今日放工約了弟弟去了灣仔集成中心買玩具模型禮物, 走時剛下著毛毛雨, 於是決定在附近找間餐廳食晚飯,  附近有金記冰室, 不作他想, 立即入去揾位.  第一眼看見 "冷氣開放" , 好似時光倒流 50年.  再睇餐牌, 原來 金記冰室 始創於 1967 年..  是日晚餐好大眾化, 價錢合理.餐廳佈置好懷舊, 金漆招牌重掛了紅絲帶. 餐廳分隔成兩部份, 右方牆上有很多富歷史性圖片.  左方牆上有創意遊戲壁畫, 燈飾真特別.   座位整齊, 有卡座.牆上掛了大大細細搪瓷五金盤, 好像小型博物館.檯上餐牌, 有中西式.   弟弟喜歡鐵板套餐, 有湯, 有主菜, 餐茶.套餐未到, 先食個, 客家沙薑雞  (例牌)沙薑雞調味正, 雞肉嫩滑, 有雞味, 弟弟兩件, 我一件, 好快食清. 套餐今日餐湯是中式老火湯, 湯夠熱, 足料有青紅蘿蔔, 豬骨, 清甜. 主菜送來了, 勁熱.... 鐡板美式什扒意粉蒜蓉汁, 好豐富, 有薄牛扒, 雞扒, 豬扒, 煙肉.  配有西蘭花, 車厘茄,  傳統鐵板好保溫. 意粉分開送上.蒜蓉汁, 慢慢淋, 聞到香氣加惹味.腸仔好味. 煙肉吾太肥.   薄牛扒, 煎得香

琴晚又去咗我經常去嘅金記冰室食晚飯,因為夠快靚正,環境唔差,員工幾友善,所以成日來幫襯。今次同男朋友來食咗餐豐盛嘅晚餐。跟餐老火湯好補😃西炒飯 $54茄汁炒香每啖飯,配料有火腿蝦仁,好惹味。一個人食實飽。茄汁黃花魚配白飯 $92黃花魚一分為二,醬汁揀咗多茄汁香濃美味, 黃花魚外皮煙韌,魚肉嫩滑,配一碗香軟綿滑嘅白飯,想食淨都難🤣 四川重慶口水雞例牌 $62重量級醬汁口水雞,醬同油嘅比例一半半。份量都幾多,雞肉都幾嫩口,送飯好開胃。欖菜肉鬆四季豆 $63呢個配搭最夾,咸香惹味欖菜肉鬆配爽口四季豆,令人食完一口又一口😋

最近經過依間金記發現佢哋經常重複,成日都係「咖喱牛脷加魚柳」,我唔想要牛脷呀⋯⋯但真係一個星期起碼有三日都係同一樣嘢,搞到我都有一段時間冇再食。今次下午茶時間嚟到,諗住坐低咗,求其揀一樣嘢食,都諗咗好耐,見到佢哋有新嘅菜式,係秋冬餐牌。川味回鍋肉炒烏冬睇個賣相都幾有誠意,始終唔係午餐快餐,真係師傅即叫即整,夠晒鑊氣!份量亦都非常多,回鍋肉好大舊,不過有唔少係肥肉😅😅鹹香,配埋啲洋蔥,芹菜,都非常惹味。雖然係比較油膩,間中一次半次都OK嘅,起碼搞搞新意思冇咁悶。不過一到咗下午茶時間啲侍應就開始鬆懈,十問九唔應,服務有待改善。

川味回鍋肉炒烏冬
睇個賣相都幾有誠意,始終唔係午餐快餐,真係師傅即叫即整,夠晒鑊氣!份量亦都非常多,回鍋肉好大舊,不過有唔少係肥肉😅😅鹹香,配埋啲洋蔥,芹菜,都非常惹味。
雖然係比較油膩,間中一次半次都OK嘅,起碼搞搞新意思冇咁悶。


