Don't pay a visit unless you would like to get any MSG allergies. From the soup, dumplings to any fish and seafood balls, everything has additives. 我今天經OpenRice訂了12:45,我準時到達餐廳並於12:50落了單,但我一直等到1:15見鄰枱比我遲落單嘅食客嘅餸菜已經上咗枱,我就詢問店員為何我已落單25分鐘還未有餸菜上枱,他解釋因為做錯所以先會這樣快,過了2分鐘,我又見輪台上第二碟菜,當時已經1:20了我在詢問店員為何我們還未有餸菜,他答到因為今日大枱嘅人多,所以先做他們我哋要再等等,我表示我們的午飯時間可否跟進一下?他離開後並沒有回來解答我們的疑問,直至1:30餸菜還沒有上枱,我們實在感覺不被尊重及不悅,所以離開這餐廳。接着1: 50分餐廳的經理WhatsApp我道歉,但我發現他自己私自取消了我的訂位,實際上我有到達該餐廳但得不到應有嘅招待。這次光顧嘅感覺是不被尊重及對待顧客嘅態度甚敷衍及惡劣

親戚成日去呢間美味廚打邊爐,近佢屋企又幾好食,見我未去過就於是乎帶埋我去食。餐廳有兩層,5樓係大廳,6樓係vip房。餐牌上既食物款式非常之多,淨係餃類都有成差唔多十款,我平時打邊爐鐘意食既野都有齊哂。本地牛頸脊同日本黑豚梅肉係必點,牛頸脊油脂分布平均,接近入口即溶既狀態,而日本黑豚梅肉就非常嫩滑,而且有濃香豬肉味。丸類叫左魚蛋同牛丸,魚蛋爽口彈牙,亦有陣陣既魚香味,但牛丸肉質就死實實,相差好遠。而餃類就都唔太推薦,因為啲皮實在太厚。

試了牛肋肉蘿蔔湯底, 正到!個牛肋肉超級炆得好淋勁正牛味, 直情可以媲美最好食的港式或廣東省式清湯腩! 不過我食打邊爐有自己一套, 明知道牛肋肉已經先煮過一次?再開個火頭最多只可以調教至最低 P1 to P2 火喉, below Simmering, 當佢係慢煮定係 reheat 又好先至係最好食法窗框!

❣️重點推薦,日本佐賀A5肉眼和牛、澳洲龍蝦刺身、蟶子,和牛肉質很靚入口即溶,澳洲龍蝦刺身超鮮甜!點豉油芥末簡直一流,蟶子大大隻很鮮甜。

三杯雞肉丸、酸菜胡椒白肉丸、沙茶醬蚵仔釀牛丸,3款丸都很美味,肉質彈牙而且鮮甜。
