“慢煮烤乳豬配椰菜仔及蘑菇“”,前者大大份,熱辣辣好足料,食落有少許薑黃味,豬肉質感柔軟,飯底有好多蔬菜,感覺幾健康。而後者就皮脆肉嫩,脆卜卜,而椰菜仔同蘑菇就吸收咗豬油香氣,令蔬菜變得更惹味。

这家西班牙🇪🇸餐厅,超chill,就在西营盘地铁出口2分钟,设有一个户外的小天台,可以带着小朋友一同前往!我们点了份mini汉堡包,味道很不错,但是真的很mini哇!点了一份蒜蓉🦐,蒜蓉真的太香了,配上法式方包,把虾吃完之后面包粘着蒜蓉吃,真的太好吃了。 我们额外点了一份烧鸡烧鸡,真的很大一份,才两百多,性价比很高啊。最后甜品点了招牌炸薯条,不得不说,这是西班牙最出名的甜品了,本身我以为炸薯条是咸的,原来这个是甜的,甜的炸薯条配上巧克力酱,再加雪糕真的太好吃啦。吃完饭之后,不妨坐在户外喝一杯小酒,小酌一杯配跟好几个跟朋友聊聊天,真的太舒服了!La Paloma (西環)西環西營盤皇后大道西189號西浦1樓

星期四下班後和老公到西營盤La Paloma吃晚餐。和牛及鵝肝配長法包侍應會用火槍燒一燒和牛,令和牛變成半熟狀態,入口即溶,非常軟嫩,配上香口的鵝肝和脆口的法包,很讚。吞拿魚他他配墨汁海鮮飯脆脆吞拿魚他他油脂感十足,很新鮮,脆脆很香脆,兩者很搭。鮮嫩八爪魚配薯仔及煙燻紅椒粉橄欖油八爪魚很煙韌,薯仔軟腍,有驚喜。西班牙海鮮飯海鮮有魷魚、蜆肉、青口、蝦,用一個超大的鑊裝著海鮮飯,很震撼,海洋飯濕潤之餘又粒粒分明。

烤乳豬係西班牙菜的經典菜式,乳豬仔噶baby fat 入口即融,乳豬皮薄到好似米紙咁,輕輕掂到都會碎,咬落口感好似薯片咁,同時間嫩滑嘅豬肉有超多肉汁爆出嚟,真正做到齒頰留香🤤配雜菌同炒椰菜仔一齊食balance 翻乳豬噶油膩感!

👅西班牙海鮮飯
最後壓軸嘅係成盤西班牙海鮮飯,佢嘅精髓都集中喺鑊底嘅飯焦😋金黃色嘅飯粒表面有好多種海鮮,有魷魚、青口、蝦同蜆肉,飯粒軟硬適,吸收晒海鮮嘅精髓,淡淡都係鮮味,間中食到少少飯焦,口感豐富。

招牌cocktail La Paloma 睇落好似一杯普通噶西柚酒精飲品,但飲落竟然會有smoky 嘅味道,唔會太酸,帶有西柚的清香味,酒感適中,同套餐的菜式十分夾!

今日接家姐放工,一齊黎到西營盤哩間西班牙餐廳,一直book mark 好耐但由於太遠無黎到☺️必叫和牛及鵝肝配長法包🥰哩個真係好好食,侍應係我面前火槍燒和牛,下個配上法包加鵝肝醬☺️好出色家姐叫左個三文魚個個都話好食另一個必食係鮮嫩八爪魚拼薯仔-哩個既八爪魚好軟好滑,岩岩好配埋薯仔加啲紅辣椒欖欖油,個味好出☺️吞拿魚他他配墨汁海鮮飯脆脆-哩個亦好特別,佢係用墨汁海鮮整成既脆片用黎包住吞拿魚他他,而又好夾☺️慢煮烤乳豬配椰菜仔及蘑菇都好好味😋皮脆而肉嫩,唔錯甜品CHURROS都好味🤤整體黎講非常滿足😛質素亦係比較高🥰🥰

自從疫情前去過巴塞隆拿,試過西班牙炒飯之後,就一直對佢念念不忘😋呢排空閒啲,就搵間正宗嘅西班牙餐廳再回味下先☺️位於西環嘅呢間西班牙餐廳,一出地鐵站行2分鐘就到,都幾方便,食嗰日落大雨,又要無帶遮,真係好彩夠晒近😁入座後望住餐牌,好多野都想試,奈何得兩個人,叫唔到咁多款式🥲開胃菜叫左煙燻三文魚配墨西哥酸忌廉及三文魚子,三文魚夠香不在話下,內藏嘅酸忌廉真係好突出,非常刺激到胃口,第一樣食佢好唔錯👍🏻跟住再食和牛及鵝肝配長法包,和牛上到枱先燒,保持溫度之餘真係香到不得了,加上鵝肝味濃烈,兩者都係主角,味道好夾,食完真係好想再encore🤣仲叫左生牛肉他他併松露薯條,生牛肉口感煙韌,夠Fresh;薯條幼身又好脆,食到我地停唔到口🤣最後到主角西班牙炒飯,諗左好耐食邊款🤣最後揀左西班牙墨魚汁、青口配大蝦燴飯。海鮮新鮮鮮甜;加左檸檬汁之後整個飯清新左好多,中和番墨魚汁嘅濃稠味道;墨魚仔混入飯中,口感一流😋不過可惜個飯太大,我地食到好飽都未食得晒🥲總括而言呢餐真係好滿足🥰令我更加懷念去西班牙嘅回憶喇🥰
