同同事喺呢間餐廳度食午飯,呢個地方一啲都唔顯眼,因為佢坐落喺一幢位於海味同鹹魚街中間嘅新樓,仲要係一樓。我哋晏咗兩個set lunch,每個set lunch $200。Menu設計有中英對照,好貼心。我對叫咗兩個前菜, 薯仔沙律,薯仔好新鮮,加埋沙甸魚做配搭,好好味。Palmer Ham前菜都好醒胃,佢哋將麵包糠好,好脆!兩款主菜一款係魚柳表現正常,另外一款係豬扒,佢將啲豬扒切細塊,每塊豬扒都好林,啲洋蔥香草入晒味正!總而言之,我應該會再去食多次,因為仲想試吓嗰度其他西班牙菜

西班牙菜真係好岩我胃口,我尤其鍾意西環呢間西班牙餐廳,一入到去,成個feel好有西班牙風味,背景顏色系西班牙主流紅黃顏色,鬥牛士嘅畫同氣氛都好襯,背景音樂係西班牙歌,真係好有feel。招牌梗係西班牙海鮮飯,誇張大鑊飯!賣相完美,材料豐富!有魷魚、蜆肉、青口同蝦,啲海鮮非常新鮮,飯粒乾爽,仲有少少焦香,令人一啖接一啖。牛頰肉配薯蓉,非常驚喜嘅一道菜,牛頰肉煮到軟冧入味,配埋薯蓉creamy!仲配咗高質西蘭花同蘑菇,份量都好夠。Ham Croquettes都係必試嘅,外脆內軟,入面嘅火腿味香濃,一啖咬落去好滿足。甜品巴斯克燒焦芝士蛋糕配紅莓雪芭,尤其鐘意紅莓雪芭,酸酸咪咪解膩爽口,搭配蛋糕入口質感香滑creamy,表面燒到微微焦香,實在太正啦!
