今日一行十人約食飯,因為好耐無見,所以就決定打邊爐,可以傾耐d,經朋友介紹book左滾得棧。去到,因未人齊但又肚餓,所以先叫左d前菜-炸蝦餅同脆皮咕嚕肉,雖然呢度係專食打邊爐,但其他熟食都唔錯,咕嚕肉下面仲有雲吞皮墊底,d雲吞皮入口即溶,好正。跟住叫湯底打邊爐,叫左一個鴦鍋,係麻辣同椰子湯底,另外叫左個蘆薈脆皮椰子雞鍋,食落去d雞皮好得意,真係好似脆脆地既感覺。我地又叫左蝦膠油炸鬼,墨膠油炸鬼同生炒糯米飯,糯米飯炒得粒粒分明又唔會硬,好味。打邊爐既材料好新鮮,丸類都係手打,海鮮好新鮮,自己個人唔食牛,侍應介紹左食牛肩脊肉,其他朋友話牛好好味。

一年一度既毅行者又黎啦,比賽前緊係要同參賽者打打氣💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽其他分店我們都去過了,今次就試試這間才開張幾個月的。這間店的環境裝修等等都比其他分店好,感覺舒適。入正題了,招牌手切牛脛脊牛味十足,是必食之選;牛眼根有口感,店員說這個越煮得久越美味,最少煮15分鐘呢今晚老闆還特別介紹一味海紅魚兩食,魚頭酥炸,魚肉做刺身。魚肉鮮味,而且口感特別,炸魚頭鬆脆香口,不過這個真是可遇不可求,有機會一定要試。今晚還點了一些熟食,生炒糯米飯和蝦膠釀油條等等都回味無窮。老闆親自招待,感覺親切。店員有禮,服務很好,回頭首選。

約左九年終於約到班老朋友出來飯聚,因為人多所以都離不開中菜、打邊爐或放題,大熱天時有朋友不想吃刺身放題等高危食物,最後我們決定食打邊爐。*************滖得棧我一直想試,但位置較為吊腳,最近在油麻地開了開店,方便很多,所以今次趁人多我們就試下。滾得棧距離油麻地站只有兩分鐘路程,超方便易找。座位以梳化卡座為主,坐得幾舒服。冷氣非常強勁,剛坐下時都幾凍,不過爐一滾起,其實已經不會覺得凍。點菜後,侍者立即奉上四式醬料,雖然款式不多,但基本的都有齊,醬油茶芥每位$16,比不少火鍋店便宜。湯底選擇非常豐富,有近二十款選擇,由最便宜$69,到最貴$289甚至時價都有。今次我們點了潮州湯底+味菜胡椒豬肚湯底($79)。左邊是潮州湯底,內有紫菜、肉碎和豆腐;右邊是味菜胡椒豬肚湯底,入面都有幾多味菜和豬肚。未放火鍋料前先試下個湯底,不會太鹹,清清地幾好飲,沒有味精所以食完都不會口渴。味菜胡椒豬肚湯底胡椒味適中,不會太強。竹庶水($68/渣)竹庶水非常大渣,一渣都夠四至6人飲,飲得出竹庶味,不會太淡亦不會過甜,非常抵飲!炸蝦餅($88)炸蝦餅蝦餅很大份,炸漿不厚,蝦肉很爽口彈牙,蘸上酸甜醬更好吃

墨魚咀跟平時食到的炸墨魚咀外表有很大分別,有點像鵝腸。食落都幾爽口,但鮮味不算太突出。

象拔蚌丸-半份($38)

食店內很多火鍋料都可以選半份,丸類半份已經有六粒,幾抵食。象拔蚌丸雖然沒有寫明手打,但其實看價錢就知,因為手打類一般較貴。

象拔蚌丸大約比乒乓球小一點,每一粒上面都有一小塊象拔蚌,入口非常結實爽彈,無得彈!

總結,食物大份價錢也大眾化,其中炸蝦餅和手打丸都做得出色,我選了最便宜的湯底,空口喝還不錯,不過用來打邊爐就偏淡,火鍋料都要另蘸豉油,不過勝在吃完不會口渴。
