottle of corkage could be waived for purchasing a bottle with price over HK$1000 there;


⑶ Dining group of over 4 people could maximum bring 2 bottles of their own. You could bring wine there earlier and advise what time to start breathing the wine by staff;


⑷ Henry updates wine list a bit monthly. Wine list could be requested via email in advance. Staff said it’s updated near the end of a month;


⑸ Sommelier at Henry was friendly and professional. We met that night. She carefully picked wine to us according to our personal preference and food we ordered, as well as advising on🍷drinking sequence according to nature of wine, food serving order and how long the wine had been breathed. She also made marking on glasses holding different wine. So thoughtful🍷 (we drank from right to left)
