上海風味肉$52,即是鎮江肴肉,是我最喜愛的一個菜式。最愛他入口滑嘟嘟的,啫喱狀其實是滷水加肥油凝固而成的,雖然知道會肥,但由於味道實在很入味,裏面的肉片就像金華火腿般香,外面的皮也十分爽口,含在口裏細細品嚐,真的超美味。

食咁多野,埋單$412.5, 過足口癮!食野一定要多人食先開心嘛!

今日去尖沙咀送完貨收工,到了晚飯時間做到肚餓當然要搵好野食啦,記得之前食過既「金牌小籠」在附近,價錢又唔係好貴,就決定去返食,去到同之前差不多,人總是很多但又有位唔洗搭枱,天氣咁熱冷氣依然足夠,坐左一陣就有服務員送上香茶,今次點了最貴既蟹黃小籠包,另外點了麻辣金錢肚和排骨蛋炒飯,還有保健既元盅雞湯。這盅雞湯很足火候,應該燉了很久,很骨膠原和清味帶有雞肉鮮味,一邊吃著麻辣金錢肚一邊飲湯,金錢肚很爽口彈牙,小小辣好好味。之後來個排骨蛋炒飯,排骨表面一層炸過的,裡面還保持很多肉汁,而且無骨啖啖肉超好食,蛋炒飯粒粒分明,炒得很有功夫。最後來個蟹黃小籠包,看看裡面真係有好多蟹黃,雖然已經飽飽地,但都覺得好好味,很快就食曬。

今日去尖沙咀送完貨收工,到了晚飯時間做到肚餓當然要搵好野食啦,記得之前食過既「金牌小籠」在附近,價錢又唔係好貴,就決定去返食,去到同之前差不多,人總是很多但又有位唔洗搭枱,天氣咁熱冷氣依然足夠,坐左一陣就有服務員送上香茶,今次點了最貴既蟹黃小籠包,另外點了麻辣金錢肚和排骨蛋炒飯,還有保健既元盅雞湯。這盅雞湯很足火候,應該燉了很久,很骨膠原和清味帶有雞肉鮮味,一邊吃著麻辣金錢肚一邊飲湯,金錢肚很爽口彈牙,小小辣好好味。之後來個排骨蛋炒飯,排骨表面一層炸過的,裡面還保持很多肉汁,而且無骨啖啖肉超好食,蛋炒飯粒粒分明,炒得很有功夫。最後來個蟹黃小籠包,看看裡面真係有好多蟹黃,雖然已經飽飽地,但都覺得好好味,很快就食曬。

暑假到喇,終於唔使每日趕趕趕, 今日比賽後,唔使趕返屋企叫外賣, 可以安安樂樂坐喺餐廳慢慢食, 尖沙咀區嘅餐廳都係好貴,今日逛isquare竟然見到呢間餐廳嘅menu平民化, 又有兩粒豆釘最鍾意嘅小籠包, 當然要試下佢嘅質素啦。地點位於尖沙咀中心地帶,坐地鐵 上電梯就到, 坐巴士就只要係去天星碼頭嘅架架都啱, 泊車就相當唔化算,要成60蚊一個鐘。店鋪走文青風,簡約、用木製嘅傢俬為主, 加上一啲綠色嘅植物, 坐低都覺得好舒服。紅燒豬手,要兩件起, 好少可原隻上, 上枱嘅時候已經聞到香噴噴, 咬落去非常有膠質,入曬味。萵筍絲好爽口, 有麻油味及帶酸味。 酸辣湯就比較辣,欠缺酸味, 材料十分豐富。清燉牛肉湯麵, 佢真係用一燉盅盛住清燉牛肉湯, 讓顧客自己放落碗麵度, 注意:嗰碗燉湯真係達到滾嘅程度,好正。蟹黃小籠包, 個皮好薄,一食落去啲湯汁就流出嚟, 用匙盛性住食啱啱好。酒槽豬脷好特別, 酒味濃、食落去好爽口, 夏天食,好舒服。

好友難得回港約相聚,指明要食至愛的小龍包,於是帶佢去位於isquare 嘅尼間小上海小館打開餐牌,小籠包都有好多款選擇,除左咸點,仲有甜點,本來想試一下豆沙小籠包,可惜我地太晏來,已經售罄,咁就叫蟹粉小籠包,一咬落口,口腔已充滿蟹油的味道,又香又濃另外點了金牌小籠包,皮故然薄身,一夾起不會容易穿破,咬落多汁肉嫩,好友大呼好味,再點一籠個人獨攬😂韮黃鍋貼,應該係另一個招牌菜,於是點黎試試,鍋貼煎得外表金黃,有點像日式煎餃子,食落外皮趣卜卜,十分香口,值得一試食得太多肉,叫番個清清地蒜子菠菜,吸左上湯嘅菠菜新鮮無草青味再點多個鮮蝦蒸餃,咬落鮮蝦大大粒,美味清新尼度地方濶落,坐得舒服,傾下食下咁又與好友渡過一個開心晚上

晚上6 時內座,全家第一次光顧,需要自己在點心紙上 order。我們想嘗試餐廳招牌菜,結果點菜紙上起碼有一半數量的點心都沒有,但點心紙上又沒有明確顯示已售罄的點心,劃了數次服務員都說沒有,心情已經漸差。服務員態度欠佳,好唔 helpful。因為逢點必無的關係,於是主動向服務員詢問鋪內有的點心,他說:“你自己睇住先啦”,然後揮一揮衣袖,不帶走一片雲彩。當場感到極度無奈,我就是不知道鋪內有什麽才問,結果又要我自己睇,點完又話無。無點心我當你限量制作,嚴你寫到明呀,你唔寫明,我問你嗰陣答多我兩句都得掛。其中食咗碗黃魚面,魚腥面硬。是次感受,一個字, 差。

咁啱係I-square行街 行到肚仔餓就諗下食咩啦 而呢日就想食下台式料理 所以特意簡咗係open rice名氣都幾高既金牌小龍一試 一睇menu先知原來呢度係岀名小籠包亦係各店既招牌必點點心 所以就嗌咗呢個試下啦 一咬食落都幾多汁 肉質都算幾鮮甜 但個皮就有少少厚啦 如果薄翻少少就會更佳啦 之後仲嗌咗個糖醋排骨 個汁酸酸甜甜都幾開胃 不過個排骨味道食落普通 用材就一般 但炸得都幾脆 呢點都加咗唔少分 另外仲嗌咗個老火令湯分別係元盅茶樹菇同紅燒牛肉湯 元盅茶樹菇用料都幾足 飲落都有藥材味都重 所以比較推介元盅茶樹菇多過紅燒牛肉湯 因為紅燒牛肉湯 材料同味道都較單一 而且味道偏咸 所以元盅茶樹菇會係首選