不過一到咗下午茶時間啲侍應就開始鬆懈,十問九唔應,服務有待改善。

早前試過位於數碼港的金記冰室,用餐經驗不錯,今晚途經灣仔,見到分店,二話不說就入去試試水準。灣仔金記冰室分店感覺比起數碼港更加懷舊,似傳統港式茶餐廳,不過落單已經變得數碼化,可以掃描QR code電子下單,食物款式選擇多,不論小菜、粉麵、鐵板餐都有。我跟朋友點了金粒西多配雪糕、韮黃蝦球炒滑蛋、麻辣啫啫雞煲、銀芽肉絲炒麵、另外一點了一碗惱火中湯及凍奶茶。之前食過盒記的西多配雪糕,十分高質,今天絕對要再試。不過有點美中不足的是店員告知雪糕機壞了,所以未有雪糕球相伴。但西多士仍然保持水準,切成一件件小方塊容易入口,外脆內軟,外邊炸得金黃,煉奶、糖漿及朱古力醬份量適當,不會過甜。第二款上菜的是韮黃蝦球炒滑蛋,滑蛋處理得很好,有蛋香而且滑口;韮黃口感爽脆,至於蝦球本身已經挑走蝦腸,處理乾淨,份量多,隻隻蝦球都大大件啖啖肉,三者配合起來十分滋味!麻辣啫啫雞煲選了小辣,味道麻而不辣,若喜歡吃辣的朋友下次可以選中辣或大辣。雞煲除了有大量雞件外,亦有三色燈籠椒以及豬膶。雞肉半煎炸狀態,有少少脆口感覺,但肉質仍然鮮嫩,絕不鞋口。另外值得一讚是豬潤的處理得宜,似黃沙豬膶口感亦沒有怪味,整個小菜惹味香口,配白

麻辣啫啫雞煲選了小辣,味道麻而不辣,若喜歡吃辣的朋友下次可以選中辣或大辣。雞煲除了有大量雞件外,亦有三色燈籠椒以及豬膶。雞肉半煎炸狀態,有少少脆口感覺,但肉質仍然鮮嫩,絕不鞋口。另外值得一讚是豬潤的處理得宜,似黃沙豬膶口感亦沒有怪味,整個小菜惹味香口,配白飯絕對一流。

至於銀芽肉絲炒麵賣相滿分,炒面呈高塔狀態,炸得香口脆身,份量亦大。至於肉絲冬菇等芡汁熱騰騰,淋上面令麵質呈半軟硬狀態,口感一流。

飲品方便亦同樣出色,凍奶茶是經典港式茶餐廳的味道,當然你亦可以選擇多奶少奶等微調節以配合個人口味;至於老火湯裏邊材料充足豐富,有西洋菜及豬骨,十分清甜下火。

總括而言,灣仔分店的裝修雖然未及數碼港那間分店光猛亮麗,但更有一份經典傳統港式茶餐廳的味道。至於質素方面亦能保持。另外值得一讚的是店員非常有禮貌,環境亦都乾淨整潔,而且菜式價錢相對便宜,絕對是一間性價比高的茶餐廳,下次會再試其他分店。

客家沙薑雞半隻係最驚喜,首先唔係得個雞殼,隻沙薑雞係有雞肉,因為依家好多時係餐廳食雞, D雞得個雞殼! 有皮有骨但無咩雞肉!

去過咁多間金記,原本印象不錯,但呢間D員工服務同態度真叫人吃不消。首先想落單叫極都冇人應 (但注意,當時唔係好多客) 總之個個直行直過當透明,終於我要大聲叫唔該寫嘢先有個亞姐好不願意咁走埋嚟,咁我諗住叫個午餐,佢話開始做下午茶,咁好啦,下午茶仲好,平D,之後我問今日嘅中湯係乜嘢?佢話個度寫咗,我未望得切邊度所以再問;「不如你講俾我聽啦?」佢又再講:「個度咪寫咗囉,自己睇啦!」我當時D火即着,我問佢:「你呢種叫咩服務態度?」佢冇理我,入電腦下單後大力放張單响我張枱度。之後湯先嚟,係微暖,唔係熱嘅總之以後唔會再嚟!
