支竹炆海班$1300: 條魚有兩斤零重左右,家中釣魚高手話一定唔係游水魚,只係冰鮮貨色,食落又的確係冇乜鮮味同魚味,枝竹炆得唔夠淋,個汁亦冇乜味,部長仲話呢個係佢地招牌菜,真係無言

黑松露醬燒雞$500: 打開煲蓋係叫做有啲黑松露香味,但係只係流於表面,啲味根本就入唔到雞肉裏面,雞皮反而因為咁樣而焗到林晒,睇返圖就知啲雞肉都係白色冇入到味嘅,五百幾一隻雞實在不值

野菜蒸美國牛肋肉$476/雙例:其實只係將啲火鍋用嘅肥牛片擺喺塊椰菜上邊蒸熟佢,另外上一碟煮過嘅豉油俾你點黎食,毫無烹調技巧可言,一個雙份例牌只有大概20多片牛肉, 15個人一人兩塊都冇,牛肉切得都幾薄但係都算有牛味嘅

士多啤梨骨$108: 算係比較好食嘅一碟,士多啤梨汁酸甜開胃,排骨亦炸得夠脆

金粟釀福袋$38/件:另一搵笨之作,其實只係將現成粟米粒放入腐皮袋裏面再打過玻璃茨,一件只有湯匙左右大小,佢收呢個價錢應該大部份都係人工嚟嘅

鮑汁荷葉飯$398/12位用:飯粒偏濕,但味道都唔錯,有雞粒同少量瑤柱絲蝦粒

整體評價: 菜色欠佳 價格離地 地方舒適 服務有禮

中午和同事四岀揾食,同事推薦的美味廚吃午餐,聽説有湯有飯還有甜點,一於今天一試。原來晚上還有火鍋!值得一提,餐廳坐位舒適,私密度高,打工仔講是非的確一流!還有電視機,最適合電視迷!茗茶坐下來先來例湯,是日例湯是粉葛湯,不會充滿味精味道,老火湯來的。四個小菜咕嚕蝦球豉汁蒸魚魚算大條而且沒有腥味。腐竹上蔬清新的選擇。雲耳魚肚蒸雞雞肉夠入味且嫩滑,而且有淡淡麻油香氣。甜點 紫米露不算太甜,而且夠足料。吃完四小菜還有甜點,實在十分滿足。

見佢講到米之連好似好勁咁咁咪上去試下they asked whether we want hotpot, we said we want 小菜insteadit is not until when we order then we know there are many dishes needed to be book in advance.... but those are the dishes we most wanted to try! such a pityso we were forced to order some ordinary dishes....not as astonished as i expected.... it is VERY ORDINARY just like other chinese restaurants maybe i'd try their hotpot instead next time...but will not return in a short period of time due to the price

They have all different kinds of hotpot menu you can try! The meat and seafood are both seem fresh. The server didn’t speak any English so i had a hard time requesting things. You should try to fried Tofu! It’s the best hotpot menu I always have. It was satisfying!

與好友打算食餐好,於是相約到這裏米之蓮去享受一晚,我一直對牛的要求很高,亦心想米之蓮食府的牛也應該不會差吧。一進來,就有人熱情地接待,已經知道你的名字並帶你到你的位置,兩個人比安排坐在卡位,卡位很闊落,坐得很舒適,服務亦都非常周到,所有食物都會講解一番,亦會作出推介。不過在我來說,附上昂貴的價錢,除了是要有優質的服務外,食物的質素亦不能妥協,我這個火鍋狂,老實說,對於這類的食物真的覺得沒有什麼特別,班門弄斧一番,但牛的質素遠比其他火鍋店為差,除了牛味欠奉,口感亦欠缺,結果我們剩下一大碟的牛肉,太浪費。如果想坐得舒適的火鍋店,這無疑是一個選擇。但如果想食好的東西,真的不推薦。

一進來,就有人熱情地接待,已經知道你的名字並帶你到你的位置,兩個人比安排坐在卡位,卡位很闊落,坐得很舒適,服務亦都非常周到,所有食物都會講解一番,亦會作出推介。
不過在我來說,附上昂貴的價錢,除了是要有優質的服務外,食物的質素亦不能妥協,我這個火鍋狂,老實說,對於這類的食物真的覺得沒有什麼特別,班門弄斧一番,但牛的質素遠比其他火鍋店為差,除了牛味欠奉,口感亦欠缺,結果我們剩下一大碟的牛肉,太浪費。
如果想坐得舒適的火鍋店,這無疑是一個選擇。但如果想食好的東西,真的不推薦。

睇清楚張落單紙,原來依間餐廳係2017米豬蓮推介食府,會唔會因為咁而不斷加價?

原個南瓜葡汁焗四蔬個頭挺大,裡面有椰菜花、西蘭花,好像還有一些草菇。菜的軟硬適中,味道也及格,不算濃,不過底部的蔬菜沾不上醬汁會有點淡,南瓜也不算太甜。上桌時非常燙,新鮮烤起來的味道很香,還不錯吧~

現在很少地方會做陳皮蒸牛肉餅,應該是因為難度比豬肉餅更高,火候要拿捏得當,很容易變柴變老,很考功夫。他們的牛肉餅做得不錯,加了很多馬蹄,牛肉的口感也不老,不過略嫌陳皮香味不足,有點可惜。

南瓜芒果肉碎蒸蛋白感覺很適合夏天,配搭也很特別,便點來試一試。這道菜分為三層,底層是南瓜泥,中間是蒸蛋白,上面就是大家所見的肉碎芡汁及芒果粒。
這道菜不適合空口吃,口感太削,感覺有點像一盆醬汁,但因為很滑,配飯的感覺還是不錯的,但這配搭雖然特別,卻不突出,可能單純一點會更好吃。

豉油雞應該沒有人不喜歡吧? 不過他們的豉油味道太淡了! 雞雖然肉質不錯,卻入不了味,非常淡! 反而底部的粉皮味道很好,因為豉油不會咸,令他吸飽了豉油還是甜咸適中,不過其實這有點本末倒置了,我寧可雞的味道夠呢! 加上醬汁早被粉皮吸光,連想多沾點豉油配雞也有點難,感覺這道菜的設計不夠周詳呢。

我心目中的生炒骨是要又香又脆的,他們的算是很一般吧! 外皮不至於軟爛,不過一點也不能說脆。醬汁的部份有點太嗆太酸,甜味有點不足。整得說的是配料很多,令這道菜感覺上比較豐盛,不過整體來說是很普通的一道菜。

這裡的小菜算是不過不失,不過挺有新意,還是可以一試吧! 其實整體算是不錯,可是價錢上還是貴了點,不算划算。可能他們還是火鍋比較優秀,看他們的湯底也很吸引,下次還是來試他們的招牌火鍋好了!

朋友自遠方來,路過香港往中國打哥爾夫球, 打完波咁肚餓,搵地方醫肚,即預約了下場去美味廚打邊爐,房間整潔,服務員的態度真是經驗老到,我們頭頂冷氣機有滴水,他發現到 即刻處理 ,專業一流 ,食物水準新鮮惹味! 這裏私隱度亦十分高,除了食物質素一流外,其他條件亦非常出色 ,難怪很多明星與名人都當佢飯堂。
