午餐吃小炒,一個set lunch ,有湯、飯、小炒和糖水。份量都唔少,一個女仔食唔哂。因為幾個女仔想傾計,所以來呢度食。貪佢d位闊落,坐得舒服,可以慢慢傾。每次都食士多啤利生炒骨,因為真係幾好味,火喉夠,士多啤利唔會林,鐘意佢酸酸"美美",易送飯。佢地個炒桂花素翅都唔錯,用蛋和素翅炒,清清地,素翅爽口,加蛋炒,又幾夾,味道不錯。再加一個什菜煲,什菜煲 ok 啦,無乜特別。Lunch 都幾多人,訂檯會好d。

今天一行20人聚餐由我選點,我訂咗美味廚間房打邊爐,因人多口味多,所以選擇咗1人1鍋>滿足晒每位口味^^最值得讚是有款海中蝦係拆晒殼,啖啖肉,好爽、好甜、好味 另個隻泡菜餃真係一試難忘,好好食 及當日天氣都幾潮濕,佢哋竟然有部抽濕機放係房到,真細心^^每個friend都食得好開心^^

At first they told us we were out of luck, but as we were leaving they said they'd found something for us-- a private room one floor up.As another reviewer mentioned, at the table were 1,000 year eggs, and no they are not free. As another reviewer mentioned, at the table were 1,000 year eggs, and no they are not free. (I think they said $9 each). We decided to have one each, so the visitor could try them and so that he wouldn't be stuck by himself eating it. I thought these were worse than usual-- quite gummy and foul tasting. Of course, I don't know what counts as 'good' for these things. Rating: ???

For dipping sauce I go pretty simple: some garlic, some spring onion, and lots of chilis. This stuff is mostly superfluous, because they hot pot broth has enough flavor. Still... difficult to resist a pile of chilis.

Rainbow cuttlefish balls are a must. What makes them rainbow? I don't know. Once cooked up, these are a very nice texture, very good flavor, not too fishy. The texture is a big thing with me, as I'm not a very big X-ball person unless the balls have good texture-- they aren't rubbery or mushy or spongy or whatever.

There's an assorted vegetable platter for $98. It doesn't say on the menu what you get, but we got corn, cabbage, two kinds of mushrooms (enoki and cremini), and some greens. I'm not a big vegetable-in-my-hotpot kinda person, but hey, they're good for you.

We got three plates of meat: lamb, fatty beef, and pork. There's nothing really special to report here. I liked them all, and they were attractively presented.

It's difficult to rate hot pots; how the food turns out is highly dependent on you-- which broth you pick, what you pick to put in it, how you fancy up your soy sauce, and how you cook your food. For me, fried tofu, cuttlefish balls, and dumplings in the Sichuan broth is exactly what I'm looking for. What I like about Megan's is the range, variety, and quality of the things on the menu. There's enough new fusion things and enough staples that you can have a fun and satisfying meal every time.

一行12人包房打邊爐.上6樓vip房,環境舒一服,有獨立洗手間,電視,sofa.幾好!原本想與朋友好好enjoy一晚,但餐廳有很多陷阱,真要切記小心!食物方面,有特色,特別係不同種類既餃子,比其他一般打邊爐地方顯出創意,但份量及質量一般,係灣仔區中上價錢.如果要抵食,有質數的話,這間上樓鋪,非我選擇.因為當結帳就會發現,茶位,冇問就有既皮蛋薑+青瓜,醬油,每樣計,但還可接受.不過,bonaxxx礦泉水,lee度就要18蚊一支.仲有態度差,自把自為既服務員,收茶位,但唔會提點客人.又未經客人同意,食食下嘢熄燈送上蛋糕.似趕客走,多過誠意.最後埋單60xx蚊,白單清楚列明每項,但簽卡送上78xx蚊單,细细張,夾埋一齊俾我簽.好彩我一向细心睇清楚先埋單.但數字上差距太大,收銀員,服務員都可以留意唔到,又唔道歉.不值得再嚟.

一行12人包房打邊爐.上6樓vip房,環境舒一服,有獨立洗手間,電視,sofa.幾好!原本想與朋友好好enjoy一晚,但餐廳有很多陷阱,真要切記小心!食物方面,有特色,特別係不同種類既餃子,比其他一般打邊爐地方顯出創意,但份量及質量一般,係灣仔區中上價錢.如果要抵食,有質數的話,這間上樓鋪,非我選擇.因為當結帳就會發現,茶位,冇問就有既皮蛋薑+青瓜,醬油,每樣計,但還可接受.不過,bonaxxx礦泉水,lee度就要18蚊一支.仲有態度差,自把自為既服務員,收茶位,但唔會提點客人.又未經客人同意,食食下嘢熄燈送上蛋糕.似趕客走,多過誠意.最後埋單60xx蚊,白單清楚列明每項,但簽卡送上78xx蚊單,细细張,夾埋一齊俾我簽.好彩我一向细心睇清楚先埋單.但數字上差距太大,收銀員,服務員都可以留意唔到,又唔道歉.不值得再嚟.

凍凍地又係邊爐時間 有幾個月冇打邊爐lou,一打邊爐即唸起美味廚,我覺得最好味都係佢哋D湯底同埋獨家自制D丸餃,佢哋新出嗰個咸豬手加埋黑豚肉既丸好好味,皆因我覺得淨咸豬手很定會好咸 但加埋黑豚肉落去就有個種叫"Balance"好夾好好味^^配上我至愛既冬陰功,簡至係絕配

睇openrice 食評同相片都吸引,諗住同老公慶生日,點知被騙食到週身唔自在,因為叫得少同唔係食貴野,比人白眼咁,都唔係食評所講物有所值,價錢貴都唔好呃得咁離譜丫,扣埋100蚊coupon都仲要比650,搶錢又貴又細碟,最慘唔係想像中咁特別,係咁sell人要細海鮮並盤,成5舊水,如果想食得飽,我諗一人無500都落唔到樓,如果比得咁既價唔洗上灣仔樓上店啦

Make reservations for a big room. This place is good for a group of 10-12 people to gather around in a private room and enjoy a hotpot meal. I am not usually a big fan of hotpots, but this is probably one of the only hotpot places that I like in Hong Kong. Make reservations for a big room. This place is good for a group of 10-12 people to gather around in a private room and enjoy a hotpot meal. I am not usually a big fan of hotpots, but this is probably one of the only hotpot places that I like in Hong Kong. You get to have your own hotpot, which I like because it's sanitary and you don't have to eat other people's saliva, and you get to choose your own broth which is good for people who like different things.

Anyway, the quality of meat is not that great, but is edible and I don't mind it. Their truffle beef dumpling/wonton's are good, they have a variety of dishes for everyone to pick and choose. And it helps to have a big group of people so you can try different dishes. They also have a good wagyu beef with truffle fried rice.

You can pick and choose your own sauces, which I also think is good. I usually don't like Chinese hotpots because of the sauce, I typically like Japanese shabu shabu better because I like their ponzu sauce, but I guess I grew accustomed to the Chinese sauce as long as I add enough garlic and onions to add flavor to it.

Anyway, get a room reservation so you can be as loud as you want and enjoy your meal without complaints from your neighboring foodies.
