The popular “kushiage” (deep-fried skewers) restaurant from Tokyo has opened their first overseas branch in Hong Kong!
They are currently open only at night, and mainly offer two omakase menus of 10- and 12-course skewers ($498 and $698 per person), both including 3 kinds of appetizers, a homemade mochi tofu, a rice or udon and a dessert. Sooo fulfilling and satisfying!

The 12 skewers we had were all served hot and fresh, and the batter was thin enough to allow us taste the real flavors of the ingredients. My personal picks are the [ Wagyu sirloin with truffle sauce ], [ Angel shrimp ], [ Kelp with herring roe ], [ Salmon with salmon roe ] and [ Abalone ]!

炸串用上時令食材,因此菜單會按季節轉換
每一道炸串都蘸上同樣的薄脆炸漿,但都帶各自的獨特鮮味
而且師傅把烹調時間拿捏得剛剛好,令熟度完美
是日〔十二道串揚〕套餐中,蝦鮮味濃郁的炸天使蝦、口感一粒粒爽脆爽脆的炸鯡魚籽昆布串最令人印象深刻;另外的三文魚串配三文魚籽炸鮑魚串都很好吃呢✨
坐在吧檯,欣賞著師傅準備炸串、聽著他們努力的學習著各食材的粵語名稱,很是有趣😛
服務來說,店員全都十分友善,而且很有效率👍

這家新開不久的日本串揚過江龍·串亭炸串廚師發辦分別有10串跟12串可以選擇這次點的是10串 份量剛剛好每串的炸醬都超級薄 外脆內軟 味道不錯👍🏻個人覺得炸三文魚串配三文魚籽還有黑松露西冷串特別好吃😋如果喜歡吃炸物的朋友可以一試!值得一讚的是服務態度非常好💕

甜品是芥末雪糕配最中餅或者是雞蛋布甸配蕨餅,兩款都有吃到,芥末雪糕挺特別的。

本來以為只有十款炸串,份量沒有很多,應該不會太飽,但吃到第八串左右就已經開始覺得飽了,最後幾乎吃不下甜品

在香港要經營炸串店不容易,不過這裡的出品的確有水準,希望多點人來幫襯就好了~
