的確,包點本身不是貴價食物,但在尖沙咀區,還要是大商場內,即使價位定得更高也相信客源不斷。以這樣的食物價格,還能保持每樣食物的水準,確實是性價比不錯的一家上海菜館,難怪客似雲來。

前排家人生日,我們一家就去左位於尖沙咀既金牌小龍食上海菜。我一直好期待,因為家人說依度又好食又抵食。餐廳空間好大,坐滿晒食客;大家不防可以訂位。由於餐廳供應有限,不是每款食品也無限供應,所以當寫了點菜紙要立即比職員,職員會話比食客知哪款已售罄。蟹黃小籠包:本身想食金牌小籠包,可惜已經一早售罄了之後再揀左蟹黃小籠包。蟹黃料好香濃,啖啖甘甜肉汁在口中,而當中既鮮豬肉又很嫩,真系吾錯啊!翡翠瑤柱小籠包:瑤柱味道好香口,小籠包入面同樣帶有不少汁;當中仲有少瓜,食得好味又健康呢!所以,從依間餐廳讓不同食客可以選擇不同口味既小籠包。蟹黃麵:見menu上食物圖好吸引,所以order左!麵質是幼身的,口感好彈牙,蟹黃汁味濃郁;帶點點鮮味,超級中意食;另有幾隻爽口蝦呢。台灣紅燒牛肉麵:份量剛好,麵質彈牙爽口;紅燒牛肉口感林身又多汁!喜歡牛肉麵既朋友可以一試啊~蟹黃瑤柱扒西蘭花:西蘭花煮得剛好,口感不硬不林;上面帶有瑤柱碎,可惜味道過咸,大概是因為以蟹黃來煮的。豆漿(凍):食上海菜當然不少得飲豆漿,味道甜甜地;帶有豆香味。豆沙鍋餅:幸好我地仲可以食到,豆沙料不少而甜度十足,鍋餅好香脆又吾會太油啊!

金牌小龍在The One時期經常拍拖光顧,貪其抵食見稱~ 今次趁喺i Square睇完戲,再次黎晚餐!睇睇餐牌,當然少不了小籠包~本想點黃油蟹小籠包,但原來過了時令季節,沒有供應。只好改點蟹粉小籠包。一客5個,皮唔算薄但軟滑,唔會一夾就穿。一啖入口肉汁跟蟹粉流出~紅燒豬手係每件計,$10件好經濟,豬手係豬既前爪位置,軟身入味,豬皮充滿彈性,滿滿骨膠原!脆皮松板豬($52),即係豬頸肉。煎得外層乾身香口脆邊,肉質爽口紋路如霜降。加入雪菜既黃魚麵,如黃魚用碟分開上檯會更好。紅紅的水煮牛肉,薄切的牛肉吸收了花椒油既香麻味,分外嗆口。底下放有芽菜,幼身既瀬粉比平時食既水晶粉更滑更入味,有質感~一客六隻既九層塔鍋貼,底部煎得非常香脆,醉雞,花雕酒味濃,酒香滿溢,帶點人參既清香,香而不太辣既酸辣湯,木耳、滑豆腐、肉絲、筍絲等等,用料頗多,芡汁調得剛好。流感高峰期喝一盅養生燉湯就最好不過,點了健脾胃的原盅茶樹菇排骨湯,清清甜甜,補而不燥。

今日同朋友去食上海菜,呢間「金牌小龍」非常方便,在尖沙咀地鐵站R出口搭𨋢上去就到,唔使等就有位,店內地方寬敞座位寬鬆舒適,食物選擇十分多,真的很想全部都試。間食店叫金牌小龍,就叫多幾款小籠包。最後點了金牌小籠包,蟹黃小籠包,翡翠瑶柱小籠包,蝦仁燒賣,韭黃鍋貼,紅燒豬手,尖椒皮蛋,一品獅子頭,紅燒牛肉麵,仲有原盅雞湯。等了兩分鐘就來個紅燒豬手,師傅炆得好淋好好食超級骨膠原。之後來的原盅鷄湯也很清甜,然後主力小龍包到啦,要熱騰騰食先正,包裡超多肉和湯再點小小紅醋成隻食,韭黃鍋貼香脆好味,紅燒牛肉麵味道也很濃很好味,款款都好好食價錢又不貴,下次可以再來試。

除了會爆汁外內裏的牛肉餡料肉質也超高,口感結實,牛味超濃。似〈牛魔王〉多D既獅子老公對此讚不絕口!!!

總結:好吃而且地點方便,環境也坐得舒適,雖然沒有豪華裝修,但絕對值得再來!!

聽聞尖沙咀國際廣場有間超抵食平民價既上海菜餐廳,同朋友兩個人特登走去探探,去到門口已經見到很多相片和餐牌,果然無錯,價錢真係平民化,小籠包一籠五隻都係四十幾蚊,圍返都唔洗十蚊隻,尖沙咀來講超抵食,就入去食啦。出其地星期六都洗等位,地方大到好似酒樓,這店專食小籠包,款式有成十多款,點左金牌,蟹黃,翡翠瑶柱小籠包三款,各款都很美味多汁。這個獅子頭,中心包住嗰粒是蛋黃,超正。還有這個豬手真的一定要試,很淋很入味,應該用左很多時間整,很用心。

上網看到很多人推介這間有尖沙咀的小籠包店,本來以為店開在尖沙咀的高級商場內一定很貴,但一籠五粒小籠包,只需$35,比起在其他地段的店還要便宜☺️☺️當天去到的時間還算早,人沒有很多,一進去就看到有個專業的師父在做小籠包,感覺很高級食物選擇很多,小籠包也有不同的款式我叫了一個金牌小籠包$38 和一個蟹黃小籠包$48😊中間有蒜的是蟹黃小籠包,兩種小籠包都有豐富的湯汁,皮不會硬,性價比很好👍👍醉雞,已經去了骨,食下去很方便豆沙鍋餅,足料,味覺不錯😁
