今晚分別叫了 full body 的 Tonillieres Red Wine HK 138, half body 的 , 對於有機紅酒給我很大的印象,藉此著筆敘述一下我的感覺。
Half body-Edquilibre Red Wine HK 108
生長在法國高山地區的萄葡萄,由於天氣較乾水分較少,葡萄長得並不肥滿,糖份不多,故帶明顯的果酸味,就是較偏向 dry 的感覺。

Full body- Tonillieres Red Wine HK 138
很少有機的紅酒可以嘗到濃厚的果味的body,也許法國釀酒的技術就是有這種本事, 選擇較熟成的葡萄,質感較厚而實在,輕嘗已很滿足。我較喜歡 full body 的 ,而且有機,很值得嘗試。

賣相非常討好, 無需什麼 "幾成熟" 都已計算到最準確的熟成度了! 吃了一口牛肉 ,其柔軟程度如和牛, 卻沒有和牛的油脂感 , 用了帶甜的醬汁慢煮 , yummy !

美國平均每130人就會有一人患有麩質過敏的問題,這是一種自體免疫疾病,
患有這種病的朋友,對任何的麥類也會出現不良的反應,
加上白米飯經過多重的加工,也不是最直接健康的選擇,Gluten Free 相對來說健康多了~
以露荀,洋蔥,Cauliflower等炒藜麥,口感比較濕潤,味道酸酸甜甜,非常開胃,
吃著會咬到露荀粒,整個感覺好Refresh !
藜麥煮的時候加了少少黑椒調味,感覺更加突出有層次!

The zucchini pasta with mushroom, green peas and onion is an excellent vegetarian dish, which comes with soup + dessert in the set lunch @ $128. The pasta was al dente, the sauce was just salty and creamy enough to add complexity to this supposingly simple dish. Overall I would highly recommend this restaurant for both meat lovers and vegetarians. Make sure to try their lunch menu for more valued deals.

好好好味!久仰大名好耐!妹妹一早同我講過呢個crab dip 有幾好味!超多蟹肉,但只有六片多士,所以每塊多士都有勁多蟹肉,蟹肉既鮮+松露既香+脆多士=超好味!
後來仲有蟹剩,成功爭取加左多士比我地yeah!
雖然唔算平,但都好值得推薦!!!

Pro's
* The short rib was tasty (but not the best I've ever had, and hardly justifying it's price tag)
* The staff were friendly
* The toast I later made at home (since I was still hungry) was nice

Con's
* 10+ minute wait for drinks to be served
* each course had to be checked to see where it had gone to (despite being very patient..)
* Suffers from CPS (Cold Plate Syndrome), why can't restaurants figure out they should serve hot food on hot (or at least not frozen) plates?
* soup (which was chased a couple of times) came at the _end_ of the meal (what the hell?)
* tiny servings, including one sad slice of baguette to accompany the soup

I wouldn't recommend anyone, apart from people who appreciate long waits, out of sequence food and cold plates.

Tofu Salad: Tofu was quite nice given its pan fried. The salad however was just so so - it was actually with a japanese sesame dressing, and i thought it would be something more sophisticated. but overall speaking its not bad, given you can hardly go wrong with japanese sesame dressing right? (i guess this is the reason why they are using so much jap sesame dressing in most of the dishes.)

Oolong tea soba: surprisingly, i thought its hot, but its a cold (its still nice though) - that said, what surprised me more was they use japanese sesame dressing again!! it certainly taste good because i like the dressing however, this is really not what i expected and felt like there is not much "heart" in preparing the food. The soba came with some mushrooms also, yet there is no oolong tea taste at all, as it was all covered by the sesame dressing already.

Lemongrass chicken wrap: the salad that is on the side - its with sesame dressing again!!! oh well....the lemongrass chicken wrap itself was alright, it felt a bit too soggy though and the wrap is too soft as a result also. Lemongrass was quite interesting combination and unique, but when the idea is good, i definitely think they can do a better job.

Poached egg with truffles: probably the best dishes that we had. Both salmon and bacon were nice with the truffle. For the portion its quite expensive though (around $30 each for an egg). 

Gojiberry/coconut water juice: Quite nice as I love coconut water. 

Overall quite disappointed to be honest, but i guess Locofama what they are selling is the "organic food" concept rather than the food itself or the technique. There is just one thing that made us decided will not go back again - our poached eggs actually arrived quite late (after we ordered like an hour, and had some dishes already, they were yet to arrive).

So we asked the Filipino lady and she actually told us the egg needed 20 minutes to cook - but it was not written on the menu nor when she took our order she remind us of the waiting time. To be honest 20 minutes wait is okay but you gotta let us know, and by the time we asked her it was way beyond 20 minutes already. And she gave me an impression that she was not very helpful and not very happy when I asked...(we had finished 2 dishes and just sat there waiting for over 15 mins already...when other tables that came after us already gotten their pasta). In any case, the egg did came after 10 more minutes, but they gave us two salmon instead of one bacon and one salmon, so we ended up wait another 10 mins again for the replacement... (but i am really curious why a poached eggs need over 30 mins to cook? I would be interesting to read more from their menu or it would be nice if the waitress could explain a bit more of their special cooking next time..if we ever go again)

All in all, we ended up spent more than $400 for mediocre food, while environment is nice, I doubt if I will want to go back again. if you want organic or healthy food, perhaps Mana or Grassroot pantry (which is right across Locofama) will be a better choice for you - at least the staff are much more friendly

Nothing ornate to overwhelm customers, but enough decor to make you feel welcomed for a nice dine in.

