好多年前曾經幫襯過留園廚房,當時覺得非常出色!時間幾年,發現原來佢嘅中午係有提供套餐的,咁性價比應該幾高!當日就試咗個二人套餐,大約二百幾蚊,係兩個人喎!裏面有點心同埋小菜選擇,嗰個套餐係包例湯,兩款點心兩款小菜,白飯同埋甜品!咁一場嚟到,當然叫返佢啲拿手小菜啦!最後嗌咗灌湯餃、半隻煙燻雞,仲加咗黑芝麻卷添!先講返個套餐,首先嚟係老火湯!個湯都幾濃,甜甜地幾好飲!呢個唔錯!點心方面我就嗌咗蝦餃,同蟲草花鮮竹卷。兩個點心都正正常常,都算唔錯!小菜方面我就嗌咗菠蘿咕嚕肉,同一個野生椒炆冬瓜!兩個都係佢嘅經典小菜,整體都OK,兩個都係平凡嘅菜式,但係都實踐到不平凡之處!我係收貨!講返佢嘅煙燻雞,呢個餸基本上係佢嘅招牌菜,食嘅時候已經充滿期望,到最後亦都覺得唔錯!係嫩滑嘅,而且亦都有濃濃嘅煙燻味!我自己就覺得幾好!另外叫咗個灌湯餃,可以用皮薄餡靚嚟形容!裏面嘅肉汁都好豐富,配埋啲醋更加出色!另外甜品嘅芝麻卷亦都幾好,整體上價錢好合理!佢係樓上舖,但係我午市去到嘅時候都見,基本上所有枱都坐晒!證明佢有一定號召力!如果喺灣仔嚟講,我覺得性價比極高!下次再嚟一定會再幫襯!

阿媽生日,專登成家人一齊去食鐵片仔灌湯餃,我地叫咗5隻,一人一隻,但其中一隻個皮邊好硬,明顯係擺最頂嗰隻蒸得唔夠透。灌湯餃都幾大隻,但隻鐵片仔就細咗少少,將隻餃移落碗想唔穿皮都真係有少少難度。豬潤燒賣及蝦餃好食,又其豬潤燒賣,擺涼咗件豬潤都唔會又硬又嚡口,另外好欣賞藍莓骨,酸酸甜甜好開胃。鐵片仔灌湯餃係我童年回憶,所以嚟嘅原因都係為咗想食灌湯餃。而餐廳都坐得舒服嘅,每張枱都唔會好近,所以唔會同其他食客背對背坐。

這天的老火湯是粉葛鯪魚赤小豆湯,用原個燉壺熱騰騰的上,所以能一直保持湯的熱度。湯頭濃郁鮮美,濃味得來又沒有把湯料滾得碎爛,所以入口順滑,粉感輕微,以粉葛湯來說偏清澈,不會喝完就飽了一半。

甜品是海帶陳皮綠豆沙。沒有臭草的味道,反而用上了陳皮。綠豆、海帶和薏米也不少,糖水不會很甜。

整體餐點都非常高質,特別是煙燻雞是必點的。侍應人手充足,服務也很親切。唯上菜的順序可以改善,因煙燻雞比老火湯更早上枱,而點心雖然明白是即點即蒸,但幾乎是最後才上。留意到另一枱沒有叫套餐而選擇散叫點心,雖然都是同一時間下單,但各款點心之間上枱的時間都相隔較長,要有等的心理準備。

相隔有兩年再次光顧,食物水準依然保持得好好,個蔥油伴竹昇麵外表平平無奇,但好食都震,麵質係我最鍾意既Q 彈感雲吞麵質地,個炸蔥絲完全將味道提升,因為太好食所以問部長,先得知原來個麵係從深水埗坤記拎貨。另外沖繩黑糖咕嚕肉個肉質亦非常鬆軟,調味亦非常到位。幾個朋友好鍾意個慢煮牛肋排,不過因為我係好怕食少過7成熟牛排既人,所以對我來說有點好似食緊生牛肉咁。杏汁菜膽白肺湯好好飲,夠濃味,冇俾杏仁搶晒個味。留家叉燒都係必食。唯一要彈係個冷氣唔夠,朋友係女仔,但都話好熱,唔知係壞左一個冷氣定係專登調到好似得25度,係呢方面要改善下。

與家人朋友也來過這裡用膳幾次了。 感覺這裡的出品都不錯😋 但但最可惜的是服務很差!🙁 尤其是一位總是戴著口罩的😷穿著西裝的男經理粗魯無禮,對著客人從來不微笑,也從不歡迎顧客,離開時他更是一臉阻住他收工的樣子。即使顧客問他menu問題,他也以不禮貌的態度敷衍回答。😑我和我的朋友們都十分好奇,為什麼每次去也會見到他,他怎麼還能在這裡工作這麼長時間。感覺他是最影響客人用膳體驗,讓人不想再回去留家吃飯…

留家煙燻雞之前同朋友食過,覺得非常驚艷,咁啱中午冇得試佢嘅叉燒,所以決定encore比屋企人都試吓佢哋嘅招牌菜。第二次食,同樣係咁驚艷。佢哋係用100日嘅雞,用滷汁浸熟,再加入乾玫瑰花蕾、甘蔗同片糖煙燻而成,因此食落比起平時嘅豉油雞香好多,煙燻味撲鼻而來,但又唔會蓋過咗雞嘅鮮味。雞肉非常入味,口感嫩滑,就連雞胸都好好食,而且成隻雞冇過肥或者過瘦,食落啱啱好,完全保持到上次嚟食嘅風味。值得一提嘅係,呢份煙燻雞除咗有雞肉,仲有雞腎同雞潤。呢個招牌菜真係值得encore再encore!⠀

點心整體嚟講都係好令人滿意。留家嘅點心行平實路線,同其他攞過米芝蓮嘅中菜廳相比,絕對唔算係超級精緻花巧,但即使係行平實路線,仍然無阻留家廚房發揮佢嘅高水準。蜂巢芋角、糖絲脆麻花同埋懷舊芝麻卷都超出色,其他太部分都好食,唯獨係山竹牛肉球蒸得太耐,腐皮有啲乾,扣咗少少分。總括嚟講,家母話「非常之滿意」🥰

總結這餐,小菜出品有水準,另見有不少特別菜式例如「三代同堂燉湯」、「鳳眼果煀雞」、「京酥鴨」、「普洱蜂蜜煙燻肉排」等也吸引,絕對值得返兜來光顧。
