喺吞拿魚入面,我一向最鍾意就係食肥美多油份嘅大拖羅,不過原來醬油漬過嘅吞拿魚赤身都係好好食的,經過醬油漬之後魚肉本身嘅腥味會冇咗,肉質仲會變得好柔軟,味道帶鮮甜😍而吞拿魚赤身上面落咗芥末籽作調味,少少刺激,但係入口嘅口感就更多層次

✨北海道帶子:以和歌山備長炭燒過,口感Q彈柔滑。
✨油方魚:先炙燒後醬油漬,口腔盡是油脂香,但入口舒服,不失清爽感。
