個人認為熔岩芝士味道相比巴馬臣芝士無咁濃烈,帶幾分咸香但唔會好咸,被燒🔥過既地方帶點灸燒味頗惹味;質地綿密而柔滑,冷卻後口感變得煙韌同樣吸引😋

另外想講下呢度既炒飯底係用珍珠米,飯粒飽滿幾有口感,飯底唔會過濕或硬;而蕃茄汁就酸酸地可以中和返幾種芝士既濃味,食完呢餐亦無飽膩感;至於雞髀既肉質都幾嫩滑🤔

配料有辣肉醬、法蘭克福腸、蕃茄🍅、生菜🥬同日式麻醬;辣肉醬微辣食落都幾開胃,只係唔明點解呢度既熱狗🌭️會落麻醬,因為辣肉醬味道比麻醬更突出,加埋麻醬反而令味道變得複雜;而且麻醬比較稀,一路食一路滴落黎💧😥
薯條🍟同沙律🥗就中規中矩,個人認為呢份熱狗餐既味道只屬一般,再幫襯都唔會encore🙅🏻‍♀️

由於小弟家住荃灣,而且又是身於無飯家庭,所以經常都在荃灣附近用膳解決三餐。其實小弟很久以前已經被一間餐廳的裝璜所吸引,但奈何於一直夾不到朋友時間相伴嘗試,而家中老人又不愛西餐不愛芝士,所以一直擱置嘗鮮。今天,一個芝士控的朋友走來荃灣探訪我,我當然二話不說就拉他到了這間餐廳解決午膳。朋友甫一見到裝璜也讚口不絕,而且很好幸地被分配到圖形卡位,十分闊落舒服。原個蕃茄濃湯安格斯肥牛肉烏冬,上桌後會有一個裝有原粒蕃茄的小鍋,下面跟一個爐底保持湯的熱量,蕃茄湯味道濃郁,配上安格斯肥牛真是一絕。另有一小壺湯可自行添加,十分體貼周到。溶岩芝士巨雞脾飯,雖然價錢只是$68,但雞脾十分巨型,份量十足!上桌後店員即場削下一層熱溶芝士在雞脾上,感覺更加Creamy。雞脾皮脆肉嫰,配上炒飯底十分滿足。最後要了兩杯特飲也是跟餐每杯加$10,性價比十分高。

因為仔仔特別鍾意食豬肋骨, 我仲叫左份燒焗美式豬肋骨配薯條,估唔到有水準喎,一刀切已經好易切開, 仔仔好易就成條揸住食,醬汁夠濃郁, 配上即炸粗薯條好滋味。

疫情希望快d 可以過,咁就可以約多幾個朋友一齊開餐,叫多幾款美食嘆。

🧀熔岩芝士焗巨脾飯雞髀大得跨張。。。未食過咁大隻。。侍應親自拎住Milledome Raclette 法國芝士,然後係我眼前刮啲成板芝士落個飯到,好壯觀‼️佢啲芝士吾會好鹹,加上蕃茄汁,相輔相成~🧀石燒肉眼扒配薯菜佢有黑椒同燒汁比你揀。個人認為本身肉眼已經好夠味,無需再點汁😋 中間保持著粉紅嫰滑,不會乾巴巴。可改善:係口中嘴嚼時,就仲有少少肉的纖維,少少難咬🤭🤭🧀炸香草雞翼超好食😋外皮吾會太多麵粉,係非常酥脆。啖啖的香草味又吾蓋過雞肉嘅鮮美🍗🧀朱古力班尼配曲奇雪糕好精緻!除咗雪糕同埋朱古力兩位主角,仲配上粟米脆片同鮮果(椰果、菠蘿),超豐富。班尼有少少脆米,朱古力味濃郁🥳🧀白桃玫瑰花半愛玉啲啫喱幾得意😎好清新嘅白桃汁,玫瑰味可以再突出d😹🧀鮮榨呂宋芒果汁可能咁岩呢隻芒果唔夠甜,吾算好濃芒果味,奶味夠重,個人一般般~整體$70元食到一個午餐,仲要咁大份,真係好抵食。我應該會再去食😂
