棉登徑是日本菜的兵家必爭之地,能屹立而不倒的食店少店實力也不能。日式串燒講求食材新鮮度,火候,時間控製。這裡各類串燒真的不錯,燒雞皮,肝是我串燒店必吃的第一道菜,若這燒雞皮,燒肝不好,其它菜式我不會存有希望。這裡的燒雞皮燒得皮脆內軟带點焦香味。剛熟雞肝,帶酒味的肉鬆軟冇起沙,味道猶如在日本吃串燒。厚烧牛舌火候控制得宜,嫩滑鬆軟。燒魚鮫绝對是精彩。魚皮微焦肉滑嫩,也估不到小小魚鮫竟有颇多肉。燒雞肉串配黄金蛋只可說不錯。燒七味魚翅干咬口較鬆軟,比雞泡魚干好,還有宮城炭燒雞皮,帶炭香味的雞皮爽脆,燒雞腸則口感不錯,第一次吃日本菜有雞腸,感覺新奇在這裡一杯啤酒,配各類串燒,與好友吹水說說是非,轉眼間已是三小時。我會有興趣到此多試其它食物。

之前 已經同朋友食過一次再黎食 叫咗個 明太子泡菜汁奶油芝士凍烏冬依個係細細地但食完唔會太油膩因有cream又芝士 邪惡之物但因為有泡菜所以好好食又唔會太膩厚燒牛舌今日比上次燒得硬咗啲 係香口嘅 但今次爭啲烤熊本肥後赤茄子燒得有火爐燒香味 但又未去到會好有驚喜咁好食嘅燒鹿兒島安納芋係甜嘅 但冇想像中咁香口 正常野吉列西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬豬扒襯熱食 好好食同埋都算大塊嘅 好香好脆醬汁燒魷魚佢個汁整得好好食配落魷魚到好香 好軟熟會再想黎食 總括係好好嘅日式店
