首先,最左手邊嘅係大家成日都聽嘅岩手黎嘅令和之怪物,因為好大隻而聞名,佢食落係係爽口嘅。而且有淡淡嘅海水味,而蠔本身嘅味道唔算重,作為Starter係唔錯嘅選擇。

之後我地食左二果隻,係北海道知內產嘅蠔,size比令和之怪物細同薄身啲,食落嘅口感都係爽口嘅,
但呢個味道真係比較令和之怪物濃!

第三隻我地食嘅係右三嘅黎自宮城嘅女川蠔,size比之前嘅兩隻都要細,但唔好睇小佢,佢嘅蠔味係比之前兩隻咁濃,而且口感完全唔同,係走creamy路線嘅!

最後我地就食最右果隻都係黎自同樣係宮城嘅獨眼龍,呢隻不得之了,係我地全晚至愛,原因首先係佢嘅size係同令和之怪物差唔多,但蠔味佢係最濃嘅一隻,而且極度creamy同juicy,係咬落會爆汁果隻,呢個口感真係唔係一般生蠔俾到你,超推薦👍🏻

黎得居酒屋除左叫生蠔,點可以唔叫其他野食,我地叫左個胡麻油甘魚刺身醒下胃先,油甘魚好新鮮同肥美,沾上胡麻醬,絕對係一個開胃嘅好配搭!

今日放工約左朋友一齊食飯,朋友揀左呢間日本野,門口已經見到有唔同生蠔吸引住。三得利麥芽生啤放工緊係飲番杯啤酒輕鬆下,夠凍。叫左2款生蠔,爽口海水味重。燒牛柳沙律估唔到牛柳勁軟林,好食,沙律新鮮爽口。叫左少少串燒送酒,牛舌爽脆煙靭,雞心有咬口,黑豚小排肉肥瘦適中。天婦羅明太子紫蘇葉包住明太子,味道香濃,天婦羅粉漿薄身。胡麻油甘魚刺身油甘魚新鮮,入口爽滑,加左胡麻醬味道酸甜開胃,連埋洋蔥紫菜一齊食口感豐富。芝士薯餅炸到外脆內軟,芝士味濃郁,口感煙韌。
