不知大家有否留意,放在串揚上的醬料如黑松露醬、香蔥、山椒醬……都是放在後段,廚師原意就是想客人先嚐一口原味,再嚐有醬汁的味道,便可品嚐不同層次的美味,非常細心啊!

之前食過雞肉主題的OMAKASE,這次和朋友試試旁邊的炸物料理的OMAKASE~和朋友點了一款$698的套餐,共有12款炸物。特別有幾款是小編好喜歡的!首先是炸和牛西冷串,本來以為炸和牛會影響到肉質,但都不會,還很嫩呢~鯖魚肉質厚實,點蜜糖芥茉醬就一流!中間做過度的是自家製的麻糬豆腐,超好吃啊~口感既軟又煙韌的,吃得很過癮,哈哈~之後的燒鰻魚串,嫩嫩的魚肉再加香香的魚脂,回味無窮。去到最後的炸鮑魚串和炸鵝肝串真是神來之筆,完美的句號~串燒後是主食,點了稻庭烏冬。湯底不是一般的雞湯,而是有點稠身的湯。吃到中段,加了些青檸,令味道更清新。
