喺吞拿魚入面,我一向最鍾意就係食肥美多油份嘅大拖羅,不過原來醬油漬過嘅吞拿魚赤身都係好好食的,經過醬油漬之後魚肉本身嘅腥味會冇咗,肉質仲會變得好柔軟,味道帶鮮甜😍而吞拿魚赤身上面落咗芥末籽作調味,少少刺激,但係入口嘅口感就更多層次

每一道壽司師傅都會輕輕配上豉油調味
真調壽司,上面有柚子皮 ,用熱水燙過
櫻鱒魚,條魚大概兩至三kg ,上面放豉油,同埋自家製酸汁 ,壽司飯係用尺醋,所以醋嘅味道唔太濃


深海池魚,魚嘅油脂非常多入口仲有魚油嘅濃香味,不會肥膩


北寄貝壽司,由於神經收縮拍一拍就會郁,爽口

黑木魚壽司,拖羅壽司,仲有拖羅手卷,呢款係我最愛嘅手卷。紫菜燒到香口再用蛋黃同埋紫蘇葉配埋吞拿魚嘅魚蓉食落有層次感


北海道赤海膽,入口即溶仲帶有海水味,又夠甘甜份量仲非常多,食到舔舔脷


毛蟹蟹膏,蟹膏完全唔腥又夠鮮甜好重嘅濃郁蟹膏味道


螢光魷魚墨魚配烏子魚,象拔蚌 ,兩款壽司都非常新鮮,食到最尾夠晒飽


最後配埋個柚子雪糕,入口凍冰冰,好舒服,又夠鮮甜,我會來再幫襯的一間壽司