My friend and I weren't super hungry, so we opted for a light meal, ordering only a juice each and shared a salad and pasta.

Loved both dishes. The salad had a nice combination of textures with a light salad dressing on top. I very much enjoyed the sundried tomataos incorporated in there.

The pasta won my heart. Such simple ingredients but cooked to perfection! A very clean dish with pasta and poached egg cooked just right. Perhaps in the future the spinach could be more finely choped to mix better with the pasta in so that each bite has a good mix of all the ingredients in it. 

We would've loved to try the famous slow cooked rib, oolong pasta and many other smaller dishes, but we just didnt have space in our stomach! O well, it just means that we'll have to come back again next time

中上環“連綿”至西環一帶一向是週末大歎陽光與香氣的好去處,西環一帶有甩不掉的老香港古風,卻絕不是頑固不化,西方文化不但融入到每個角落,更將原本有些“殘舊”的地區進化出一番別有風味的Hea味。Locofama 便是其中一間,蝸居在巷尾,不緊不慢,與豆苗居做了對門鄰居。餐廳以淺色且極為簡單的木質為主,配以黑色鋼質勾勒出宜動宜靜的空間,大面積的落地窗在陽光充足的週末中午,讓自然陽光延伸到室內,餐廳空間不算小,門口的長台好似圖書館里的閱讀桌,抬高的就餐部份則以2-4人桌為主,空間稍顯緊蹙,面向窗外的高坐則好是兩人世界的最佳位置。別以為餐廳如此“裝扮”便是走清新風,其實整個就餐時間里不停播放的音樂則是十足的爵士動感。

置身于這樣的環境,捧上一樽“化學藥劑”般的新鮮果蔬汁,似乎是週末toxic-out 的最佳方式,Colombian Altitude 適合女生,入口不覺鮮榨蔬果汁的過度腥味,口感較甜也較薄,很清新的感覺;綠色的那杯不用擔心喝了會變成綠舌頭,口感稍厚些,口味里有一股清草的香氣,甜度較低;最末一杯則較為大眾化些,有些似桂圓茶的感覺,較為溫潤。

主打創新東南亞菜的Locofama 以各種有機食材為主,多款以東南亞醬汁調製的沙律絕對不能錯過。簡簡單單的檸檬草籽與沙律菜有了惹味的紅色甜醬,咸香的芝士碎與適量的橄欖油,吃起來一點不覺乾巴巴,油潤程度也恰好,相當開胃;一道以各式菌菇類為主的沙律配上沙律菜,爽脆程度不斷升級,略微的蒜香汁抵消純蔬菜的腥草味,又帶出些菇類的風味;類似日式煎豆腐的處理方法,幾塊豆腐吃起來稍脆口而香氣濃郁,裏面則是滑嫩無比的嫩豆腐,點上些麻醬來吃,微微酸而麻香十足,讓人停不了口。

碧綠色的巴西橄欖油透著純淨的草綠色光澤將半熟的蛋白隔開兩層,一點點粉嫩色的Bacon 或是挪威煙三文魚碎,再來點烏黑色的黑松露醬,整碟看上去好似一幅燻染的水墨畫,沒有尖刻的線條,所有顏色自然融合在一起。配上的多士微焦,口感較軟,若是換上極為脆口的版本更好;鮮嫩的蛋黃混著滑嫩的蛋白吃起來是濃郁的蛋香,口感純淨滑溜中帶著微微透明膠質的粘口;Bacon 則表現出色,煙燻的香氣“突圍而出”,松露與煙三文魚的咸香與香濃似乎稍有遜色。

感覺又是一道fusion dish,烤出來的嫩翠玉瓜吃起來軟熟而多汁,撒上少少黑椒增加些許風味;薄而細軟的薄餅包住滑嫩的雞肉,重點當然落在檸檬草/香茅上,只需小小便好似讓人置身于陽光沙灘的東南亞海灘上,清新無比。

慢煮的牛肉似乎已經不是新鮮事,這一道顯得有些“精貴”,粉嫩色的牛肉與幾近透明的油脂相間,軟嫩是不出意料的,還帶有慢煮所保有的多汁與彈性,但似乎燒汁需要稍稍改進一些,整體口味偏淡了些,另外這一道猶如“齒間清風”的牛肉,大致估計男士會不太滿足~

新鮮炸起的有機土豆片,口感疏鬆而薄脆,一點不油歷歷,也不見得有過多複雜的調味,吃起來是淡淡的土豆香氣;泰式造法的特質湯汁將慢慢一碗扇貝“仔”填的滿滿的,以青檸、甜椒等其他調料配製的湯汁,腌製生冷鮮活的扇貝肉,肉質鬆軟到若有若無,吸滿了湯汁的酸、甜與辣味,惹味又沁涼無比。

甜品是紫薯與豆漿口味的自家制雪糕,雪糕質感稍稠,但相當幼滑,入口讓人滿足;紫薯味較豆漿來的更香,而兩者的口味絕對不負其名,原汁原味表現紫薯與豆漿味的同時讓人一點不覺得滯。
餐廳背後的小空間,是倉庫,是有機食品超市,也是小小規模的沙龍,供各位“健康使者”享受一個週末的閒適。兩隻“巨大”的金毛獵犬則是店裡不可少的風景線。
