尖沙咀平價上海菜必屬上海小籠,除了有基本小食、點心、涼菜,包括各種口味小籠包、餛飩、拉麵等,還有各式小炒。蟹黃小籠包上桌蒸籠有點燙,可直接夾起享用。小籠湯包皮薄而餡多,入口肉餡綿絮,湯汁豐富帶肉香及蟹黃味。紅燒豬手師傅把豬手紅燒至軟腍,豬皮軟熟,骨膠原豐富膠質明顯,不含膽固醇,脂肪含量低。紅燒大腸麵以濃郁牛肉湯底製作,大腸口感彈牙內里乾淨無膏。麵質不是那種彈牙煙韌,反倒像上海那種白寬麵,口感軟熟吸附湯汁的。鼓汁蒸黃花魚黃花魚肉質超滑溜,骨刺較少,鮮嫩柔軟。辣子雞丁以酸辣醬汁爆炒雞丁,雞丁肉圓滾飽滿,味道反而沒有鮮辣椒辣。整體來說,價錢便宜,味道不錯。

今日去開尖沙咀購物去到地鐵站附近想食下上海野,就去咗呢間在iSquare比較出名嘅金牌小龍食嘢了。一打開餐牌就有唔同類型嘅上海菜揀,一於樣樣都叫啲先。醉雞首先叫咗個醉雞食下當是前菜。估唔到唔錯喎,味道方面,醉雞非常之入味,淡淡酒香味融入了在雞肉之中,啖啖肉,很不錯的。金牌小籠包/蟹黃小籠包到左佢哋嘅招牌菜小籠包了。由於佢哋嘅小籠包實在太好食啦,所以兩個人叫咗兩大籠。我哋首先食咗比較淡味食金牌小籠包先,味道方面肉味非常之香非常濃厚。蟹黃小籠包方面,裡面真係有蟹肉的,還有很濃郁的蟹香味,又不大咸,不太油,很不錯的。紅燒牛肉麵湯底非常之足料,有一大碗的,熱辣辣好味道。牛肉夠晒厚切,味道夠晒濃厚,加上少少辣味,啖啖肉好味道。拉麵方面,麵質好好唔太軟亦都不太硬,正!台式炸雞髀湯麵最後還叫了一樣好味道既台式炸雞髀湯麵,即叫即炸又新鮮又香口!等我下次再嚟銅鑼灣嘅時候食埋佢其他嘢先!

呢日約左友人食台灣野,我地去左尖沙咀食金牌小龍,一坐低就點菜啦,點左金牌小籠包和蟹黃小籠包,都係一籠有5隻的份量🤭我地仲叫左炸醬拌麵HKD40,一份台式擔擔撈麵HKD40,一個蒜茸油麥菜HKD60,炸醬拌麵,炸醬味道唔算太濃,反而覺得有些淡口,要加醬油先得🙈😹😹😹終於到今晚既主角啦,金牌小籠包😋😋在一個大蒸籠入面,熱騰騰的冒著煙甘上台,一啖放入口,感覺好多汁,味道不錯😋😋👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻蟹黃小籠包都一樣,正👍🏻👍🏻
