最近好想食花膠,但自己又懶得整,經朋友介紹話旺角家樂斜對面有一間用花膠雞湯做湯底的火鍋店叫鮮入圍煮很不錯,所以今天和老公去試一下。一坐下來,立即點半隻花膠雞湯。先試一下湯底,湯味濃郁,質感比較濃厚而香滑,清香的雞湯味帶有少許花膠黏口感,味道鮮甜而沒有腥味。先夾一塊雞來吃,雞件大大件,肉質有彈性,沒有雪藏味,吃下去的都是鮮雞味。花膠很厚,咬下去很有質感,而且份量很足,非常之真材實料。如果要在家自己做到同等的質素,HKD268 一定不可以。整個湯的雞和花膠吃完,我感覺開始有點飽,還擔心剛剛點的火鍋配料會吃不下。其他的火鍋配料也不錯,有幾款非常有特色。牛胸油,即是牛的脂肪,薄薄的一片,吃下去一點都不覺得油膩,很爽脆,而且口感獨特,不過這個不能煮太久, 1分鐘左右就可以。芝士流心牛丸,芝士味濃郁,流心香滑,牛丸彈牙,但要煮完要放1分鐘後和慢慢咬下去,否則牛丸內的芝士會爆出來。

其他的火鍋配料也不錯,有幾款非常有特色。
牛胸油,即是牛的脂肪,薄薄的一片,吃下去一點都不覺得油膩,很爽脆,而且口感獨特,不過這個不能煮太久, 1分鐘左右就可以。

現場好似身處喺懷舊街市之中,喺呢度打邊爐,好有特色,另外呢度仲設有好似街市咁嘅海鮮檔,可以打邊爐之餘仲食到新鮮海鮮食材。街市漁市場特色芫荽皮蛋湯底,滿滿的芫荽早前食過呢度最出名嘅花膠湯底,好足料好補身🥰而今次就試吓其他湯底,芫荽皮蛋湯,食正左依家芫荽嘅潮流,個人都幾鍾意芫荽嘅口味,入邊仲有啲皮蛋,而湯底係奶白色嘅,飲落好清甜。全部材料份量都幾多炸響鈴(豆皮)炸響鈴,口感唔錯,比一般出面食到嘅厚身,而且唔油膩,輕輕一滾,再吸收醬汁嘅精華,好好味。新鮮鵝腸好爽口,咬落好有口感,而且入面仲有少少膏,好有油脂香,味道好香口。鱔片肉質滑嫩,口感爽脆,味道鮮甜,完全無腥味。西班牙午餐肉午餐肉厚切好正,極具咬口,而且瘦肉比例較多,好入味,而且西班牙午餐肉比起其他地方出產嘅午餐肉健康。

真材實料打邊爐最近來了這裏打邊爐,食物非常有驚喜。我們點了:濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯 : 湯底非常清甜濃厚。花膠熬得軟稔,膠原精華令到湯非常濃稠,有張口的感覺。雞也熬了很久,湯底充滿雞味,而且只點了小鍋,份量也很多。吃過花膠雞湯之後,會再加入雞湯打邊爐。白鱔片 :新鮮,魚肉有彈性,不鬆散。 湯底非常濃稠,打邊爐的配料都不需要點醬油,就這樣吃已經很夠味。韭菜餃 : 韭菜新鮮,餃子皮薄,但是煮熟後也不容易爛掉,不錯。這裏的食物都很優質,服務非常周到,推薦。

濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯 : 湯底非常清甜濃厚。花膠熬得軟稔,膠原精華令到湯非常濃稠,有張口的感覺。雞也熬了很久,湯底充滿雞味,而且只點了小鍋,份量也很多。

天氣開始轉涼,便有吃火鍋的衝動,立刻相約好友,在旺角鬧市中搜尋到這地道火鍋,鮮入圍煮!地方寬敞,坐得舒適,先自行調配醬料,就準備開始火鍋之旅。餐廳別出心裁,把街市元素跟火鍋混合起來,可以選擇新鮮海鮮,即叫即食,十分有心思。湯底來了,選了小的原隻雞煲花膠湯。眼看已經知到湯底有夠濃郁,真材實料,原隻鮮雞加大大隻花膠。有專人幫助剪雞,食得方便。由於湯底太濃郁,未開始已經忍不住喝了兩碗。配料方面點了西班牙豬楠片,新鮮切起,嫩口又有肉味,配上這湯底簡直一流。還有芝士流心牛丸,看似跟普通牛丸一樣。原來滿滿芝士整裝待發,一咬驚人,很有驚喜。響鈴當然不能缺少,尤其配上這滋補雞湯,把精華吸乾再帶入口腔,回味無窮。皇帝菜份量多又新鮮,一解火鍋油膩。
