稻庭烏冬揀了冷食,麵條薄而幼身,口感滑身,吸收了鰹魚汁加上wasabi 蔥花,味道更加提升。而迷你天丼都非常豐富,有大蝦、菇菌、溫泉蛋等,大蝦肉質鮮嫩彈牙,莢腕豆鮮甜翠綠,南瓜香甜,加上秘製醬汁真的十分滋味,味道跟在日本吃到的完全是一模一樣。

每次來都是點他們的天丼,但今日喉嚨好像有點不舒服,所以就改點了迷你天丼加稻庭烏冬,想著烏冬沾著湯汁吃濕潤濕潤的就不會太熱氣。今次如常配了杯生啤,坐等天丼,先呷一口生啤,登時透心涼。稻庭烏冬麵質很彈牙,配上麵汁冰冰涼涼的,很解熱氣, 吃完了整碗天婦羅天丼也不覺膩。天婦羅中其實我最喜歡是蔬菜,其次是魚,最後才是蝦。不過香口食物我一般很少抗拒。這家有點美中不足是我覺得有點乾, 如果醬汁能讓客人按口味隨意添加會更好。

早前在金子半之助灣仔分店食過覺得天婦羅丼飯非常高質美味,今次帶了超級喜歡吃天婦羅的小朋友到訪奧海城分店,小朋友一下子就食晒整個天婦羅丼飯,捧住滿滿的肚子很滿足。用QR code落單,簡單又方便。店舖採用開放式廚房設計,可以看到廚師準備食物。此外,盛載丼飯的碗是特製的,碗底特意設計成空心,更能保持住食物的温度,看資料更發現原來是運用了源自江戶時代的陶瓷工藝,連食具都精心挑選及設計。江戶前天丼 $138上天丼 $118作為招牌菜,天婦羅絶對高質。穴子天婦羅十分肥美,長度有30厘米,而且肉身超厚,食落大滿足。做法亦跟足日本傳統,跟在日本本店吃的一樣。即點即炸的天婦羅放在飯上,再淋上特製天丼醬汁,均勻的醬汁令每一口的天婦羅及飯都沾出特製醬汁。原來醬汁都用上了古早醬汁。

作為招牌菜,天婦羅絶對高質。穴子天婦羅十分肥美,長度有30厘米,而且肉身超厚,食落大滿足。
做法亦跟足日本傳統,跟在日本本店吃的一樣。即點即炸的天婦羅放在飯上,再淋上特製天丼醬汁,均勻的醬汁令每一口的天婦羅及飯都沾出特製醬汁。原來醬汁都用上了古早醬汁。
