這天去吃火鍋。湯底是招牌胡椒豬肚雞鍋。我覺得這個湯底非常足料,味道很濃郁。在開始吃火鍋配料前,我跟朋友分別喝了大半碗,大家都覺得這個湯底很美味,喝下去整個人變得很溫暖!這是半份頂級梅花豬肉。這份梅花豬肉非常精緻,精緻得我有點不捨得破壞它。這個豬肉肉質偏向爽脆,吃下去不會油膩,是我非常喜歡的豬肉質感。這是半份鮮蝦雲吞。它的餡料很多,而且豬肉跟蝦子的比例剛好。味道方面,這是好吃、地道的雲吞。我們這天還品嚐了五色丸丸拼盤及附送的甜品!我覺得非常滿足!

專登揀非假日避免太擠擁要等位,誰知週一也是絕對爆滿,可見食家的智選。店子分前後舖,都一樣是旺場,今晚目的是打邊爐,座位寬敞,檯面又可以足夠擺放琳瑯滿目的火鍋料,絕對是舒適的打邊爐好地方。湯底選了酸菜白肉鍋,有大量酸菜和白肉片,還加上蕃茄和薯粉,酸甜醒胃,迎來一個好的開始,我們都不是食肉獸,既然湯底已有嫩滑好味的豚肉,再叫了一客安格斯肥牛,雪花分佈均勻牛味濃郁,另一個酒糟五花肉,絕對有驚喜酒味薰香肉質爽滑,再來就是白鱔片厚切,又是一絕,脆響鈴鮮炸好惹味,他的五色肉丸拼盤和四寶餃拼盤,都令人定不了口,素菜類選了鮮菜籃和紫淮山,都是絕對有質素的。飲品要了一個冬瓜檸檬沙冰和竹蔗茅根馬蹄水用嚟送火鍋一絕,埋尾更有送仙草芋圓和腐竹雞蛋糖水沙冰,為這頓火鍋晚餐來一個絕對滿意的結局。

好耐無來過香港大學站啦 對上一次應該係我上一份工作嘅last day 今日過來係要食一間個個朋友都推介嘅火鍋店今次點左個台式古早沙嗲麻辣鍋 同店員講左少辣 湯底竟然有蜂蜜豆腐同鴨血🤗叫左兩個小食都好好味😋黃金雞軟骨香脆而且充滿鹹蛋黃味 食到停唔到口 而香蒜粒炸魚皮表面充滿炸蒜 非常香口脆身🥰打邊爐一定唔可以錯過極品安格斯肥牛 牛肉擺盤好得意 好味又可以打卡🤗 🐟脆鯇骨腩大舊夠新鮮好有口感😎我地仲叫左手帶雙重芝心丸、海味花枝丸、手打靚蝦滑(半份)、創意午餐肉菜甫餃😂😂食極都食唔完打邊爐飲金桔檸檬蜜好清爽 可以解辣 又可以解渴 😎最後餐廳仲送左個腐竹糖水沙冰 食埋個特色甜品就為呢餐畫上完美句號。
