一客雞泡魚乾,一客芝士焗薯皮,味道五錯👍🏼
人齊第一時間坐底叫野食🙌🏼 打住食飛驒牛既旗號黎
諗都五諗就揀左最貴個個黎食☺️ 睇真d見到有另一set平d ge
問左d 員工有咩分別,原來最貴個個係會有大廚serve你
幫你煮埋🙌🏼 食靚牛緊係搵專家煮啦😝 
不過食和牛之前,有d頭盤食下,刺身個樣望落都好新鮮🍣
望埋d會見到有一層油脂形成既反光面,甲起上的黎軟棉棉
連五食魚生既我都忍五住放入口,口感一口即溶,有一陣濃郁既魚香同甜味浮出黎🐟🐟
額外叫左一客龍蝦刺身,黎到擺上枱佢仲識郁就知佢新鮮啦🦐
有個黑松露蒸蛋又係不得之了🍨 蒸蛋蒸魚得岩岩好,口感滑溜熱辣辣
加上香濃既黑松露既獨特口味,令本黎平凡既菜式變到高貴既感覺✨

終於上到飛驒牛喇🥩 一黎到又係有九公格擺得靚靚啦✨✨
講真燒起上黎真係分五到食左邊個位,不過簡單可以由幾個角度去分到
1, 肉味 2, 油膩感 3,軟硬程度 4,厚度
好好食就已經係基本啦,水平已經係日本既質素,一口即溶個d都五在話下
有大廚服侍又有另一個感覺,單係呢到已經值8.5分

其實食到呢到已經好食到識飛😇 但接落黎個幾度和牛,
真係可以好食到飛出宇宙💥 顛覆你對和牛既感覺🔥
食和牛平時就咁燒,點小小salt已經好好食
但佢呢到就五同,有兩客和牛燒肉,即使係食完好耐都仲好深刻
好似係你個口入面放煙花🎆落雨之後見到彩虹🌈

其中一款係餐廳用秘制醬汁醃製既和牛🐄 廚師用鐵板快燒4,5s🔥 
和牛仲係有小小粉紅色既時候就放入口🤤 濃郁既醬汁又五蓋過和牛既肉味🍖
一咬入口,成口都比濃濃既肉汁充滿哂成個口💦
真係五捨得吞落口😫 本黎已經覺得呢個好好食架啦
已經升左上天堂🧚🏻‍♂️ 食埋下一味我都五知去左邊了

廚師用壽喜燒既煮法,先燒熱左壽喜燒既醬汁🔥 再快速燒好和牛
和牛燒好了後,就淋上壽喜燒既醬汁,再加上一隻農場雞蛋🥚
同埋一片片既黑松露🌰 之後一淡過放入口💥💥
由於好食到五知點形容,你真係要自己試過先知
雞蛋既滑,黑松露既香,壽喜燒既甜,和牛既肉味
再貴都值得😭 老實係hk真係好難食得到咁既水平☺️

最後仲有甜蜜既蜜瓜🍈 同一個拉面,全部都係日本水平
呢個價錢食呢d食物,真係超值👍🏼✨

好似話一隻牛得好少部份,所以好矜貴

叫$15xx 個set 有埋大廚嚟幫你燒,都幾得意,其實一個set 兩個人食都夠,每人一千多元,其實呢個質素,咁既價錢,都幾值,友人跟我一致通過,會再黎食

假期又要搵好野食,朋友食過話呢間好食特登黎試,唔知間野係咪新開,好似無乜人,咁仲好無咁迫因為之前食左tea,所以只係叫左一個set,另外再叫啲菜,同埋第一次食我地無叫最貴,叫左第二貴嘅飛驒牛set有餐前酒,前菜同刺身,全部都好精緻,食材新鮮。紙火鍋係海鮮,底下有大大塊魚肉,個湯好甜,我地成個飲晒呀!和牛軍艦就俾個海膽搶左fo,不過個牛真係好淋同滑。茶碗蒸有驚喜,上面有啲鵝肝醬,真係香好多同野味呀!另外點嘅大葱同南瓜都好新鮮好甜。終於主角出場喇!真係好靚呀~全部都雪花,兩邊輕輕燒下就食得喇!軟綿綿入口即溶,又夠牛味,真係好幸福呀~最後揀左幾特別嘅芝士火鍋,佢隻芝士係酸酸地,唔會膩,啲包包又軟軟的,好好食最最最最後嘅蜜瓜都好甜呀!不過無北海道果啲咁正,車厘子麻麻無乜味。呢餐飯,我淨係識好甜呀!好鮮呀!好淋呀!我真係形容唔到果種好味。

以前一直都有去伊呂波食Lunch , 大件夾抵食,自從轉手後變成「肉料理廣」貴好多,高檔餐廳食個Lunch $300, 其實已經調整了一次,最初轉型Lunch $400以下,實在一般打工仔只可以一個月食一次,最近心思思去第二次發覺平了,$190~$290大盛り肉定食,滿足到喜歡吃燒肉的我!前菜最基本的日式泡菜/芽菜/菠菜,肉可選擇焼汁或塩味,我喜歡焼汁味加上日本飯及麵鼓湯!加上生菜包住焼肉食,好健康,不可缺少豆腐海帶味噌湯,味道同日本一樣!我至喜愛的日式燒肉店

來到電梯大堂看到伊呂波沒有了,看到水牌是這家「廣」,查了一下看到一篇食評本來想打退堂鼓,但也想不到去哪裡好就試一下了。幸好沒有換餐廳。因為這一次晚飯我們吃得十分十分滿意!一場來到一定要吃和牛啦,選了這個套餐真心的每一道菜也是非常好看和好吃!我一般不寫食評因此頭幾道菜也沒拍照,但發現如果我覺得好吃也不寫食評那麼這間好餐廳就被埋沒了,因此在蒸物開始才拍照片。鵝肝蒸蛋~100分好吃,香和嫩肉真的很好,看到照片我也不用怎麼講了。點的醬汁比較特別的是醬油豆腐;而飯是新鮮煮的釜飯,亮晶晶的呢!甜品我們會再來的!希望大家也可以試試,不要只看多少like了
