香港人對火鍋的熱愛程度,就是在炎熱的夏天都要吃火鍋!最近尖沙咀新開了間日式火鍋,名為「火鍋郎」,由日本A5和牛牧場直營,主打熊本及岩手嘅和牛,即使去不到日本,也都可以來吃日本和牛,一解思鄉之愁!我們點了花膠雞響螺鍋,湯底很滋補,養生人士很適合。湯底內有響螺同花膠,可以先喝湯,然後再吃。這裏有多達十幾款和牛選擇,我們點了幾款和牛,推介「A4岩手黑毛和牛牛頸 」肉味濃郁,質感爽嫩,而且每碟只是$48,非常抵食!另外,「A4岩手黑毛和牛之玉子滑和牛 」同樣是我喜歡的。賣相很討好,先將和牛混合蛋漿,再灼15秒就可以吃,牛肉吃起來很軟嫩,不錯喜歡吃醉雞的我,連打邊爐也點了個「陳年花雕·精選滑雞」,雞肉充滿花雕香味,肉質彈牙。食肉獸們除了點牛和雞,也點了一碟豬肉,這個「日本佐賀名水豚梅花肉」吃起上來肉香夠濃,肥瘦平均,厚度也適中。另外我們也點了幾款火鍋配料,例如:珊瑚蚌,新鮮爽口;手打海中蝦滑,夠彈牙。還有炸魚皮和稻庭烏冬。整體質素不錯,值得一試!
