每次去大壹通常都是買外賣燒味回家吃,很少會在店內進食,今次難得有朋自遠方來,所以選擇堂食。除了燒味之外,還有很多菜式可以選擇。例如:海鮮、小菜、煲仔菜等等,一般炒粉麵飯都有。晚市時段(17:30-22:00)會有燒味飯套餐供應選擇,價錢由$58起。這間大壹最出名的就是燒鵝和燒腩仔。我和朋友約好了19:30門口等,但等位的時候發現當晚燒腩仔一早經已售罄。唯有叫個大壹燒鵝(例牌)先夠盡興!果然不負所望!燒鵝上枱時熱辣辣,熱到出煙!燒鵝層皮又脆又夠入味!還有我最愛的燒鵝髀!平時都是食燒味飯多,很少叫炒粉麵飯。大壹炒飯入面會有燒鵝粒和一些小辣椒粒。原來炒飯都幾好食,夠鑊氣,有少少辣,加上燒鵝粒有少少鹹鹹地,味道都幾夾。我們還叫了個小菜 — 拔絲咕嚕肉。本身以為「拔絲」只不過是一個噱頭,估不到原來這個咕嚕肉真的可以做到「拔絲」效果!咕嚕肉外脆內軟,配上菠蘿、喬頭和無花果,味道酸酸甜甜,很適合喜歡吃微酸的我。

今天去馬鞍山探朋友, 跟他吃個晚飯。朋友介紹之下今次選擇了吃燒餓。拔絲咕嚕肉 $98這個咕嚕肉很出色, 拉起每件肉也有拔絲的效果,咕嚕肉脆身身帶甜,那種果甜味來自菠蘿和無花果, 入面的肉鬆軟, 味道入口難忘馬介休香煎蓮藕餅 $98馬介休是經由鹽醃製而成的,味道會有點似鹹魚, 但海鮮味更甚, 蓮藕餅的肉香配以這種鮮咸,非常匹配。大壹燒鵝髀飯飯 $98燒鵝髀大大隻,已經切件,方便進食, 燒鵝皮的皮笑得香脆可口, 帶有陣陣鵝香, 內裏肉嫩多汁。咬下肉汁溢出, 香齒頰留香, 肉汁流入內裏嫩肉中,沾染一些油膩感,更顯得燒鵝的皮香脆嫩可口。

疫情放緩之後,餐廳都開始多返人啦~我同朋友兩個人嚟到大壹燒鵝。仲記得細個個陣放學屋企人都會帶我食瀨粉下午荼呢!首先上嘅係香妃雞配叉燒瀨粉,香妃雞肉又香又滑,叉燒都軟嫩多汁,顏色鮮明,好高質呀。我仲叫埋鹹檸七,味道又甜又咸,仲有檸檬既清爽,好解渴呢~.而燒鵝飯嘅燒鵝實在太吸引,本身只係叫咗兩份套餐,但係我哋都忍唔住再叫多份燒鵝呢,燒鵝嘅肉同脂肪都多,皮脆肉嫩又多汁,食落好香但係又唔會油膩呀~好彩叫多一份,可以好好過下口癮,下次晚市可以嚟斬料送飯呢!

而燒鵝飯嘅燒鵝實在太吸引,本身只係叫咗兩份套餐,但係我哋都忍唔住再叫多份燒鵝呢,燒鵝嘅肉同脂肪都多,皮脆肉嫩又多汁,食落好香但係又唔會油膩呀~好彩叫多一份,可以好好過下口癮,下次晚市可以嚟斬料送飯呢!

又入馬鞍山搵朋友食飯傾吓偈,這間之前已經食過他們的燒味非常之出色,今次就試吓他們的小菜小炒啦。蠔仔粥一大窩熱辣辣蠔仔粥非常足料,蠔仔每粒都大大隻叫大蠔就差不多,粥底綿滑又香濃,有肉碎芫荽同柴魚令粥底提鮮。椒鹽九肚魚又是大推頭平時在其他餐室吃,都是只得十件八件到,但這裡真的吃得好滿足,九肚魚肉質鮮嫩又鮮甜,炸得香脆惹味。涼瓜炒牛肉涼瓜翠綠又爽脆有回甘味,而牛肉又是很足料一啲都不會吝嗇,牛肉鮮而肉嫩炒得火喉夠,食到舔舔脷。凍檸茶茶底夠濃又夠凍,喝飽食醉很滿足啊!

這家餐廳開業已有一段時間,但一直都沒特意去試,事緣男友生日,想為他預備他喜歡食,但平時嚴禁進食的邪惡菜餚,例如乳豬,本來想買一整隻季XX的乳豬,但畢竟只有兩個人食,真的吃不完,而且他對乳豬滿挑剔的,只愛吃飲宴那種一片外皮連著薄薄一層肉的乳豬,印像中只有飲宴會這樣裁切,即使太X那種他也不喜歡,因為肉太多,找了不少地方後,才突然想起我家附近還有一間"大壹燒鵝",看了其他食客提供的圖片,覺得這兒的乳豬應該對他的口味,所以在中午時段買了個乳豬飯小試一下。這兒的燒味飯大約$50多(午餐免費附送例湯或熱飲),感覺有點少貴(平常只吃$38特價燒味飯),不過今日想他有個特別午餐,所以不打緊吧!餐廳職員滿有禮貌,疫情關係不能堂食,只好外賣回公司,外賣的等候時間不太久,效率不錯!乳豬外皮香脆,皮下油脂不會太厚,下面連著一層薄薄的肉,由於皮脂跟肉的厚薄都差不多,配上乳豬醬同吃,吃起來富油香之餘亦不會太油膩,整體口感亦不錯!唯一有點可以改善,就是飯質偏乾。之前提過服務挺不錯,衛生方面其實也很滿意,外賣飯盒表層非常乾淨,不會沾有油或其他醬汁,拿起時不會滿手油,不錯!下次有機會也有興趣試試其他燒味。

乳豬外皮香脆,皮下油脂不會太厚,下面連著一層薄薄的肉,由於皮脂跟肉的厚薄都差不多,配上乳豬醬同吃,吃起來富油香之餘亦不會太油膩,整體口感亦不錯!唯一有點可以改善,就是飯質偏乾。
