To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間野隔一陣就會再試牛扒,覺得分量大質素好,但係再試擺盤全換了⋯沒試過吃完心情這麼差,一開始發現,茶杯洗不乾淨換了兩次,餐包黃油凍的像冰,切不開,像冰格里拿出來直接上盤的,餐湯也是南瓜湯有纖維感打得很粗,等餐等了一陣,結果牛扒中伏,叫7成熟上來邊切邊冒血水,加熱之後還是肉紅,汁熱成血沫汁了,土豆塊很硬,剛剛斷生,貼手感覺不到熱氣,直接配了黑椒汁,這個真是從出邊茶can直接批發來的,之前都未試過這樣,碟都好看好多,不會再來了

最近去了一家有情調的餐廳,一入餐廳便會為你送上餐包,餐包軟熟,有麵粉香。今次前菜我便選擇熱溶法國流心芝士沙律,沙律上桌,驚喜發現面上鋪上大量芝士,沙律、Cold cut都沾上了流心芝士,吃起來10分鹹香惹味。另一前菜,就選擇了比較少見的油封鵪鶉髀,鵪鶉髀肉質結實,有肉香,若嫌太細隻,不夠滿足。至於主食就選擇了豬鞍,店家特別選用伊比利亞黑毛豬,肥瘦相間,非常厚肉,而且煎得大約七成熟,入口軟熟,而且油香相當惹味。另一款煮食則是卡邦尼意粉,每條意粉都沾上了蛋汁,入口Creamy。最後又怎少得甜品呢?一向喜歡茶香的,當然會選擇伯爵茶熱帶果朱古力榛子脆,茶香豐腴,一啖軟線一啖脆口,口感和味道層次豐富。此外,餐廳非常細心在甜品碟上畫上祝福句,相當有心思。

之前都食過旺角分店,今次適逢同朋友慶祝生日,就過咗嚟尖沙咀分店餐廳位於尖沙咀同佐敦中間,位置有少少偏僻,但其實附近係韓國食街好熱鬧。餐廳裝修都幾靚,仲有個Tiffany Blue嘅吧枱。首先上咗麵包,麵包外脆內軟海膽多士,上面件海膽好大件,食落都好鮮甜香草牛油烤龍蝦意粉,有半隻龍蝦,新鮮彈牙,意粉都算有咬口同掛汁,配上蕃茄醬,唯一覺得蕃茄醬同龍蝦有少少唔算太夾Iberia Pork Rack 賣相幾靚,豬扒煎至七成熟,溫度都算拿捏得幾好,裏面仲有微微粉紅色,豬扒厚切而且食落都嫩滑,旁邊仲有車厘茄蘆筍、蒜蓉、焗薯等等嘅配菜帶子海膽意大利飯,帶子大粒厚肉,海膽亦都鮮甜,配埋creamy嘅意大利飯一齊食成個配搭都幾鮮甜同幾襯甜品我哋就叫咗伯爵茶熱情果朱古力榛子脆,加咗榛子脆同朱古力粒粒食落都幾有口感,朱古力同伯爵茶都幾襯,不過個人覺得熱情果唔算太融合到落個蛋糕嘅味。烏龍茶青蘋果慕絲蛋糕個樣好得意,真係一個青蘋果形狀食到淡淡嘅烏龍茶加青蘋果味,裏面仲有少少用蘋果做嘅餡料,層次唔錯同幾refreshing。適逢朋友生日叫佢準備埋生日祝福喺甜品上面,decor同啲字寫得超靚,而且側邊仲放咗用沙做嘅
