朋友自遠方來,路過香港往中國打哥爾夫球, 打完波咁肚餓,搵地方醫肚,即預約了下場去美味廚打邊爐,房間整潔,服務員的態度真是經驗老到,我們頭頂冷氣機有滴水,他發現到 即刻處理 ,專業一流 ,食物水準新鮮惹味! 這裏私隱度亦十分高,除了食物質素一流外,其他條件亦非常出色 ,難怪很多明星與名人都當佢飯堂。

All the other reviews are about hot pot but they serve cooked food too. Everything we ordered was delicious and not too expensive. The 'soufflé' dishes are worth a try. The tables here are big and plenty, suitable for large group dining. Nice service too and English menu is available.

    Went there last night with friends from Thailand wanted to eat local hotpot! The local beef was night but portion a little small for the price! They also have some creative dumping like truffle and Kim Chee wonton, personally I like the Kimchee one! We order 1/2 satay and 1/2 胡椒豬肚 soup base ！胡椒豬肚 soup base was good but the satay is quite tasteless! 蝦餃炸兩 is very good!

    the food were fresh and delicious. We had beef slices, fresh and fat/lean portion was balance. Seafood platter, all good quality ingredients. The octopus balls had good texture. waygu beef balls were okay, nothing special though. We had the tomato crab soufulle which was also a pleasant goof choice to balance the taste of food .

        今日同朋友約左美味廚打邊爐, 之前都有聽過人講哩間打邊爐ok, 所以都冇意見.黎到就有碟生姜皮蛋, 我好鍾意食皮蛋, 所以都唔介意佢charge之後揀左蜆肉同沙嗲湯底, 佢既湯底最平$90 最貴好似150. 咩tirumisu 湯底我就冇乜興趣試啦.原本諗住叫和牛, 不過$3xx 得4片, 唔夠分喎, 所以叫返普通牛, 都係3xx 不過一大碟.之後我地都係叫返平時打邊爐o個d 菜, 生根, 蟹柳, 芝士腸, 粟米, 等等.特別d 既好似蝦丸同墨魚滑好彈牙都好好味, 特別係個墨魚滑, 仲有一粒粒墨魚粒, 不過一份丸都要成$150另外d 餃都幾得意, 我諗d 咸係佢地自創, 不過有d 我就覺得唔係好match.埋單每人over $400, 不過我就覺得以哩個水準唔係好值, 而且我地亦都唔係叫好多特別野, 好多都係現成買返黎都收咁貴.

            因著外國同事的到訪，專誠帶她吃火鍋，感受一下香港的獨特之處：夏天吃火鍋。在眾多的食物當中，有四款是特別喜歡的。芝心丸：肉質很好，夠彈牙，肉味佳。而溶化了的芝士更是一絶。豬頸肉：很易入口，很爽甜。黑松露豬肉餃：很矜貴，松露味十分之香，很令人回味。鮑魚：夠新鮮，無話可說，就是鮮甜。熱葷之外，也有兩款特別美味的甜品。這個芒果椰子雪條最特別的地方是鮮製的，日日清。因此有吃得出的鮮甜，是其它濫製的雪條不能比擬的。在火鍋店內能夠吃到雪條已是新奇，這裏更有趣的是有芝士蛋糕，而這芝士蛋糕也絶不求奇，甜度剛好，軟軟的上層與脆底配合的很好。是這一餐很好的收結。

             在火鍋店內能夠吃到雪條已是新奇，這裏更有趣的是有芝士蛋糕，而這芝士蛋糕也絶不求奇，甜度剛好，軟軟的上層與脆底配合的很好。是這一餐很好的收結。

              公司阿頭請食飯, 當然唔可以求其搵個地方啦有識食同事介紹美味廚. 其實之前食過, 不過好多年前啦.今次巴閉呀, 包左間房, 有專人服侍. 點菜時都有專人幫忙介紹. 不過就好hard sell 條魚囉. 我地都點左D海鮮, 有象拔蚌,聖子同蝦, 不過專人好想我地食魚. 問晒我地咁多個要唔要叫條魚. 今次無影太多相, 話晒都係同阿頭食飯, 唔想太大鄉里咁.湯底. 超誇張, 每鍋三拼第一鍋: 牛尾+沙嗲+蘋果雪耳湯第二鍋: Cappuccino 冬陰公+麻辣+海蜆湯象拔蚌刺身 - 份量唔多 (有兩碟依個size), 新鮮, 有D貴 聖子皇 - 好新鮮, 不過阿專人幫我地D聖子放入個沙嗲湯 .. 好彩我地即刻攞返起另外仲有好多野食, 都幾好味. 唔知係咪有新鮮海鮮做對比, 個貴花蚌淡而無味, 得個爽字唔知係我地太肚餓, 定係專人趕下場. 佢不停幫我地煮, 我地又不停咁食. 坐左唔夠一個鐘, 全檯既野清晒. 仲要上埋糖水.五千幾蚊食一粒鐘 (人均六百幾), 值唔值你話呢.
