鎮店之寶,木村先生家秘傳醬汁滋味,有點像千島醬的味道,甜中帶果實的香,也沒想到南蠻炸雞這麼大塊!

櫻花蝦飯團非常大一個,溫熱的米飯配櫻花蝦的鮮甜,在炭火前作為這頓晚餐飽暖滿意的尾星。

春天不是讀書天但絕對是吃好西的季節,所以這夜我便跟車爸爸去撐枱腳,走到尖沙咀一間日式居酒屋開餐。我們選的地方是位於尖沙咀棉登徑的KIDO木戶,這間居酒屋我已跟朋友來過多遍,反而車爸爸是第一次來捧場,希望他能夠吃得開心又滿意啦!餐廳經常高朋滿座!所以只能夠影一幅酒牆和還未有客人的卡座給大家看看。這夜我們決定品嚐餐廳的春日期間限定菜單,由日籍總廚木村潤一郎設計了共十款精彩的和食。我倆這夜扮乖決定不喝酒!所以車爸爸點了白桃梳打,而我當然乖乖地喝梳打水好了。率先上檯這碟是日本櫻葉半生熟鷄柳$138,總廚以櫻花葉及櫻花將德島阿波酢橘雞熟成數天而成。薄切上檯的雞柳賣相如櫻花般清麗優雅,吃下去肉質有咬口之餘略帶柔軟口感非常特別,而味道則有點像吃魚生般的感覺,可配合Wasabi或櫻燻鹽一起品嚐會更加滋味。然後這個是忌廉芝士魚子醬伴櫻木燻製秋田漬物$268,這個賣相帶點西式風情挺吸睛。蘿蔔漬吃下去口感爽脆帶上幽幽的煙燻香氣,配搭幼滑忌廉芝士和鹹香的魚子醬,味道超豐富吃得我非常滋味。是時候到木村總廚發火了!餐廳用的是備長炭,燒出來的食物帶滿炭香零舍好味道。吃過兩客春日前菜後,送來的是德島阿波尾雞腎BP燒$

臨時想起有[宮崎式雞冠炭火鐵板燒],當然不會錯過,講真,每隻雞只得一個雞冠,要儲起一碟貨都不容易。

雞冠燒得焦香,尤其是咬落帶爽脆的感覺,好特別。

相信是晚亮點,一定係[總廚特別限定極上日本鰻魚爐燒]($388),原條日本直送,由於已經預先處理好,即場拆封放上火炙加熱,方便快捷,再以炭爐奉客,視覺效果一流,而且鰻魚肉質細嫩,偶有碎骨亦問題不大。
