嘩! 從未試過如此食店, 我跟同事中午去食晏,一行七人,因為只得1小時為食晏時間,我們1:10入座,其中四位同事1:30終於有食物到,雖然食物ok 好食, 但我們還有3位朋友的餐還未有, 我們只好叫侍應幫忙跟單, 不下一個侍應只是隨口應「好, 跟下囉!」我們不下問了4次以上, 連老板都問埋, 我們幾時有埋那3個餐, 轉眼間, 已到1:50 分, 最後因爲我們趕返工, 有3位朋友的食物都未到, 我們就說將3個餐轉外賣, 要pack 走打包, 此時終於有一個餐再到, 我們說要將此食物入外賣帶走, 叫了10分鐘完全沒有侍應幫手, 我同事其實只是叫义燒飯, 原來此餐那麼複雜, 成個鐘都未做到, 看情況, 我們下次可能要有3個鐘食晏時間才足夠.

嘩! 從未試過如此食店, 我跟同事中午去食晏,一行七人,因為只得1小時為食晏時間,我們1:10入座,其中四位同事1:30終於有食物到,雖然食物ok 好食, 但我們還有3位朋友的餐還未有, 我們只好叫侍應幫忙跟單, 不下一個侍應只是隨口應「好, 跟下囉!」我們不下問了4次以上, 連老板都問埋, 我們幾時有埋那3個餐, 轉眼間, 已到1:50 分, 最後因爲我們趕返工, 有3位朋友的食物都未到, 我們就說將3個餐轉外賣, 要pack 走打包, 此時終於有一個餐再到, 我們說要將此食物入外賣帶走, 叫了10分鐘完全沒有侍應幫手, 我同事其實只是叫义燒飯, 原來此餐那麼複雜, 成個鐘都未做到, 看情況, 我們下次可能要有3個鐘食晏時間才足夠.

早前光顧過中環名館,無論食物質素和服務也不俗。是晚到銅鑼灣辦點事後,也一試銅鑼灣店是否水準一致。大良鮮奶脆網卷首先送來,外層炸得金黃香脆,油膩感卻不重。中間鮮奶軟軟地,一脆一軟,口感特別。陳醋珊瑚紅海蜇頭醬汁微辛,海蜇頭和切幼絲的青瓜同樣爽口,值得推介。鮮肉一口小籠包熱辣辣,皮薄饀足,不能錯過的招牌點心。蜜椒土豆安格斯牛柳粒味濃,合我口味。土豆經炸煮後,食落外脆內粉;安格斯牛柳也鬆軟入味。必食蜂蜜柚子蝦球,柚子醬味道清新,蝦球彈牙。以$88定價來說,性價比極高。石鍋鮑魚雞粒炒飯粒粒分別,雞粒滑溜,底部還有不少飯焦。真材實料,炒飯內有不少鮑魚仔銅鑼灣店雖然裝修不及中環店華麗,但食物質素卻同樣出色,所以平日晚上來光顧也要輪候一些時間。
