🍲「冬蔭公 Cappuccino」 - 非常有驚喜,上層真係成個Ccappuccino奶泡咁,冬蔭公湯就唔算太辣。

湯底揀咗cappuccino冬陰功,冬陰功香料好足,仲有大蝦同埋菇,濃濃嘅冬陰功味唔會太辣,好啱鍾意惹味嘅朋友。隔離同事試咗新湯底脆脆椰香三杯雞湯底,好香嘅椰汁味,我偷食咗佢面嘅脆脆,得意得嚟味道都非常好!


火鍋料都好吸引,今次牛肉有宮崎A5和牛同埋手切雪花牛,兩款牛各有各嘅好味。D和牛好靚仔,入口油脂感重,肉質柔軟。而手切雪花牛肉味濃得嚟,亦有牛脂味,真心好好好正!另外仲有雞、豬同羊。不得不提個三杯雞,佢酒味濃,雞肉又滑,超match同事嘅脆脆椰香三杯雞湯底。

只要睇過menu就明㗎啦!佢d 餃子同丸子好特別,顛覆普通人嘅想像,因為佢唔係普通嗰d韮菜餃呀、墨魚丸咁簡單!我哋自選餃子揀咗北京填鴨餃、滷肉冬菇餃同黑松露和牛餃,三款餃子都食到我哋再次嘩嘩聲!北京填鴨餃真係好似食緊北京填鴨咁;滷肉冬菇餃又真係濃濃嘅滷肉同冬菇味;黑松露和牛餃更加驚為天人,黑松露同和牛味都好濃,100分match!好食到好想問吓有冇得買一盒外賣返去比屋企人試

9. 原隻南瓜葡汁四蔬: 食咗好多肉,有碟菜balance 返。個賣相好有誠意(有d Halloween feel)
,個葡汁又match d菜。連d菜都正,無咩位好挑剔。

10. 黑松露牛肉韓鍋燒飯: 經理好好人,放上枱俾我哋影相之後先幫我哋分。個飯真係超讚黑松露味濃,d汁撈埋牛肉,好好好好食。

11. 生焗薑茶芝麻蓉湯圓: 最後甜品係湯圓,出乎意料的正!個茶好夠薑,冬天好暖身!大愛

今餐出奇地好食,無諗過聖誕食中餐都可以咁正!好有興趣再嚟美味廚食中菜,仲想試埋個火鍋,睇相佢d湯底好似勁正咁。

前肩肉部位就主要係食佢既肉味,同帶點筋位會有咬勁,但個外觀就唔會有好吸睛既雪花😣兩塊前肩肉都有成隻手掌既大細,口感較紮實有嚼勁,牛味更為濃郁🐄

白玉木耳亦係營養價值上凌駕於黑白木耳,質地較細緻點同飽滿,味道亦食唔出草青味👍🏼

本來店員推薦另一種更高價嘅竹笙,不過賣哂嘅關係就揀咗普通嘅竹笙,都非常唔錯🤩由其揀咗個好足料鮮甜嘅湯底,落竹笙索曬湯底,食得非常痛快🥰
