其實希慎頂層有好多中餐食,而且有唔少質素都係高既,今次就帶屋企人黎食呢間長期都要排隊既名館。芥末咸水角 咸水角餡料豐富,加左芥末又出乎意料地夾,平時覺得食咸水角好膩,但個芥末刺激完個口腔好似中和左d油膩感咁。厚切叉燒皇叉燒成寸厚,名副其實既厚切。叉燒燒得好香,最鍾意佢外層d焦,内裏肉質香濃,入口鬆軟。雞翼釀糯米雞翼炸到外層香脆,内裏肉質嫩滑。市面上其實都好多無骨雞翼,不過呢個加左炸糯米,加多左層口感。黑金蒜扣豬手好欣賞佢上菜既時候係連埋個火,一路食仲一路暖住個豬手,因爲豬手凍左真係唔好食。豬手燜到好淋,d醋同蒜頭味道完全入曬豬手度。魚米之鄉 將原條魚拆骨起肉再拎去炒飯,d飯見到係粒粒分明。旁邊仲有d炸魚塊,炸得金黃香脆,肉質又唔會話好散。七彩不切糕 原來不切糕係傳統既中國小食黎,但一直都無食過。望落覺得幾得意,食落味道清甜,當飯後甜品係幾好。總括而言,食物質素係高級既,美中不足既係上菜既次序可以改善下。

碟蒜泥白肉全是肥肉,係冷凍左的,凝固左的豬油片。肥膏的部分仲可以清晰見到有血根,連血根都沒有清除,只是用一大堆蒜蓉黎遮蓋,蒜蓉汁的味道也食得出是沒有用心製作,求其用蒜蓉mix辣油的混合物。我相信大㕑一定係太忙,自己都從來沒有食過先會拎d咁嘅嘢比客人食。或許是沒有味覺或分辨口感的能力⋯⋯其他點心都一樣令人失望,蝦餃內的餡用左有豬氣味的肥肉,令整個蝦餃的鮮味盡失。其他炸的點心例如咸水角同炸大良鮮奶都是充滿油分地上碟的。服務都唔可以講有,點心紙都要問幾次先有,係咪做生意架…這是個用來浪費金錢的好地方。

吃了一陣子小菜,點了老火湯:天山雪蓮加海星湯。很獨特的清甜~而且是真材實料的老火湯!一喝就知道落足料,而且個壺保溫能力超強!上左大半個鐘都仲係一開始上咁滾,熱辣辣!飲用的器具是很有質感的陶瓷茶杯,賞心悅目~感覺很不錯!

炸飯糰泡飯
這個菜式很有趣!球狀的是表面煎炸過的白飯團,裡面的飯是軟的,名副其實外脆內軟。吃的時候把飯糰撬開,充分泡到濃郁且配料豐富的湯黎,就可以吃到脆脆口感的高湯泡飯,很是美味!而且一直有蠟燭加熱,吃到最後還是熱熱的~

這裡的飯是即叫即蒸的竹筒飯,如果你食餸需要一碗飯,那麼在點菜時請務必先點個竹筒飯,他需要約10-15分鐘才蒸好。送上來的時候熱騰騰~而且有藜麥在裡面,還帶陣陣竹筒香味,很推薦!

整體來說名館的點心、小炒都很出色,餐廳裝修很大氣,坐得很舒服,就是有中式餐廳都會出現的問題,有一點點嘈。餐廳提供的蕎麥茶很好喝!喜歡也可以買~ 那天點菜的時候本身想吃秋葵,店員很貼心地提醒我們當日的秋葵品質不太好,建議我們點別的青菜,真的太貼心了!!讓我半個月後想起都還記得!我會再encore 的!
