我哋今次就揀咗一個特別套餐 主菜嚟之前有好多好特別嘅西班牙小食同埋前菜架✨

首先淨係個前菜已經非常之吸引💯 精緻嘅酥皮夾住牛肉 香牛味得黎又唔會太膩✨

然後就嚟咗兩隻大大隻嘅生蠔🦪 兩隻生蠔 一啲都唔腥 個汁 仲要好特別係紅色嘅🤣兩隻生蠔嘅大細真係impressive 🩷

之後就嚟咗另一個小菜 有啲橄欖同埋生菜🥬 食西班牙菜都可以有齊菜同肉✨ 成個感覺都幾balance

跟住呢個就犀利啦 🐷鮮嫩八爪魚配薯仔及煙燻紅椒粉橄欖油 小編係超級超級超級鍾意食🤓 上次嚟嘅時候已經有一個類似嘅菜式 真心食過返尋味
一喺有齊八爪魚同埋薯仔 🥔 八爪魚真係鮮嫩冇呃人🤣 啲薯仔粒唔似平時食中式菜嘅薯仔咁樣炆到爛😂 反而綿密得來又好有口感💯
小編覺得八爪魚同埋薯仔本身已經好香 但係加埋少少嘅紅椒粉同埋橄欖油令到成件事更加昇華左

Padron Peppers係一套非常經典嘅西班牙菜 簡簡單單嘅青椒 加上簡簡單單嘅調味 幾乎單靠用鹽已經好足夠🩷 經過烤焗後外皮脆脆地但裡面又夠juicy💯

跟住就係成餐飯嘅重頭戲 竟然有好特別嘅西班牙牛肉 上菜嘅時候有炭火喺下面 所以其實某程度上嚟講可以話係 可以自己控制塊牛肉有幾熟
牛肉其實都算係大份 上菜嘅時候已經覺得好香✨ 仲要牛味好濃 煮耐左又唔會韌🤣 點埋佢個蒜蓉汁成個味道就更加豐富

仲有一份… 飽到呢🤣🤣 薯仔同牛肉呢個組合 無論係中式定係西班牙菜都有出現🥩
啲薯仔相對上面配八爪魚嘅薯仔比較腍 但係仍然係比中式嘅煮法更加有口感 外皮仲要脆卜卜🥔 而牛肉亦都非常入味
食到呢度小編同朋友已經飽到食唔落…

但係仲有一份好大份嘅甜品 係杏仁海綿蛋糕配雲呢拿雪糕🍧 點食呀🤓🤓
海綿蛋糕 口感濕潤💯 而且裏面充滿杏仁味 每一啖都係幾香嘅杏仁味
其實小編一向都唔係好鍾意食杏仁(可能因為杏仁露嘅關係)但係小編竟然覺得呢個蛋糕幾香🤣 同個雪糕都幾夾🐷

侍應安排咗我坐一個滴水嘅位,坐咗一陣,真係頂唔順,滴到正一正喺個身,見到有吉枱同佢講想轉枱。點知佢話:啲大枱係唔係比2個人坐&“Just few water”。真係嬲到癲,老馮叫個客坐滴水位食飯,有枱唔俾轉,亦完全唔諗其他方法幫你安排。後尾見其他枱有人走,直接同主廚講話想轉其他枱先肯安排俾我。早兩個月去完西班牙,覺得呢度食物就真係一般啦,而且等嘅時間係超長,不過口味就見仁見智,但係服務真係世界級。
