疫情關係,既不能到日本,晚上六點後又沒有堂食,唯有尋找美味午餐補償味蕾在晚間的失落。這間餐廳不易訂位,我早於兩星期前開始訂座。我點了$540十二貫壽司廚師發板午餐,時令魚生非常新鮮,廚師表示選用的都是野生魚,所以魚味特別濃郁。由第一貫至第十二貫壽司,每貫每人難忘。最令我深刻的是平政魚,爽實的魚肉配以淡淡的煙薰味,很合拍,是餐廳獨有的。另外也改變我對靖魚的觀感,因為新鮮,所以不覺有腥味。拖羅壽司是以兩個不同部位,以三片魚肉疊成的,不會過於油膩也沒有根。最後一貫壽司是北海道馬糞海膽配吞拿魚腩蓉,為壽司食材完美落幕。值得一讚,廚師雖年青,但他很用心為我們介紹每道菜式,也牢記我們的飲食喜好,絕對值得一再光顧!

朋友話這間日本餐廳的廚師發辦之前食過好味,今次就試鐵板燒午餐,店子門面已經好闊落,入面地方也夠大夠闊,空間感好足夠,鐵板燒位置有兩張大枱,圍住廚師坐。我們6人叫了三個二人前。Salad,好fresh好爽脆,好好味,材料特別,有黎麥,車厘茄,沙律菜,同有d綠色好似青瓜既,但唔係青瓜,蓮花莖,好爽又清甜。加埋麻醬一齊食,好正。Steamed Egg,茶碗蒸蛋,好滑的蛋,有d菇,好香。Cod Fish,看住廚師在煎那銀鱈魚,簡直係享受,擺碟好用心,先食魚皮,脆卜卜,再食魚肉,超滑啊,柚子醬好fresh,好好味,再有粒龍珠果。這碟龍蝦鮑魚真是嘩嘩聲一路煎鮑魚一路在郁Abalone,完成品就十分吸引,少少紫菜的汁,鮑魚啱啱好,唔韌,好鮮味。排排等Lobster,這個是本地龍蝦,肉質夠彈牙,有質感,少少膏的湯汁好鮮甜呀。Beef Fillet,這個牛柳十分淋身,好香,加埋蒜片一齊食仲夾。Miso Soup,龍蝦腳一齊煮,超鮮又甜Fried Rice and Fried Vegetables,黃金炒飯粒粒分明,啖啖也是料,正最尾仲有一個雪糕球的。整體感覺十分滿意,食物好,服務好
