Carbonara Tagliolini ($168):食得意粉,又點可以唔叫埋呢個?店經理向我哋誠意推薦,話呢個Carbonara只用最正宗嘅方法去煮(ed小分享:正宗嘅carbonara係絕不會用忌廉或奶去整滑個口感㗎!只會用雞蛋和芝士做個汁) 。餐廳用嘅係Guanciale(豬面珠肉),而非坊間常用嘅cheap cheap 煙肉,有咬口,又唔會死鹹,份量多又大粒,正!意粉相對上面款紅蝦意粉淋身,我哋估係因為想令個口感更加襯個汁🤔

等了三個月終於吃到了৹ᵒ̴̶̷᷄́ฅᵒ̴̶̷᷅৹但可惜我原本想試的紅蝦意粉那天卻缺貨…ᴛ_ᴛ最後點了藍龍蝦意粉和扭扭意大利飯配慢煮豬梅花肉兩個ʟᴜɴᴄʜ sᴇᴛ~每份ʟᴜɴᴄʜ sᴇᴛ包了餐前包, 主菜和飲品而我們亦另外加錢點了一份前菜和一份湯前菜香煎蘆筍配椰菜花&白朱古力蓉 白朱古力磨成蓉搭上蘆筍 挺特別呢 還不錯!藍龍蝦意粉賣相很不錯( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ ) 滿滿龍蝦汁的手工意粉上放了半隻龍蝦肉 新鮮龍蝦 肉質爽口彈牙 很好吃!但意粉份量不多 很快便清碟了♡而另一主菜扭扭意大利飯配慢煮豬梅花肉相對地比較普通 但份量也不少梅花肉切成方型小塊 肉質嫩 還不錯!總結食物算不錯 環境也是不錯的但可惜沒有吃到想吃的紅蝦意粉..是有點失望的../.\

每份ʟᴜɴᴄʜ sᴇᴛ包了餐前包, 主菜和飲品
而我們亦另外加錢點了一份前菜和一份湯


前菜香煎蘆筍配椰菜花&白朱古力蓉
白朱古力磨成蓉搭上蘆筍 挺特別呢 還不錯!


藍龍蝦意粉賣相很不錯( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ )
滿滿龍蝦汁的手工意粉上放了半隻龍蝦肉
新鮮龍蝦 肉質爽口彈牙 很好吃!
但意粉份量不多 很快便清碟了♡


而另一主菜扭扭意大利飯配慢煮豬梅花肉
相對地比較普通 但份量也不少
梅花肉切成方型小塊 肉質嫩 還不錯!


總結食物算不錯 環境也是不錯的
但可惜沒有吃到想吃的紅蝦意粉..
是有點失望的../.\

成日話黃店難食(其實都唔係嘅),不過呢間就有米芝蓮加持!所以更加難book位,網上預約要好彩先訂到位,其實餐廳座位唔算多,所以要食到都好講運氣。先來有一盆麵包,配橄欖油同埋黑醋,麵包鬆軟叫咗一碗海鮮湯兩個人分,應該係用蝦煮過,好濃郁鮮甜味,不過價錢就有少少貴不過飲得出全碗都係精華叫咗呢個人人都話必食嘅前菜蟹餅,面頭有少少三文魚子增加返個鮮味,下面係一絲絲蟹肉,肉質爽甜好味重頭戲係呢個carbonara意粉🍝見到個色澤已經流晒口水,意粉係自家製,有韌度好掛汁!必食食到好飽好飽都要叫個甜品,因為好難book位但係可能因為太飽,到甜品已經冇嗰種驚喜,但都係好食嘅!如果book到位就一定會再返嚟食

呢個carbonara嘅特色在於佢完全冇落忌廉,醬汁係用純蛋黃,好濃厚,但我個人覺得都係有忌廉嘅普通版本好食啲~呢個好食過紅蝦意粉,但你要話有幾好食,講到全世界無敵咁…真係誇張左……..

overall,份量唔多,但根本食唔曬,因為好濟,好heavy,全部係carbs食到人好辛苦😹後尾我同frd又去左食炸雞同乳酪先覺得滿足😪😪😪

講真我覺得「唔算差」但真心唔算特別好食…可以feel到啲麵係手工製作,食材幾用心及新鮮,但絕對冇openrice評價咁誇張👿
