海景軒的點心午餐依然是我在九龍區的首選, 除了因為質素和傳統粵式風格外, 常和網絡飲食平台合作的特價預訂, 也是吸引我們的主因. 茶粿和牛肉腸粉這兩類米漿類點心, 水準說是頂級也不以為過, 前者糯米外皮黏度和煙韌度恰到好處, 底部煎得十分香脆但沒有焦化, 內裡肉餡Juicy但不會散開, 相當工整. 後者米漿順滑帶米香, 牛肉碎香滑帶陳皮香, 中間夾著薄脆令其口感對比突出, 簡單的豉油配搭已經足夠. 叉燒類菜式點了叉燒酥和五糧液燒叉燒, 前者酥皮層酥脆層次分明, 略嫌內裡叉燒口感有點乾. 後者以五糧液代替玫瑰露酒, 酒香更淳, 只是燶邊不夠多, 烤香不夠, 肉質看起來比較柴但吃起來相當腍, 脂香也夠, 只是吃燒味的時候我比較傳統, 喜歡吃有烤香和焦脆的燒味.蛋白杏仁茶是這裡的另一經典, 我覺得這裏的是我吃過最濃稠和蛋白香的一家, 只是今次有點失手了. 杏仁香味依然濃而天然, 只是質感水潤了, 不夠厚實. 蛋白粒很散, 吃起來有點割烈, 作為經典之作這次真的要改進呢!

海景嘉福Staycation, 因為其他餐廳平時都有去食,係未食過佢中菜廳,便選了在海景軒食Dinner先看餐牌三小碟唔算出色,一般水準,排骨超甜。三種味道都唔精緻。帶子幾好食,冇雪味,西芹淋咗啲,但我喜歡淋,友人就嫌不爽口。蝦冇鮮味,但都冇雪味,可以啦飯就似福建炒飯,好大碗好飽湯好清,似係素湯甜品幾足料,多芒果,味道冇驚喜。總括而言,酒店式嘅服務,好有禮貌,周到,可能個個都係食呢個餐,佢一次過煮,上菜嘅節奏有啲太快(我估我哋食得慢,人哋食得快),但起碼佢係即煮即刻送上嚟。Staycation 包嘅餐質數係會打個折扣,散叫大概會好少少。我食中菜最怕味重,食完口渴,呢餐絕對冇呢個問題。~報告完畢~

總括而言,酒店式嘅服務,好有禮貌,周到,可能個個都係食呢個餐,佢一次過煮,上菜嘅節奏有啲太快(我估我哋食得慢,人哋食得快),但起碼佢係即煮即刻送上嚟。
Staycation 包嘅餐質數係會打個折扣,散叫大概會好少少。我食中菜最怕味重,食完口渴,呢餐絕對冇呢個問題。

早前同家人去海景嘉福酒店Staycation,第一餐就食著名中菜餐廳海景軒,一共有六道菜,包括前菜、湯品、主菜及甜品。《三式小花碟》香辣鹵水水牛腱、煙肉醬茄段、玫瑰花燻帶子茄子多汁入味,凍凍地口感實淨,係最好食的一款。玫瑰花煙燻帶子凍食,有淡淡的玫瑰花香,但食唔到帶子鮮味,香辣鹵水水牛腱則普普通通。《黑松露燉響螺湯》真材實料,淨係睇用料已經覺得好有誠意,好多響螺片,燉湯鮮味清香,反而飲唔到黑松露。《雲雪鮑魚星斑球》擺盤精美,有鮑魚、星斑塊、蘆筍、火腿及雪菜絲,鮑魚細細隻叫做點綴一下,星斑鮮美,蘆筍鮮嫩爽脆。《翡翠百合羊仔肉》羊仔肉份量不少,帶有少許羶味,口感嫩滑,連埋西芹百合一齊食感覺幾清新。《海皇黃金蟹蓋焗飯》賣相幾特別,芝士、蟹肉、飯的組合,食落好香好滑,不過食到呢道菜開始飽飽地食唔曬。《生磨杏仁露》杏仁味香濃,但磨得唔夠幼滑濃稠,中規中矩。

炸雲吞: 平時酒樓會跟一碟仔既甜酸醬, 但依間唔止一碟仔, 而係一大兜。除左係甜酸醬之外, 仲有D豬肉, 帶子。

五月尾時試了次香港Staycation,揀選了海景嘉福洲際酒店既親子package,上房放低行李之後,便出發去食我們的第一餐---海景軒。餐廳環境非常寬敞,招呼亦很周到,我們可選'繽Fun全包家庭樂套餐',巳包括了燉湯,三款點心,菜蔬,主食和甜品,小朋友還可以另外多點兩款mini版主食。燉湯是淮杞瑤柆燉瓜環,十分清甜。點心選了脆皮牛肉腸粉,蝦餃和香葱煙肉燒餅,雖然沒太大驚喜,但款款味道都不錯。菜蔬是蒜茸芥蘭,居然是小兒們的最愛。主食點了魚湯雜菌米線,荷葉飯和牛油果海鮮炒飯,全部質素都不錯,只是炒飯見不到牛油果,亦沒有任何牛油果的味道,令人有些失望。甜品是蛋白杏仁露和杧果布丁,正常水準。整體上食物味道和份量都不錯,選擇亦夠多,總有幾款啱小朋友食。只是上菜速度比較慢,成個套餐總共食左個半小時,因為每上一道菜眨下眼就食左,仲要消化埋後至上另一碟,於是小兒們不停地喊叫肚餓,都實在令人非常頭痛。

整體上食物味道和份量都不錯,選擇亦夠多,總有幾款啱小朋友食。只是上菜速度比較慢,成個套餐總共食左個半小時,因為每上一道菜眨下眼就食左,仲要消化埋後至上另一碟,於是小兒們不停地喊叫肚餓,都實在令人非常頭痛。

買左酒店stacation優惠,包埋晚餐同早餐。本來以為好抵,但係晚餐唔係海景軒果邊食,反而係一個細廳,付了錢反而要被區別對待,真係好無語。總共六道菜,上菜速度仲慢過公司annual,由七點吃到差不多八點半,質素真係一般般。由開頭區別對待,讓我們坐係細廳開始,已經對呢間酒店同埋餐廳不報希望。而且坐細聽的應該全部都是stacation套餐的客人,坐的都几逼,又唔舒服,中話係海景軒食,坐係一個又細又逼的空間,都不知所謂。總之以後不會再幫襯。
